Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of credit risk on earnings management in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The research data comes from annual financial reports obtained from the BEI website and the company's official website. Sample selection used purposive sampling technique so that 42 companies were obtained for a period of 4 years, but there were outlier data so that the total sample was 80 data. This research shows that credit risk as proxied by Gross NPL and Net NPL simultaneously influences earnings management in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022.

Abstract

Financial statement analysis is very important for companies. By analysing financial statements, the potential for bankruptcy can be known from the start. Financial statements serve as a source of information for creditors, investors, employees, and other parties in need.In industry 4.0, everything is online, even transport. The object of this research is PT Blue Bird Tbk. and PT Transindo Utama Tbk. The purpose of this study is to determine the company's financial performance in the last five years and potential bankruptcy. The analysis method in this study is the Springate model and the Grover model.The conclusion of this study is that using the Springate model, PT Blue Bird Tbk. in 2018 shows a healthy financial condition, while in 2019-2022 it shows potential bankruptcy. PT Transindo Utama Tbk. in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022 shows potential bankruptcy, while in 2021 the financial condition is healthy. Then using the Grover model, PT Blue Bird Tbk. shows no potential bankruptcy. PT Transindo Utama Tbk. shows potential bankruptcy in 2018-2020, while in 2021 and 2022 the financial condition is healthy.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of capital structure, dividend policy, and liquidity partially on firm value in building construction sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2019 period totaling 18 companies. While the sample in this study were some of the building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2019 period that met the research criteria. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method, which is a sampling method tailored to certain criteria. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data source used in this study comes from the financial statements of building construction sub-sector companies on the idx.co.id website. The data analysis technique uses linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Partially, the capital structure variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value; (2) Partially, the dividend policy variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value; and (3) Partially, the liquidity variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The aim of this research are to ascertain, investigate, and evaluate the degree to which the creation of innovative economic products for Sendang Paciran batik clothing and the use of an integrated marketing communication strategy have an impact on the tourism appeal of Sendang Agung and Sendang Duwur Villages Paciran District. The explanatory survey method is employed in this research. The results of the research show that even though the villages of Sendang Agung and Sendang Duwur Paciran have built an integrated marketing communication plan for creative economic products, more work has to be done on it. This is evident from the responses of the vast majority of respondents who concurred with the posed questions. However, of the four forming parts of integrated marketing communications, public relations, publicity, and advertising are the forming factors with the strongest role and are the ones that have been executed the best.

Abstract

A finance operation that takes the form of supplying capital goods is called leasing. PSAK 30 will be replaced with PSAK 73, which was accepted from IFRS 16, on January 1, 2020. The purpose of this study is to compare the financial performance of the organization using leases for PSAK 30 and PSAK 73. A quantitative descriptive strategy is employed in this investigation. 67 firm samples were obtained using the purposive sampling approach from the population of 74 enterprises that made up the research. The firms in the energy industry sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2020 research period are the focus of this study. Ratio analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, regression analysis (which includes the normality test and the Wilcoxon signed rank test), and hypothesis testing are the data analysis techniques used in this work. According to the study's findings, which were derived from the use of descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and ratio analysis test, there is a difference in the financial performance of transportation firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange when PSAK 30 and PSAK 73 are implemented.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of influencer marketing and online customer reviews on purchase intention through the perceived value of Tiktok Shop cosmetic products. This study consists of two independent variables, namely influencer marketing and online customer reviews, and one dependent variable, which is purchase intention, with perceived value as an intervening variable. The analytical method used is path analysis. Data collection for this research was conducted using a questionnaire filled out by respondents who are students in the city of Pekanbaru and have purchased cosmetic products from Tiktok Shop more than once.The results of the study, based on Partial Tests (t-tests), are as follows: a) There is no significant influence of influencer marketing on perceived value. b) There is a significant influence of online customer reviews on perceived value. c) There is no significant influence of influencer marketing on purchase intention. d) There is a significant influence of online customer reviews on purchase intention. e) There is a significant influence of perceived value on purchase intention. f) Perceived value does not mediate the influence of influencer marketing on purchase intention. g) Perceived value mediates the influence of online customer reviews on purchase intention.

Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze brand awareness and brand attitude of Kopiko candy affected by product placement of Kopiko product in the second season of Taxi Driver. There are three variables used in this research. Product placement was used as independent variable, while brand awareness and brand attitude acted as dependent variables. 181 respondents were chosen by purposive sampling method using specific criteria. Questionnaire as data collecting tools was filled by respondents from google form link sent by researcher. Data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 24 as the tools. Results show that product placement of Kopiko candy impacts significantly towards both brand awareness and brand attitude of Kopiko brand. Meanwhile, brand awareness does not give significant effect towards brand attitude, hence it fails to act as mediator variable in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether transformational leadership style, compensation and work environment influence employee loyalty at PT. Pradipta Bhumi Construction. This research took samples from employees of PT. Pradipta Bhumi Construction. The sampling method is nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed directly to employees at PT. Pradipta Bhumi Construction. The number of questionnaires processed was 50 questionnaires obtained from PT employees. Pradipta Bhumi Construction. This research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and this processing was carried out using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that all independent variables can partially or simultaneously influence the dependent variable. The variables Transformational Leadership Style, Compensation, and Work Environment, individually or jointly, influence employee loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of E-Service Quality, E-Payment, and Web Design Quality on customer satisfaction in purchasing Gacoan Noodles through the Shopeefood application in Surakarta City. This type of research is quantitative with explanatory research. The population in this study were all Gacoan consumers in Surakarta city. The sampling technique in this study. using purposive sampling. The sample calculation uses the theory of Ferdinand. The sample of this study amounted to 200 respondents. This study uses primary data in its preparation. Primary data is obtained through the first source or respondent answers from Gacoan Noodle customers in Surakarta City using a questionnaire. The results of this study show that the E-Service Quality variable has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction with Gacoan products is a significant result. The ease and security of the payment process can affect customer satisfaction. Web Design Quality variable has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction. The three independent variables (E-Service Quality, E-Payment, and Web Design Quality) together have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, indicating that service and a holistic shopping experience are key to increasing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work ethic on performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative study using saturated samples whose population of BPKPSDM Bantul Regency is 55 employees. The results of the study Individual Characteristics have a positive but insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Ethic has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics have a positive but insignificant effect on Performance, Work Ethic has a positive but insignificant effect on Performance, Organizational Commitment cannot act as a mediating variable between Individual Characteristics on Performance, Organizational Commitment can act as a mediating variable between Work Ethic on Performance.
