Abstract

This research aims to examine the fulfillment of the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of banks towards bank credit growth in Indonesia. The researchers included macroeconomic factors (GDP and BI Rate) as control variables and bank size (core capital category) to support the research testing. The influence of LCR and CAR on bank credit growth with KBMI categories 2, 3, and 4 during quarterly periods (Q4 2018 - Q2 2023) is tested using multiple linear regression. The study findings indicate that banks that enhance liquidity management by increasing the LCR can lead to a reduction in credit distribution. However, the CAR does not have a major influence on credit growth. This is because bank capital in Indonesia is very robust. The relationship between the LCR and credit growth in all KBMI categories is not significantly influenced by the core capital category of banks. In addition, the KBMI has a little impact on the correlation between CAR and credit growth in KBMI banks 2 and 3, but it does have a moderating effect on KBMI 4 banks

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the Indonesian Government to refocus and reallocate the budget to overcome the economic and social impacts that have arisen. The tourism sector is one of the most affected sectors, so it requires special attention in budget allocation policies. This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of budget refocusing and reallocation in the tourism sector and the challenges faced in its implementation. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research collected data from in-depth interviews with key stakeholders in the tourism sector, as well as documentation from various secondary sources. Data analysis was carried out using the interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman, which consists of three main components: data display, data reduction, and conclusion drawing/verification. The research results show that the refocusing and reallocation of budgets implemented by regional governments, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), has had a significant impact in supporting the tourism sector. However, challenges remain, including the need for innovation according to current tourism trends, hygienic tourism infrastructure and facilities, as well as improving tourism information and promotion networks. By using the Resource Based View (RBV) and Actor-Network Theory (ANT) approaches, this research provides insight into how resources and interactions between actors can be utilized to achieve competitive advantage and maintain sustainable performance in the tourism sector. This research also provides policy recommendations that can be implemented to support the recovery and sustainability of the tourism sector in the future.

Abstract

Purpose-This study aims to examine the influence of user experience and e-service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediator in mobile coffee shop applications in Indonesia.Design/methodology/approach -This research is a quantitative research which uses a survey methodology with SEM-PLS analysis. This study involved 270 respondents who are active users of various mobile coffee shop applications.Findings-The results indicated that user experience significantly affects e-service quality and directly impacts customer satisfaction. Although e-service quality did not show a positive effect on customer loyalty, the study found no significant evidence that e-service quality directly impacts customer satisfaction. However, customer satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between user experience and customer loyalty. Additionally, age serves as a moderating variable in the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing user experience and suggest that improving electronic service quality may not be sufficient without directly increasing customer satisfaction to build customer loyalty.Originality/value-This study used age as a moderating variable, and combined it with UX and customer satisfaction model.

Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from distributing online questionnaires to 500 PTPN employees throughout Indonesia. The data obtained was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Green Human Resource Management variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values value is below the minimum acceptance standard and the significant level is 0.05, namely 0.002. This is because environmental/green-based Human Resource Management in companies can make the environment comfortable, the quality of workers increases, costs related to potential environmental damage are reduced, and income remains stable. Apart from that, the second hypothesis in this research also shows the same thing if the Green Work Engagement variable can strengthen the influence of the Green Human Resource Management variable on employee performance because the P-Values value is below the acceptable level and below the significance level. With employee involvement in HR management, the Company can create indicators or causes that explain the reasons why Green Human Resource Management variables can influence employee performance to become stronger. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted.
