Abstract

This article aims to describe the barriers to local wisdom of woven bamboo as creative economic potential for women in Suka Maju Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling method, data collection, researchers using interviews, observations, and documents. The data analysis used in this study consisted of several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, to determine the validity of the researcher's data using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that the obstacles to local wisdom of woven bamboo as potential for the creative economy were the lack of product innovation, traditional product marketing and a lack of business networks.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect between sustainability report disclosure to financial performance with proksi Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Current Ratio (CR). The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 was a guidelines (91 item) and GRI Standards (77 item) in measuring the sustainability report disclosure. It was calculated by Sustainability Report Disclosure Index (SRDI). Population of this study was the all company except non-financial companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. The technique used in this study was purposive sampling with 25 samples of the companies were selected which in the period of three years, so there were 75 samples data. The data analysis methods of this research was panel data regression analysis by using Eviews 9. The result of this research shows that sustainability report disclosure have significant effect toward financial performance with proksi ROA. Sustainability report disclosure have a significant effect toward financial performance with proksi ROE. Sustainability report disclosure have no effect toward financial performance with proksi (CR).

Abstract

This study aims to develop an empirical research model based on the synthesis of a new concept called sharing the value of relational capital. The new concept generated in this study is expected to be able to provide a key role for research solving the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs in the city of Semarang. With a quantitative research design, this study tested the empirical research model on existing MSME industries in the city of Semarang by using 130 research samples. Data analysis was carried out using Amos 25. The results of this study showed that all the hypotheses proposed in this research model were accepted as indicated. with the statistical significance of testing using the software. This study has limitations, including not being able to define specifically the organizational culture environment. In addition, the sample used is only limited to organizations engaged in the manufacturing industry in the province of Central Java. Specifically, the role of the new concept of sharing the value of relational capital can be used as a key strategy for improving the marketing performance of SMEs.

Abstract

This research was carried out in Gorontalo City and Gorontalo Province as a reference area. The research aimed to identify the sectoral economic performance both from contribution and growth rate as well as to determine the competitive and comparative advantages in Gorontalo City. The data used were time series GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) data of Gorontalo and Gorontalo Province on the basis of constant prices from 2010 to 2020. At the same time, this research employed four analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis, contribution analysis, LQshift Analysis, and LQshare analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis depicted that the electricity and gas procurement, financial services and insurance, information and communication sectors had higher growth compared to other sectors. Besides, contribution analysis indicated that the sectors of construction, wholesale and retail, car and motorcycle repair, government administration, defense and social security had contributions from other sectors. In the meantime, the LQshare analysis revealed that the sectors with specialization or comparative advantages were water supply, waste management, waste and recycling, real estate, financial services and insurance, accommodation, and food and beverage provision. LQshift analysis denoted that sectors with competitiveness or competitive advantages were the accommodation and food and beverage provision, water supply, waste management, waste and recycling, and information and communications sectors.

Abstract

The advance of this modern era is triggered the increasing of fashion trends, which make the need for goods and services in the fashion sector is more increasing and vary. The problem faced, business people are required to provide a variety of fashion that is taste of consumers. By paying attention to shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement business people can attract consumers to do impulse buying. This study aims to analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying consumers of Mantan Karyawan shop’s in Bengkulu city. The research used a quantitative with associative quantitative approach. Sampling of this research used purposive sampling technique with sample of 150 responden. Data was collected through multiple linier regression by using SPSS 24 tool. The results of research showed that there was an effect shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying. The coefficient of determination, which can be seen of R square = 0.786. This showed that shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement affect impulse buying by 78.6 %, while the remaining 21.4% can be explained by other variabels not included in this study. Other, data also showed the effect of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying, this can be seen from the results of t_count, which was greater that t_table, this can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Partially and simultaneously, this study sum up that shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement affect the impulse buying consumers of Mantan Karyawan shops in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment, work family conflict on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu City, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including the work environment organizational culture and work family conflict. The object of this research is the Hotel The Madeline, Bengkulu City, with a total of 55 people. In this research, the writer uses the method of collecting data by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, using instrument tests, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 9.369 + 0.622(X1) + 0.101(X2) + 0.193(X3). Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis testing that have been carried out can be seen that the Organizational Culture variable (X1) obtained tcount of 5.320 (higher than the ttable value, or tcount > 1.67 (see distribution in table t), and a significance level of 0.000 (significant < 0.05) Work Environment Variable (X2) obtained tcount of 1.006 (lower than ttable value, or tcount < 1.67 (see distribution in table t), and significance level of 0.319 (significant > 0.05) and Work Family Conflict variable (X3 ) obtained tcount of 1.719 (lower than the value of ttable, or tcount > 1.67 (see distribution in table t), and a significance level of 0.092 (significant > 0.05). So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is an effect either partially or simultaneously between Organizational Culture (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Work Family Conflict (X3) on the Employee Performance variable (Y).This can be seen at a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 in The Madelin Hotel, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This research focuses on the selection of policy strategy priorities in Kepahiang District in making a right decision to carry out priority scale development, with the method used in this research is to use a SWOT analysis approach. The results of this study concluded that the results of the weighting of the SWOT questionnaire, then the proposed alternative strategies that can be recommended are the Strength - Opportunity (SO) Strategy, a strategy that uses power to take advantage of opportunities with funding support from the central government in the form of transfers, the availability of facilities and economic infrastructure, developing tourism potential, and maintaining Kepahiang District as an agricultural / coffee granary area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and partialy and simultaneously prove the effect of digital banking and service performance on customer retention efforts. This study uses aquantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data using multiple linear regression analysis, the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling or accidental sampling with 100 respondents. Based on simultaneous testing (Test F) also shows that the results of digital banking and service performance simultaneously heve a positive and significant effect on customer retention efforts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and prove the effect of WFH, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted for 5 months (January-May 2022) at the General Secretariat of the Kupang City Government. This research is classified as a quantitative study using a confirmative verification (associative) survey method. The research population was 105 employees whose sample was determined based on the census technique (saturated sample) so the sample was 105 respondents. The type of research data consists of primary data and secondary data. Techniques to obtain data using questionnaires (Likert scale), interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis (partial test and simultaneous test). The results showed that the variables of WFH, organizational commitment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This is because the entire t-count value obtained by each variable is greater than the t-table and also the F-count is greater than the F-table with a significance value less than 0.05. The results of this study also show the contribution of the WFH variable to employee performance by 67.9%, organizational commitment to employee performance by 55.8%, and organizational culture to employee performance by 49%. Simultaneously, the contribution of WFH, organizational commitment, and organizational culture to employee performance is 74%. Based on the results of this study, the biggest contribution to employee performance is the implementation of the WFH policy, followed by organizational commitment, and organizational culture.

Abstract

Copywriting has a close relationship in a branding, copywriting is a bridge to targeted consumers. Copywriting has become a trend that can be found anywhere from start-up companies to companies that are already developing, which one of which is Telkom Indonesia. Telkom Indonesia uses copywriting as one of the strategies to improve the company's performance in running the launched program. These new programs include the FCC (Fisheries Cyber Center) program. This research aims to see the copywriting strategy in increasing cooperation with Telkom Indonesia. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The method of data collection is through observation, interviews and documentation, while data analysis uses reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that Telkom Indonesia's copywriting strategy uses effective communication and applies AIDA theory. So that with the copywriting strategy, Telkom Indonesia can increase cooperation and run the program.
