Abstract

Work productivity will increase if employees have good work competencies. However, sufficient work competence to produce high work productivity requires the existence of other driving factors. One of the factors driving work competence that can affect work productivity is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of competence on work motivation with motivation as a moderate variable in PT PLN (Persero) Electricity Maintenance Center Workshop and Maintenance Unit IV (PUSHARLIS UWP IV). The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were employees with a population of 45 respondents. Sampling with saturated sampling technique. The results showed that work competence, motivation and work productivity were in the high category. The results of the study have a significant effect on work productivity. The results also show that motivation is a variable that affects the positive relationship between work competence and work productivity. This means that increasing motivation will also increase employee productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menegtahui dan menganalisis lingkungan kerja di kantor uptd pendidikan dan kebudayaan kecamatan tanjung sakti pumu kabuapaten lahat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 30 orang responden yang merupakan 26 pegawai kantor uptd dan 4 guru yang sering berurusan dengan kantor uptd, serta dta observasi langsung dari objek penelitian. Data skunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan (buku-buku dan literartur yang relevan) dan data internal instansi. Adapun indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari dimensi lingkungan kerja yang terdiri dari ,1) lingkungan kerja fisik, 2) lingkungan kerja non fisik. Berdasarkan uraian dan paparan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas lingkungan kerja diperoleh 2 aspek meliputi, 1) lingkungan kerja fisik, 2) lingkungan kerja non fisik, dapat dilihat bahwa persentase jawaban responden yang menjawab setuju dan sangat setuju adalah sebesar 66% angka tersebut masuk pada kategori cukup baik, namun di harapkan bahwa agar kantor UPTD pendidikan dan kebudayaan kecamatan tanjung sakti pumu dapat meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja pada faktor sarana dan prasarana dan kemanan karena berdasarkan tanggapan responden kedua hal tersebut masuk pada kategori kurang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of planning based on the nomenclature of the regional apparatus as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors faced in its application at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Animal Husbandry. This study uses qualitative research methods based on theories/opinions according to experts and the existing literature. The results of the study show that the change in nomenclature based on the Minister of Home Affairs Decree Number 50 of 2020 is in the regional development mission so that the expected effectiveness is significant, but the facts found at the Food Crops, Horticulture and Livestock Service Office of Lahat Regency show the ineffectiveness of planning after the nomenclature change.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership role models (X1) partially on work discipline (Y), to determine and analyze the effect of supervision (X2), partially on work discipline (Y), and to determine and analyze the effect of two-way communication. direction (X3) partially towards work discipline (Y) at the Office of Investment and One Stop Services, Muara Enim Regency.In this study using primary data and secondary data, primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 59 employees as respondents who became the sample. The data collection technique used was by conducting observations, interviews and distributing questionnaires at the Office of Investment and One Stop Services, Muara Enim Regency. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 22 Software, in answering the formulation of the research hypothesis testing problem. From the results of data analysis on the variables studied, namely the exemplary leadership variable (X1), supervision (X2), and two-way communication (X3) have a partially significant influence on work discipline (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the marketing tactics that affect citronella grass fragrance sales in the Gumay Ulu District, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. Interviews and questionnaires were both employed as the primary data gathering methods in this study. The results revealed that capital, labor, raw materials, and time of operation are the factors that have the most impact on the marketing of citronella grass manufacturing in Gumay Ulu District, Lahat Regency. Based on the results of a study, which showed that table t had a value of 1.143,06 while the analysis had a value of 26,00, it can be concluded that some of these elements have a favorable impact on the marketing of fragrant citronella grass in Gumay Ulu District, Lahat Regency. Entrepreneurs of citronella grass are advised to expand capital, enhance the caliber of personnel, and employ premium raw materials in order to improve the results of marketing.

Abstract

Penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, pengawasan, pembinaan, prosedur kerja dan perencanaan kerja secara sendiri – sendiri dan secara bersama – sama terhadap produktivitas kerja Guru SMA Negeri 2 Muara Enim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Uji kualitas data dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik dengan rumus regresi berganda, uji parsial uji simultan dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan didapat Kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah mempunyai pengaruh yang siginifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Muara Enim. Pengawasan mempunyai pengaruh yang siginifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Muara Enim. Pembinaan mempunyai pengaruh yang siginifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Muara Enim. Prosedur Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang siginifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Muara Enim. Perencanaan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang siginifikan terhadap variabel Produktivitas Kerja. Kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, pengawasan, pembinaan, prosedur kerja dan perencanaan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama - sama terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Muara Enim.

Abstract

The author conducted research with the aim of finding out how the Health Services Utilization of Participants in the Family Hope Program in the Work Area of the Wanaraya Health Center, West Kikim District, Lahat Regency. The type of research used by the author is a form of field research which is qualitative research. Data processing and analysis techniques using Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Verification and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the study explain that the Family Hope Program (PKH) is very helpful for underprivileged people in utilizing and using health facilities through the Wanaraya Health Center, West Kikim District, Lahat Regency. For people in the category of elderly, pregnant women and toddlers, they are required to check themselves regularly every month in the context of eradicating malnutrition/stunting at health service facilities, both direct health centers and posyandu-posyandu which are spread across 7 (seven) villages under the working area of the Wanaraya Health Center. Many people who use or take advantage of health services through the Family Hope Program (PKH), are more dominant in utilizing health service facilities for childbirth, while the use of other health service facilities is not dominant.

Abstract

PT Manggala is a mining service provider company operating in South Sumatra and East Kalimantan which are the two provinces that have the largest coal reserves in Indonesia. The large number of mining service provider companies has made competition as a mining service provider increasingly stringent. Therefore the author raises a research topic entitled "Application of the Seven- Box Preziosi Organizational Diagnostic Model to Develop the Organization of PT Manggala Site Muara Enim". The application of Preziosi's Seven-Box Organizational Diagnostic Model is a development of the Six-Box Weisbord Model (1976) with six variables namely Purpose, Structure, Relationship, Rewards, Leadership and Helpful Mechanism, each of which is divided into ten research indicators. Then added the seventh variable developed by Preziosi (1980), namely Attitude Toward Change which is divided into five indicators so that the total indicators in this study are sixty five. The results showed that the average achievement value of the Purpose Variable was 77%, Structure Variable was 72%, the Relationship Variable was 77%, the Reward Variable was 65.7%, the Leadership Variable was 74.7%, Helpful Mechanism Variable was 66.9%, and the Attitude Toward Change variable by 74%. All of the variable values need to be increased again by the company in order to improve the company's performance in order to maintain the company's competitive value as a provider of mining services, especially at the Muara Enim Site.

Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) termasuk salah satu organisasi pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Muara Enim yang mempunyai tugas membantu Kepala Daerah melaksanakan urusan pemerintahan daerah di bidang penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu khususnya penyelenggaraan pelayanan administrasi perizinan. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah terjadi penurunan yang drastis pada tahun 2023 dimana realisasi investasi di Kabupaten Muara Enim tidak bisa melampaui target yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor penghambat terjadinya hal tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu yang berjumlah 26 Orang untuk dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Weisbord. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian dapat membantu mengetahui dan menganalisis pengembangan organisasi dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi.
