Abstract

Ermy Wijaya ; The aim of this study is to determine is there any significant relationship between the outside behavior variables of consumers to the consumption rate of Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneer and is there influence of inside behavior variables of consumer to the consumption rate of Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneer. Gading Cempaka Subdistrict Bengkulu City is a research area that is selected with the population of research is the households that live in Bengkulu City. The sample was carried out based on specific criteria, i.e all households classified as mature or aged 15 years and above. From the population were classified into five villages, each village elected were taken as sample. The result gained from the study was as follows: age level as a variable behavior has influence on consumers? behavior to the consumption rate of Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneerin accordance with the age level. Where, at the age of 15-19 tends to consume Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneerat least once, at the age of 20 - 50 and above tends to consume Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneerincreases. From the test results showed a statistically significant relationship between the levels of education as outside behavior variable to the consumers? behavior of Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneer. The level income ofoutside behavior variables has significant relationships on consumers? behavior of Jamu Cap Nyonya Meneer.Key Words : Consumers? Behavior, Level Of Consumstion.

Abstract

Adhitya Yuspitara, Karona Cahya Susena, Herlin; The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of tax collection actions with a forced letter made in the tax office Pratama Argamakmur, Knowing the effect of tax collection by a forced letter in the tax service office pramama argamakmur in order to increase tax revenue in KPP Prtama Argamakmur in particular corporate income tax.  Data collection method used is secondary data in the form of documentation. The method of analysis used is simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with t test. Based on the results of research and data analysis on the effect of tax collection with a letter of force against tax revenue in the tax office Pratama Argamakmur can draw the conclusion of the results of simple correlation analysis, simple linear regression value Y=7.105.100,391+977.683,917X r value = 0,803 The coefficient of determination = 0.645 and the value of t arithmetic greater than t table is 5,714>1.725 it indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha received which means that there is influence of tax collection with the letter of force against the tax revenue.Key Words:  Tax collection and Tax Receipts

Abstract

Ahmad Soleh, Wagini, Vero Agustin; Market Levy is a charge withdrawn by the Department of Industry and Trade to compulsory retribution for the use of facilities in the form of stalls, kiosks and courtyards provided by the city government of Bengkulu. This study aims to examine the potential of public market retribution in Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation. Secondary data was obtained from the Office of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu City. The market retribution potential formula is used in this method of study. The results showed that the existing market potential in Bengkulu City fluctuated. The average potential of general market retribution is Rp 2,220,464,960 per year with an average growth of 2.51% per year. This is in line with the realization of public market levies that also experience fluctuations. The average realization of general market retribution revenue amounted to Rp 1,854,906,535, - with an average growth of 6.53% per year. The percentage of realization achievement of potential revenue of general market retribution in Bengkulu city from 2014 to 2016 were 82.08%, 80.23% and 88.07% respectively with an average of 83.53% per year. Achievement average achievement above 80% is considered good. However, the local government of Bengkulu city should always try to increase the realization of acceptance of public market retribution with its potential.Key Words: Potential, Public Market Levy, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Yudi Partama Putra; This study aims to (1) determine the effect of asymmetry of information on costs of equity at manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2015, (2) know the effect of earnings management on equity capital costs at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013- 2015, (3) determine the effect of information asymmetry and earnings management simultaneously on the cost of equity capital in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2013-2015. The population in this study is manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the sample selection is taken by using purposive sampling method. The classical assumption test used in this research is using normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Analysis of data used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research indicate that (1) information asymmetry has positive and significant effect to cost of equity (2) earnings management has no significant effect on Cost of equity. F test results show that the variable information asymmetry and earnings management simultaneously affect the cost of equity capital. The result of determination coefficient test with R square shows that variable information asymmetry and earnings management influence cost equity capital equal 10,7%, while the rest 89,3% influenced by other variables.Key Words: Information Asymetry, Earnings Management, and Cost Of Equity.

Abstract

Siti Hanila, Nia Indriasari; The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of completeness of products and services have an effect on buying decision in shopping at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. The population in this study is all consumers who happened to visit and buy in Zan Mart. Sampling using random sampling technique that amounted to 100 people. From the calculation results simultaneously obtained Fcount of 48.499 while Ftable 3.09 Ho thus rejected and Ha accepted simultaneous means of completeness of products and services have a significant effect on buying decision at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. Partially obtained by tcount X1 = 13,9481 and tcount X2 = 7,8455 and ttable 1,98 means Ho is rejected, so partially completeness of product and service have significant effect to buying decision. The conclusion of the research results that there is influence of completeness of products and services to the decision to buy at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. Effect simultaneously equal to 51,2% and partially influence of variable X1 = 66,5% and variable X2 = 38,6%. Suggestions that can be given is the Zan Mart should pay attention to the completeness of the product and offered so that consumers will feel satisfied. Regarding the service, should be more attention especially the element of speed, accuracy, security, friendliness, and comfort because service variables have a big enough influence in the decision to buy on Zan MartKey Words: Completeness Of Product, Service And Buying Decision.

Abstract

Syamsul Huda, Jalal Ikhwan; The research aims to determine the number of variables that affect tourists visiting Zakat beach in Bengkulu city. The population used is the visitors who visit Zakat beach. The type of data implemented is the primery daya. The way of implement it is by spreading out of questioners. The research puts on two variables. First, it is the independent variable. It consist of servicing, the trimming of the facilities, safety and earning. Where as the dependent variables focuses on the readability of the visitors to visit Zakat beach. The test stage are done by utilizing spss. To create the hypothesis test stages, it can apply the multiple regression model and t-statistic test. Building upon the hypothesis test result, it has been uncovered that the quality of servicing and safety have significant effects to the readibility of the visitors to come to see Zakat beach in Bengkulu city of Bengkulu province. It can be concluded that the trimming of the facility and earnings do not make significant effects towards the viusitors readability to pay a visit to Zakat beach.Key Words: Service, Facilities, Security and Income.

Abstract

Suwarni, Karona Cahya Susena, Wika Gusti Halimah; The purpose of this study is to determine and measure the level of financial performance of PT. Bank Sinarmas Tbk, Sharia Business Unit Year 2014-2016. Sharia business with financial ratios are Liquidity ratio, Solvency ratio, and Profitability.The result of this study shows that Cast Ratio from 2014 until 2016 is 47,57%, 219,70% and 312,21%. From Loan Deposito Ratio (LDR) from 2014 until 2016 are 81,22%, 72,73% and 17,06%. From Capital Adequacy Ratio perspective, in 2014 until 2016 the values are 125,06%, 362,18% and 2.285%, meanwhile from Debt to Equity perspective, in 2014 until 2016 the values are 84,27%, 29,84% and 12,88%. By using BOPO in 2014 until 2016 the values are 65,83%, 109,21% and 155,49%. From Return on Assets perspective, in 2014 until 2016 the values are 1,31%, 0,10% and1,64%. Meanwhile from the Return on Equity in 2014 until 2016 values are 2,41%, 0,26%, and 1,85%.Key Words: Liquidity Financial Report ratio, Solvability, Profitability, Financial Performance.

Abstract

Ida Anggriani, Fera Indasari; The purpose of this study was to the differences in terms of impulsive buying gender determine consumers at Puncak Toserba Bengkulu. This type of research is a comparative study, carried out to compare the similarities and differences of two or more of the facts and object properties in the framework based on certain carefully. Survey respondents as many as 100 people composed of 50 men and 50 women, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire and analysis methods by means of descriptive and quantitative analyzes using independent samples t test trials. Results of this study indicate that there are differences between the purchase impulsive significant gender beetween men and women at Puncak Toserba Bengkulu by comparison Tsig (0,047) <? (0,05). The average difference for the two groups were between to 1,520 ranged 0,019 until 3,021.Keywords: Impulsive Buying, Gender

Abstract

Meiyudi Ardianto, Neri Susanti; This study aimed to get the perception of the village apparatus to use village funds, the use of the village funds according to the ministerial decree of village No. 08 year of 2016. The study was conducted in Talang Empat district of Central Bengkulu regency with a number of villages as many as 15 villages. This study was used rating scale analysis method by means of questionnaires distributed in each village and direct face with the village government apparatus.The results of the study show the village government organization variable gain the value of 718, variable of the implementation of rural development gain the value of 706 while the community empowerment and development variable gain the value of 690 and rural communities with a value of 713 this means the village government apparatus strongly agreed with these activities. Therefore, the perception of the village government apparatus in accordance with the village government budget. But in fact, the village government apparatus do not fully understand about the use of village funds. This is because the variable of the implementation of the village government and development of rural communities do not use the village fundsKey Words: The village government apparatus, the village funds.

Abstract

Zahrah Indah Ferina; A Public Accountant is an accountant who provides services to obtain rewards or fees. The need for public accountants in the era of MEA is increasing, then the purpose of this study is to factors that affect the intention to the profession of Public Accountants. Factors influencing this intention with financial rewards and considerations of labor market. The sample used in this research is 83 respondents. Samples are obtained from accounting students who have completed the Auditing courses at State and Private University in Bengkulu. To analyze the hypothesis, this study used multiple regression analysis.The result of this research showed that financial reward and consideration of labor market has influence in career choosing as public accountant.Key words: Accounting Student, Intention, Public Accountant
