Social welfare is an obligation that must be upheld by the state because in this case Law No. 11 of 2009 concerning Welfare has regulated it. This research focuses on how to implement a program called Puskesos in Warudoyong District, Sukabumi City from 2019-2021. This research begins with the discovery of problems such as not ideally implementing the Puskesos program in Warudoyong District in accordance with existing rules, namely general guidelines for implementing SLRT and PUSKESOS. The theory used to measure and determine how successful the Puskesos program is is the policy implementation theory written by Van Meter and Van Horn (1975). The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection with documentation, interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Puskesos program in Warudoyong District, Sukabumi City has not yet run optimally, when viewed from the stages and structure of the formation of the Puskesos that have not been appropriate and implemented, the lack of information from the relevant agencies, the budget that has not been realized. But in terms of human resources can be said to have been good.

Media relations is a communication practice that is considered important by PT XL Axiata Tbk. The mass media itself is an intermediary tool that is used to distribute information or news about an institution. This is done to introduce and maintain a good image of the company that can influence public views. The purpose of this study was to determine the media relations strategy implemented by PT XL Axiata Tbk in establishing good relations with the mass media. This study uses a constructivism paradigm with a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. Data obtained from in-depth interviews. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and verification. The model used in this study is two way symmetric. From the results of this research analysis, the relationship carried out by PT XL Axiata Tbk with the media runs effectively that is with a relationship that has a reciprocity and mutual need. Suggestion from this research are expected that PT XL Axiata Tbk will continue maintain and develop their communication with the mass media.

Digitization is a process of social engagement based on an increase in computer assistance, new media, and communication platforms for the economy, society and culture (digitalization). Due to the existence of digitalization, every use of technology through the intermediary of digital devices continues to transform all forms of activities that are directly related to the government administration process which has the aim of increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and creating quality services. So, through this mechanism of information and communication technology, it has had such a big impact in the joints of life today. Thus, one manifestation in the context of bureaucratic reform, especially in the process of providing public services, must provide improvements in the service process that are faster, easier, and of higher quality. However, the reality of providing a service, especially related to health services, is still not running according to community expectations, because it is proven in health services which are still sometimes crowded, queued, and convoluted. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective and efficient the application of this Halodoc application is, especially among the community. The research method used is a literature study method, where sources and data are obtained directly through journals, books, and other written sources. The results of this study related to "Bureaucracy Reform in Public Services Through the Halodoc Application in Mataram City" have provided various forms of convenience for the community in the joints of life today.

Feminism is a series of activities in various fields such as social, political, and ideological activities with the aim of achieving gender equality in all aspects of life such as social, political, and economic. Film is a mass communication tool that can be used as a medium in the feminist movement, the messages and ideologies contained in a film can influence the audience both in terms of cognitive, affective, and conative. Mulan is a film adapted from a Chinese folk tale. Mulan tells the story of a brave woman, a determined warrior named Hua Mulan. The character of Hua Mulan carries a message of feminism. A woman is described as an independent and responsible figure, in contrast to women usually only described as a weak figure, and always in need of protection from men. The research is a qualitative research with data analysis techniques using the semiotic method with an analytical knife using the theory of television codes by John Fiske. This study aims to find out how to represent feminism in the film Mulan, hence the semiotic code of feminism at the level of reality, level of representation, and level of ideology. The results of the research show that the Film Mulan shows the values of Feminism at the level of reality through the code of appearance, costume, makeup, environment, behavior, dialogue, movement, and expression. In the representation level, feminism is shown through camera codes, characters, actions, and dialogues. At the ideological level, feminism values are represented through liberal feminism, radical feminism, and Psychoanalysis and gender ideology.

The background of this research is the presence of the serial film Upin Ipin is one of the da'wah strategies that can convey messages of kindness to others. Because in the Upin Ipin series there are many moral values, which invite goodness. The purpose of this research is to describe the moral values in the television series Upin Ipin among children. In this study, the theory used is social learning theory (Albert Bandura) which is an individual's cognitive process that plays a role in learning. with the stages of attention, memory, reproduction, and motivational. From the results of research on the Upin Ipin series, there are several moral values that teach us, especially children who watch to always do good and perform fardhu prayers, Koran, taraweh and fasting in the month of Ramadan. Thus, children who watch the Upin Ipin series will pay attention to behavior and words and imitate or imitate the behavior found in the series. From the results of the analysis, there are three moral values contained in the Upin Ipin series, including moral values towards God (taqwa), moral values towards family (obedience to parents, mutual love), moral values towards society (tolerance and friendliness to friends). The conclusion from the results of this study is the positive value that can be drawn from the Upin Ipin serial program, namely in the aspect of moral values, this event shows learning with social learning theory used, children can pay attention to the Upin Ipin serial they watch, and they can learn various things, especially in religion, namely prayer, taraweh, fasting, by paying attention to the behavior in the series. Children remember in their memory the positive lessons in the series and will practice them in everyday life.

This study aims to determine the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) at SDN 1 Ulaweng in Ulaweng Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative technique. Research informants, namely, elements of the school supervisor teacher and elements of the community. The types and sources of data in the following research are using primary data and secondary data. The results show that the Management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) at SD Negeri 1 Ulaweng in Ulaweng Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency is not good in its implementation, this can be seen from the principle of accountability. The principle of proportionality regarding the rights and obligations carried out by school principals through BOS funds is still not implemented. The principle of professionalism regarding personal interests and school interests is not good in implementing BOS management, the principle of openness regarding transparency and publication of the BOS Budget is not implemented properly and is not based on existing regulations. The principle of the financial examiner regarding the preparation of reports on the results of the use of funds accurately and in accordance with the funds being managed and the reporting is good.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Population Alert School in SMAN 1 South Bengkulu. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The informants of this study were 9 people who were involved in the SSK. Collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on field findings, the results of the research can be concluded, namely: (1) SMAN 1 South Bengkulu has prepared a policy foundation in the form of decree, financial support, facilities and infrastructure, preparing human resources by including teachers in SSK training. (2) Implementing PBM in accordance with the RPP by including material 8 family functions, visits to agencies related to SSK, students have been able to integrate SSK material with the ability to analyze population data and population problems, as well as the existence of students' understanding of quality families and young marriage. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of SSK shows that the school has a Population Corner, the values of eight family functions are internalized in students, students have understood about reproductive health, maturation of marital age and the importance of quality family. (4) There are obstacles in activities such as: lack of budget funds for activities and infrastructure, and not all activities can be integrated in extracurricular subjects and activities, and limited documentation.

This study aims to determine the results of the Evaluation of E-Government Development at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Information and Statistics Office. The method used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative data analysis. The subject of this research is the Bengkulu Province Communication, Informatics and Statistics Office which has carried out E-Government Development in the context of bureaucratic reform based on Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Information and Statistics Office. Data collection techniques used include: Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The results of the study show that: (1) The Bengkulu Provincial Government has made preparations in the development of e-government, namely by creating a website with the name bengkuluprov.go.id which is one of the portal websites that functions as a means of information, communication and transactions between the public and the government. can be done via the internet. (2) At the maturation stage in the development of E-Government at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Informatics and Statistics Office, two things have been done, namely the creation of an interactive and easy-to-access public information site, and the creation of interfaces with other institutions or applications that are indirectly connected. / link with websites owned by other institutions in the Bengkulu provincial government. (3) The bengkuluprov.go.id website is an application developed by the Bengkulu Provincial Government as a form of communication and information facility in improving the quality of services to the people of Bengkulu Province. (4) The bengkuluprov.go.id website is a service application by the Bengkulu Provincial Government to the people of Bengkulu Province. So that the function of providing information services by Government to Government (G2G), Government to Business (G2B), and Government to Citizen (G2C) can be carried out by the Bengkulu Provincial Government.

This research is entitled "Performance of the Cooperative Service, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry in an effort to overcome poverty through the small Sukabumi program in Sukabumi City". This study aims to provide an overview of how the performance of the Sukabumi City Diskopdagri in dealing with poverty in Sukabumi City. This research is motivated by the problem of not yet optimal implementation of the Sukabumi Kece program carried out by Diskopdagrin against poverty in Sukabumi City. In addition, the training and assistance program provided by the Sukabumi City Diskopdagrin to the community did not fully run optimally due to the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in this program being carried out first before its implementation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Sukabumi Kece program is still not optimal in dealing with poverty in Sukabumi City.

Woman trafficking is an act of crime against humanity, especially women. DP3A Sukabumi Regency is the implementer of the policy of handling woman trafficking cases which has the responsibility to handle and prevent this case, In the range of 2016 - 2022, female trafficking cases in Sukabumi Regency reached 112 cases, which means that the role of DP3A in handling these cases must be implemented effectively and efficiently so that there will be a reduction in these cases in Sukabumi Regency. This study aims to find out and analyze the role of DP3A in handling women trafficking cases in Sukabumi Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique itself is carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique in this study uses triangulation techniques and data triangulation techniques. The results showed that the handling of woman trafficking cases carried out by DP3A has run optimally when viewed from the handling of cases carried out such as existing policies, strategies carried out, communication and case resolution. However, in terms of therapy or assistance to the victim, it is not optimal. This is what can hinder the success of the handling of woman trafficking cases carried out by DP3A and needs to get an evaluation to be better in the future.
