This study aims to identify and analyze exsistence strategies MSMEs Lubuklinggau City in covid-19 pandemic. The method used in Proporsional Random Sampling. The results of this study are so that MSMEs can survive in the face of the covid-19 pandemic, they can open new product lines and innovate to make new products following developments during the covid-19 pandemic. MSMEs changing the sales model from conventional to online system or e-commerce, in carrying out promotional strategies using digital marketing and building a branding to introduce their products. The application of digital marketing can increase sales. This is so because consumers are wider, closer, can check the quality and reputation of the product, and can make transactions online as they Wish.

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk based on liquidity ratio analysis. By using financial statements as the basis for assessing financial performance. The analytical method used is a liquidity ratio that uses several assessments, namely the current ratio, the quick ratio, and the cash ratio. The results showed that the liquidity ratio in the calculation of the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk experienced fluctuations or ups and downs. The Current Ratio decreased in 2017 and increased again in 2018 and 2019, the Quick Ratio decreased from 2016 to 2020, and the Cash Ratio increased in 2017-2018 and decreased in 2019-2020. The average liquidity ratio is below the established industry standard, which means that the company's ability to meet its obligations is still not good. This is because the company has not been able to constantly increase current assets and has not been able to increase the value of current liabilities.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of planning based on the nomenclature of the regional apparatus as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors faced in its application at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Animal Husbandry. This study uses qualitative research methods based on theories/opinions according to experts and the existing literature. The results of the study show that the change in nomenclature based on the Minister of Home Affairs Decree Number 50 of 2020 is in the regional development mission so that the expected effectiveness is significant, but the facts found at the Food Crops, Horticulture and Livestock Service Office of Lahat Regency show the ineffectiveness of planning after the nomenclature change.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (Snack business study in Pagar Alam City). The type of research used is associative research, the number of samples used in this study is 10 respondents, the data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination analysis. Analysis of the data obtained a coefficient of determination of 91.0%,This means that the entrepreneurial orientation variable has a large effect on the performance of the snack business in Pagar Alam. 9.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Then from the hypothesis test the entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on performance Small and Medium Enterprises which are proven from the results of the t test where the significance level is obtained below 0.05 or sig 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted.

Intrapreneurship is a form of behavior that appears in a company, with reference to entrepreneurship. Intrapreneurship behavior within the company is reflected in employees with high motivation in their work, who are full of creativity, and innovation, and who look for opportunities to complete work of the highest quality. This study tries to examine the role of the religiosity variable as an antecedent of intrapreneurship behavior of lecturers at private universities in Yogyakarta. By using data from 103 private university lecturer respondents in Yogyakarta, researchers tried to offer four hypotheses as a basis for data analysis tests. By using the PLS_SEM analysis tool, the results of the study prove that religiosity has a positive and significant effect on intrapreneurship and organizational support. Likewise, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on intrapreneurship. The role of organizational support as a mediating variable in the relationship between religiosity and intrapreneurship in this study showed insignificant results. This means that organizational support does not mediate the relationship between religiosity and intrapreneurship.

Data Analysis This sales transaction will combine with a computer, namely data mining techniques to find the rules of a combination of items. One of the stages of association analysis that has attracted the attention of many researchers to produce efficient algorithms is high-frequency pattern mining. The output of data mining can be used to improve future decision making. The purpose of using data mining with the Apriori Algorithm is to find out the results of product sales data processing, so that it can make a marketing strategy to place products that are often purchased, making it easier for consumers to find the location of products to save time. Association analysis or association rule mining is a data mining technique to find the rules of a combination of items. One of the stages of association analysis that has attracted the attention of many researchers to produce efficient algorithms is high-frequency pattern mining. Support is the value of support or percentage combination of an item in the database. While confidence is the value of certainty, namely the strength of the relationship between items in an a priori (Srikanti et al. 2018). The purpose of using data mining with the Apriori Algorithm is the result of processing product sales data, so that it can make marketing strategies to place products that are often purchased, making it easier for consumers to find product location to save time (Nugraha et al. 2016). The priority of this research is the creation of an Apriori Algorithm implementation in the sales transaction system at XYZ Supermarkets. in the data processing so that the data stored in the database will become information that can be used to assist in determining the marketing strategy of XYZ Supermarkets in the future.

The purpose of this study is to explain how the form of application of the leadership style of economic actors in maintaining business continuity in Bengkayang Regency. In addition, to find out whether the applied leadership style is considered effective. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The source of data in this study came from primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with predetermined informants. The data obtained was then processed using qualitative data analysis software NVivo 12. The results of this study describe leadership styles in maintaining business during the Covid-19 pandemic in border areas including transformational leadership styles and transactional leadership styles. The application of a leadership style that dominates business actors in border areas is a transformational leadership style, because leaders will tend to involve employees in strategic decisions according to the situation and conditions that occur. Thus the transformational leadership style can run effectively in various conditions that are happening in the business or business environment in border areas.

Tax avoidance merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha perusahaan dalam mengurangi beban pajak dengan memanfaatkan celah regulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure dan kualitas audit terhadap tax avoidance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2020 dengan teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 7 perusahaan dengan periode lima tahun, sehingga diperoleh 35 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSRD dan kualitas audit secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance. Secara parsial CSRD tidak berpengaruh, sedangkan kualitas audit berpengaruh positif terhadap tax avoidance. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, bagi Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dapat meninjau kembali kebijakan perpajakan yang berlaku guna mengurangi tindakan tax avoidance yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan sektor pertambangan.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of e-service quality, promotion and price on the decision to use Gopay. This study uses a causal analysis design with quantitative research methods. The population in this study is ITB Nobel Indonesia students using the Gopay application whose number is not known with certainty, while the sampling method uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique with respondent criteria 1) respondents know about Gopay; 2) respondents have used the Gopay application more than 2 times. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data in this study were directly obtained from filling out a questionnaire (questionnaire) given to respondents in the form of closure which would then be answered by the respondent. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that e-service quality and promotion had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Gopay. While the price has no positive and insignificant effect on the decision to use Gopay.

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality, brand image and price of customer satisfaction internet service PT. Telkomsel in Bengkulu City. This study is a quantitative descriptive which is focus the on issues such as the current facts of a particular phenomenon by using the statistic calculations. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the community of Bengkulu city, which uses internet service PT. Telkomsel as many 115 students were taken with the accidental sampling technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, the result that partial service quality and brand image positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with internet services PT Telkomsel in Bengkulu city, while the price of negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction internet service PT. Telkomsel in Bengkulu City. And simultaneously service quality, brand image and price significantly influence customer satisfaction internet service PT. Telkomsel in Bengkulu City
