Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan tidak tetap pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket temperamen karyawan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan uji F diperoleh hasil F 10,092> F tabel 4,20 menunjukkan variabel independen (komitmen organisasi) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (karyawan). kinerja). Hasil Parsial (uji-t) dengan tingkat signifikansi (α) = 5%, menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan untuk menangkal kinerja karyawan. Melalui pengujian cofficient korelasi (R) diperoleh tingkat korelasi atau hubungan antara komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan lingkungan adalah hubungan dekat. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi diperoleh penyesuaian R Square (R2) bahwa 41,5% stres kerja dijelaskan oleh kepemimpinan dan konflik kemudian 58,5% dijelaskan oleh hapus centang variabel lain dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan tidak tetap Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, artinya peningkatan komitmen organisasi peningkatan kinerja karyawan tidak tetap Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Kata Kunci: Komitmen dan Kinerja Organisasi. ABSTRACT The objective of the study was to find out the effect of organizational commitment and to employees performance of temperory employees university of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The population in this research amounted to 54 peoples  university of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The data used were the primary. The primary data were collected through disseminate questionnairestemperory employees onuniversity of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Methods of data analysis was using descriptive method and that was multiple linear regresion analysis.Based of F test was had F result 10,092> F table 4.20 indicated the independent variables (organizational commitment) together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee’s performance).  The result of Partial (t-test) with a significance level (α) = 5%, indicated that the commitment organizational have a positive influence and significant to ward the employee’s performance. Through testing the correlation cofficient (R) obtained the level of correlation or relationship between commitment to ward employee’s performance is close relationship. Trough testing the determination coefficient obtained adjust R Square (R2) that 41,5% work stress was explained by leadership and conflict then 58,5% was explained by uncheck other variables in this research. Result of the study shows that Organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees not fixed University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, meaning that the increase of organizational commitment the improvement the performance of employees not fixed University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Key Words :Organizational Commitment and Performance.

Abstract

Organization wants employees in its company to havegood work loyalty so that organizational goals can be achieved by good. This study aims to determine and examine the effect of salary, work environment, on the loyaltyof the Bengkulu City Satpol PP Honorary Personnel. This type of research is a quantitativeapproach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this studywere all Honorary Personnel of the Civil Service Police Unit of Bengkulu City with a total of 246employees.the sample amounted to 71 people. Based on the results of the study Salary has apositive and significant effect on the Loyalty of Honorary Personnel in the Bengkulu City CivilService Police Unit. It is proven in the results of the t-test more than ttable (3,652» 1.995) with asignificance of 0.00 « 0.05. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on theLoyalty of Honorary Personnel in the Bengkulu City Civil Service Police Unit. The t-count for thevariable Salary (X1) is 3.652, this means that t-count is more than t-table (3.652 »1.995) with asignificance of 0.00 « 0.05.

Abstract

The title of this research is the effect of Service Quality and Marketing Strategy on the Purchasing Decisions at One Point Computer Shop Bengkulu City. This study aims to know the effect of service quality and marketing strategy on the purchasing decision at one point computer shop Bengkulu city. The research was conducted from September to December 2022. The sample of this research is consumers of One Point Computer Shop Bengkulu City with the total number 130 people. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The method used inthis study is a quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS 24 for windows. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the following equation is obtained: Y = 1.295 + 0.685 (X1) + 0.100 (X2), the research results and hypotheses in this study indicate that service quality (X1) and marketing Strategy (X2) has a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions (Y) at the One Point Computer Shop Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims 1) To determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at Fresh Kapuas Bengkulu City 2) To determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions at Fresh Kapuas Bengkulu City 3) To determine the effect of location on purchasing decisions at Fresh Kapuas Bengkulu City 4) To determine the influence of service quality, price, and location on purchasing decisions at Fresh Kapuas, Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all visitors to Fresh Kapuas, Bengkulu City who wanted to buy 50 people a day, a sample of 57 people. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and service quality on the decision to visit Kampoeng Durian Bengkulu Tengah tourism, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was 170 respondents, the data collection method used was Accidental Sampling. Data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires, data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression.The tcount value for the Digital Marketing variable for the Digital Marketing variable is 4.869 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.050, which means that there is a positive influence between Digital Marketing and the Decision to Visit Kampoeng Durian Bengkulu Tengah Tourism. The tcount value for the Service Quality variable is 7.164 and the sig value is 0.000 <0.050, which means that there is a positive influence between Service Quality on the Decision to Visit Kampoeng Durian Bengkulu Tengah Tourism. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS, to test the coefficients as a whole, the F test is used using a significant level of 0.05 to obtain a Fsig of 0.000 while the calculated F value is 68.820, so it can be interpreted that Fsig < α (0.000 < 0.050) this shows that Ho rejected and Ha accepted thus overall the influence variables namely Digital Marketing and Service Quality have a significant and positive influence on the Decision to Visit Kampoeng Durian Bengkulu Tengah Tourism. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance in order to produce quality employees. The respondents of this research are all employees of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Argamakmur Bengkulu Utara with the total number 64 people, with the sampling method is total sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work motivation, work environment and work discipline partially or individually influence employee performance with a probability value (sig) of each variable. Leadership (X1) with a probability value (sig) 0.013 <alpha 0.05 has a significant effect on work performance. Work motivation (X2) with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 < alpha 0.05 has a significant effect on work performance. Work environment (X3) with a probability value (sig) 0.042 <alpha 0.05 has a significant effect on work performance. And work discipline (X4) with a probability value (sig) 0.001 <alpha 0.05 has a significant effect on work performance.

Abstract

Pengorganisasian sumberdaya manusia yang baik dapat mendukung serta meningkatkan roda perekonomian yang sejatinya akan berpengaruh besar bagi taraf hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah program yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi lokalsebagai roda pertumbuhan ekonomi di kawasan perdesaan, yaitu pengembangan sektor usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) mengelola biji kopi menjadi kerupuk KOBI (kerupuk olahan biji kopi). Adapun tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini antara lain: a).Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterbukaan wawasan mengenai bentuk-bentuk inovasi terkait pengelolan biji kopi yang sedang berkembang saat ini; b).Memberikan pengetahuan mengenai peluang dan tantanganyang akan dihadapi oleh kelompok usaha di desa yaitu BUMDES; c).Memberikan pengetahuan sekaligus memberikan penguatan kapasitas berfikir dalam menjawab tantangan dan peluang inovasi produk yang sedang dihadapi oleh desa BUMDES; d).Memberikan pendampingan dalampengolahan, pengemasan dan pemasaran hasil inovasi produk khusunya di desa surau. Hasil dalam kegiatan ini sangat penting menjadikan 1). Menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan yang produktif, khususnya keluarga di desa wisata; 2).Menumbuhkan pengatahuan menganai perubahan inovasiproduk kopi yang telah berkembang saat ini, di era yang serba berteknologi sehingga dapat menjadi sarana beradaptasi bagi para kelompok atau masyarakat khusunya pelaku industri wisata;3).Melalui kegiatan ini sangat diharapkan dapat memberikan keterampilan kepada khalayak sasaran dalam mengelola produk pangan yang berbahan dasar biji kopi sebagai upaya menciptakan industri kreatif pangan yang berpotensi ekonomis untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dalam mendukung desa wisata;4).Kegiatan ini menjadi bagian dalam mendukung pemerintah, khususnya pemerintah desa dalam mengorganisir kelompok atau industri rumah tangga dalam menciptakanpeluang inovasi berkelanjutan. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 27 ibu ibu PKK yang berkomitmen dalam pengembangkan produk dengan metode ceramah dan praktik peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Jurusan SosiologiUniversitas Bengkulu.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Pemberdayaan, Produk Inovasi

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotion, brand image and service on consumer buying interest at Amelia Bakery, Bengkulu City, partially and simultaneously. There are several independent variables (X) that will be discussed in this research, including Promotion, Brand Image, and service with the dependent variable (Y) namely Consumer Purchase Interest. The population in this research is all consumers of Amelia Bakery, Bengkulu City. This research used an incidental sampling technique with a total of 90 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The data that has been processed is analyzed using the SPSS 25 formula. Based on the research results, there is an influence of promotion (X1) on buying interest (Y) of Amelia Bakery Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.004 < 0.05 and tcount> ttable (4.185>0.135) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, the variable X1 influences buying interest (Y). There is an influence of brand image (X2) on buying interest (Y) of Amelia Bakery Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.005 < 0.05 and tcount> ttable (5.786>0.135), thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, the variable X2 influences buying interest (Y). There is an influence of promotion (X3) on buying interest (Y) of Amelia Bakery Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.000<0.05 and tcount>ttable (3.701>0.135), thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, the variable X3 influences buying interest (Y). So it is found that promotion, brand image and service together influence purchasing interest with a Fcount value of 9.867 > Ftable 2.65, so it can be concluded that together the independent variables influence the dependent variable. Abstract

Anak-anak di Desa Pagar Besi perlu disosialisasikan tentang manfaat menabung semasa kecil. Disiplin keuangan sejak dini memberikan keuntungan baik bagi individu maupun kemajuan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Dalam situasi seperti ini, perlu adanya upaya untuk mendidik anak tentang pentingnya menabung sejak dini agar dapat memberikan mereka kesadaran akan kebiasaan baik dan manfaatnya di masa depan. Berikut beberapa ide kegiatan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mensosialisasikan manfaat menabung bagi anak di Desa Pagar Besi, Kecamatan Meringi Sakti, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara: 1. Membuat Rencana Kegiatan 2. Pendekatan Partisipatif 3. Pelatihan dan Edukasi 4. Penggunaan Media Komunikasi 5. Role Model 6. Melakukan kegiatan menabung yang praktis sejak kecil 7. EvaluasiSebagai bentuk pengabdian saya dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yaitu saya membantu anak-anak untuk menambah wawasannya tentang Sosialisasi Menabung Sejak Dini kepada anak-anak disekitaran lokasi desa pagar besi. Materi yang saya berikan ini yaitu meliputi 3 nilai diantaranya yaitu bagaimana cara pengolahan uang dengan baik, bagaimana hidup sederhana, dan gunanya menabung.Anak-anak di Desa Pagar Besi, perlu disosialisasikan tentang manfaat menabung semasa kecil. Dalam situasi seperti ini, perlu adanya upaya untuk mendidik anak tentang pentingnya menabung sejak dini agar dapat memberikan mereka kesadaran akan kebiasaan baik dan manfaatnya di masa depan.

Abstract

Organizational culture affects a person's role in carrying out his role. The success of organizational culture is marked by changes in individual behavior that can be emulated by other individuals. This study aims to determine the organizational culture created in the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The method used in analyzing organizational culture is Hofstede's method and OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) analysis. The results of the analysis using Hofstede's cultural dimensions state that the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is in an organizational culture that has an even distribution of power, is collectivistic, masculinity has a strong influence within the institution, the institution focuses on things that have certainty value, the institution concentrate more on matters that have a long-term, future-oriented nature, and implement pragmatic values and institutions that control the fulfillment of needs and regulations with strict social norms. Meanwhile, based on the OCAI analysis, the current organizational culture and the expected organizational culture in the future is the Clan organizational culture. This means that there is a match between the desires of the leadership and employees because they are in the same organizational cultural orientation, namely a friendly workplace where people share with each other like a big family.
