The research method uses descriptive research methods and qualitative approaches. Using primary data and data collection techniques are literature/documentation studies, interviews and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that it is not in accordance with the management of official vehicle assets in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation number 19 of 2016 concerning the management of regional property. Abstract

Purchasing decision is a process where consumers evaluate various alternative choices and choose one or more alternatives that are needed based on certain considerations. Several factors influence consumer purchasing decisions including location, service quality and price. This study aims to determine the effect of location, service quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all consumers of the Mak Hengky Air Manna restaurant. The number of research samples was 85 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 1.752 + 0.373 X1 + 0.301 X2+ 0.302 X3. The results of the analysis show that partially location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 4,799 and Sig = 0,000), service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 4,615 and Sig = 0,000) and price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 3.836 and Sig = 0.000). Simultaneously there is the influence of location, service quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions (Fcount = 114,832 and Sig = 0,000). It is suggested to the owner of the Mak Hengky restaurant to be able to improve consumer purchasing decisions by providing good parking space, improving service quality and setting competitive prices according to consumer perceptions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer relationship marketing and trust on customer loyalty (case study on JNE Nusa Indah customers in Bengkulu City). This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The population in this study is customers of JNE Bengkulu City with a total of 110 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaires and uses analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests, namely t tests and f tests. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the form of the regression equation Y = 15.287 + 0.201 (X1) + 0.190 (X2) and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that customer relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of thit>ttable (2.066> 2.002) and (sig a = 0.03 < 0.050). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_table (2.055 > 2.002) and (sig α = 0.02 F_table, namely (50.277 > 2.69) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted.

Leadership (X1) with a probability value (sig) 0.013 <alpha 0.05 has a significant effect on work performance. Work motivation (X2) with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 < alpha 0.05 has a significant effect on work performance. Work environment (X3) with a probability value (sig) 0.042 <alpha 0.05 has a significant effect on work performance. And work discipline (X4) with a probability value (sig) 0.001 <alpha 0.05 has a significant effect on work performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of job training, work motivation, and careerdevelopment on employees’ performance at PT. Sinar Harapan Roof Kebun Tebeng Bengkulu City. This study used quantitive method. The data collection techniques used observation, interview and quitionnaire. The population of this stufy were all employess of PT. Sinar Harapan Roof Kebun Tebeng In Bengkulu City with totaling 32 people by using the saturated sampling technique. The result of study show that multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 5.234 + 0.115 (x1) + 0.169 (X2) + 0.009 (X3) is obtained. This equatin can be explained by the positive effect of eavh independent variable, on employees’ performance (Y). as well as the coefficient of determination of R2= 0.675 or around (67.5%) through hypothesis testing together (simultaneously) and individually (partially) and by the F test and T test, job training (X1), work motivation (X2), and career development (X3) are 0.014. it means that the value of fsig<0.05 indicates that together and tahat has a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the batik production process and batik raw material inventory control in UKM Santi Batik using the EOQ (economic order quantity) method, safety stock, reorder point and total cost. . In this study, researchers used a descriptive-comparative method with a quantitative approach and used primary data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire specifically for UKM Santi Batik. The data analysis technique used is the approah formula, namely the method of determining the number of economic orders by reducing them in the formulas. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that the EOQ (economic order quantity) method is more effectively used in raw material inventory control than the existing policies in UKM Santi Batik. Because UKM Santi Batik has not used optimal raw material inventory control, namely only using estimates in purchasing batik raw materials. In addition, by using safety stocks, UKM Santi Batik can avoid shortages of raw materials in production, reorder points so that UKM Santi Batik knows when to buy raw materials again and obtain them with minimum total inventory costs.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing industry that produces various cleaning equipment. One of the products that has a high level of defects are trash bins made of stainless steel. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of stainless steel waste products. The method used is Six Sigma and Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process. In the Define stage, the types of defects found were body dents, scratches, spots, and rough covers. In the Measure stage, the initial DPMO value obtained is 3.422. In the Analyze stage, the results of the analysis process are defects with the highest Risk Priority Number of 280. The next stage is Improve, where defects with the highest RPN value are prioritized for proposed improvements using Fuzzy AHP. Based on the results of the Fuzzy AHP assessment, it was found that the highest weight was alternative 3, namely the machine must be cleaned regularly after being used at 0.4322, alternative 2, namely the addition of material handling to facilitate product transfer of 0.2048, and alternative 4, namely the establishment of SOPs for product handling. of 0.2041. After the Improve stage, the final stage in the form of Control is carried out to see whether the implementation of the proposed improvements has a positive impact on the company. The DPMO results obtained after implementation were 3.6061.
