<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is 0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the role of information technology and working capital with the competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative methodology to solve the problem. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The number of samples is 50 UMKM in the city of Bengkulu. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21. Hypothesis testing using t test. The results of this study indicate that information technology has a significant positive effect on competitiveness and working capital has a significant effect on competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu city.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the efforts to improve home industry products and expand the market, especially micro businesses in RT.06 RW.03, Padang Jati Village, Bengkulu City, carried out socialization and guidance to these business actors by utilizing social media as a product marketing tool. With the understanding of business actors about digital, the selling power of products can increase by way of sales that are responsive to consumer needs. The methods of field work carried out by students when doing community service are as follows: (1). Students who do service will visit home industry business owners (2). With an agreement on time and place for the socialization and development of digital marketing which was carried out in RT.06 RW.03 Kelurahan Padang Jati, Bengkulu City, which has 13 household units and is located in the nearest location. The family itself consists of wife, husband and child, where each member of this family has their respective rights and obligations and roles. A father has a role to give a living to an ex-gan and set an example for his child and wife. Whereas as a mother also has an important role in the family. A wife has the role of organizing and managing what is needed in the household, educating children, and helping husbands maintain the household. Based on observations of the family financial recording team used by RT mothers . 31 RW. 07 The Wide Outpouring of the Great Ratu Kota Bengkulu District is still done manually so that there is often an irregular difference in financial calculations and records. Based on the results of observations made by the Dehasen University School of Economics Community Service Team, the swelling felt the need for efforts to be made in order to increase the knowledge of digital financial literacy of RT housewives . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice Outpouring of the Great Ratu Bengkulu District. As for the efforts to be made, namely providing knowledge about counseling and training in how to practice in the operation of digital financial instruments. Devotional activities carried out by the team on RT mothers . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice The Great Ratu Bengkulu sub-district is carried out through 2 stages. The first stage: problem identification, lectures and training, introduction and practice of digital financial applications, mentoring the preparation of family financial statements. Whereas the second phase of the team evaluates the learning outcomes of RT housewives . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice Extent of the Great Ratu Bendangulu District with a post test result of 65% of participants able to answer questions raised by the team in the questionnaire. This shows the nautical as a great mother and mother able to understand the material provided during this PKM activity.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to simultaneously determine the performance burden and work discipline on the performance of Bengkulu Manna branch bank employees and to determine which faktors were the most dominant influencing either partially or simultaneously.The sample in this study was 40 employees at the Bengkulu Manna branch of the bank. Sampling using the total sampling method, namely the entire population of members who will be mandated as a sample because large samples tend to give or are closer to the true value of the population or it can be said that the error is smaller (deviation from the population value). In order to be more efficient in obtaining respondent data, the researcher using questionnaire data. Data analysis techniques in the form of numbers and calculations using statistical methods, then the data must be classified in certain categories using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) program.Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the equation Y=6.199 -336 X1 - 0.813 X2 is obtained. The results of the research and the workload hypothesis show that t count > t tabel, namely (-3.164> 2.02809) and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). Work Discipline X2 , shows t arithmetic > t tabel, namely (5.079> 2.02809) and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). Simultaneously, workload and work discipline variabels have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the two variabels of workload and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of career development is also needed by every employee to increase work commitment to human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development on employee morale at the DPRD Bengkulu Province Office and to determine the effect of promotion on employee morale at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD Office and to find out the influence of career development and promotion of positions on employee morale at the DPRD Bengkulu Province Office. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Furthermore, so that the respondents' answers can be measured, the respondents' answers are given a score. In scoring, a Likert scale is used (Sugiyono, 2015: 168). Based on the results of this study it was concluded that career development (X1) has an effect on employee morale (Y) because the tSig value for the variable (X1) is 0.002. So it can be concluded that tSig<Sig(0.002<0.05) and tcount>ttable (3.963>1.66980) means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that variable X1 affects Y. Promotion (X2) has an effect on employee morale (Y) because the tSig value for the variable (X2) is 0.001. So it can be concluded that tSig<Sig (0.001<0.05) and tcount>ttable (3.759>1.66980) means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected Career development (X1), Promotion (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee morale (Y) Simultaneously because F count is greater than F table, namely 5.428 > 3.15 and Fsig < 0.05 (0.004 < 0.05]]>

<![CDATA[Currently the use of yards is an alternative for the community to meet the needs of the family. Because the yard has the potential to provide food for the family, the narrow plot of land can be modified into a yard that produces usability such as growing vegetables, empon-empon and fruits. Modification of narrow land can use several planting techniques, namely plants using pots (polybags) and hydroponics. The activity was carried out at the Pematang Indah Estate Housing Complex, Pematang Village, the Governor of Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City. The method of this activity is carried out by way of socialization through lectures and question and answer discussions with housewives who are formed in arisan groups. It is hoped that with this socialization there will be a maximum change in the function of the yard, the community already understands the importance of diversifying food and the health of the food consumed, and understands the management of family income by selling vegetable crops.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of technology, communication devices that make everyone who has a smartphone connected to the internet makes it easier for prospective buyers to find the desired item through their communication device. a very promising opportunity to be developed. The implementation of this community service aims to apply e-commerce to the sale of these coffee products. In the application of e-commerce to coffee products, it is necessary to provide insight to business actors to maintain product quality because it relates to buyer trust, providing complete and fast information, openness to information from customers and the existence of coupons and discounts for regular customers Transparency of product delivery information, trace the existence of the goods sent and good cooperation between the seller and the buyer must be maintained properly. Vigilance against online fraud is also information that needs to be given to business actors in the implementation of this community service. So that at the end of the implementation of this community service, understands online business opportunities, can compete healthily, gain the trust of its customers. the creation of social media accounts and e-commerce interfaces. The product marketing process went quite well as indicated by the addition of the number of visitors on social media accounts after 2 months. Marketing continues to be carried out by utilizing other social media.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out BUMDes business development strategy in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District in period of 2017-2022. The sample in this study consisted of 30 people consisting of 8 village officials, 5 BUMDes managers in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District, for the period of 2017-2022 for internal factors and 17 people for external factors, namely the local community in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis which consists of an Internal Strategic Factor Matrix (IFAS) and an External Strategic Factor Matrix (EFAS). The results of the study show that the BUMDes Business Development Strategy in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District for the period of 2017-2022 supports the Aggressive strategy, or the SO strategy in the SWOT Matrix. The result of the sum of the strengths possessed is 18.9 while the weaknesses are 14.46, therefore, the internal factor quadrant is 18.9 – 14.46 = 4.44 which means the ability of the BUMDes business in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District in utilizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses in the company's internal The opportunities that this strategy has are 21.15 and the threats are 17.52. Therefore, the external factor quadrant is 21.15 – 17.52 = 3.63 meaning the ability of BUMDes businesses in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District, to take advantage of opportunities and overcome threats faced by companies in BUMDes business development.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the Kaur District DPRD Secretariat, to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Kaur District DPRD, and to determine the effect of the work environment and leadership on employee performance at the Kaur District DPRD Secretariat. The method of collecting data in this study is using a questionnaire and the method of analysis is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance at the Kaur Regency DPRD Secretariat because the significance value was 0.000 <0.05. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at the Kaur Regency DPRD Secretariat because its significance value is 0.016 <0.05. The work environment and leadership simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on employee performance at the Kaur Regency DPRD Secretariat because the significance value is 0.000 <0.05.]]>
