Abstract

Siti Hanila, Nia Indriasari; The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of completeness of products and services have an effect on buying decision in shopping at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. The population in this study is all consumers who happened to visit and buy in Zan Mart. Sampling using random sampling technique that amounted to 100 people. From the calculation results simultaneously obtained Fcount of 48.499 while Ftable 3.09 Ho thus rejected and Ha accepted simultaneous means of completeness of products and services have a significant effect on buying decision at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. Partially obtained by tcount X1 = 13,9481 and tcount X2 = 7,8455 and ttable 1,98 means Ho is rejected, so partially completeness of product and service have significant effect to buying decision. The conclusion of the research results that there is influence of completeness of products and services to the decision to buy at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. Effect simultaneously equal to 51,2% and partially influence of variable X1 = 66,5% and variable X2 = 38,6%. Suggestions that can be given is the Zan Mart should pay attention to the completeness of the product and offered so that consumers will feel satisfied. Regarding the service, should be more attention especially the element of speed, accuracy, security, friendliness, and comfort because service variables have a big enough influence in the decision to buy on Zan MartKey Words: Completeness Of Product, Service And Buying Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy for batik products Besurek in Bengkulu city. And which strategy is best in determining the marketing of batik cloth of Besurek in Bengkulu city. Data collection methods used are literature study method and questionnaire by distributing the list to the respondents. The sample in this study is the assumption of an effective strategy to maximize the strengths and opportunities of small businesses and to minimize weaknesses and threats.Analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The data obtained from the results of the study will be analyzed strength, weakness, opportunities and amcamannya to the implementation of corporate marketing strategies in order to increase interest buyers batik cloth besurek. To determine the formulation of future marketing strategies, a merger of marketing strategy formulation is linked through the SWOT matrix.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDEs) dalam kegiatan usahanya melakukan study kelayakan usaha berbasis kearifan lokal terlebih dahulu. Dengan konsep dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat desa, BUMDes seyogyanya mampu menggali potensi yang ada di desa dan menjadi unit usaha tanpa mematikan usaha masyarakat yang ada. BUMDes Beringin Sejahtera Kecamatn Curup Utara Kabupaten Rejang Lebong memiliki 3 unit usaha meliputi Saprodi penjualan gas elpiji dan produksi kopi robusta unggulan petik merah. Dari analisis SWOT dan QSPM disimpulkan bahwa persoalan mendasar bagi unit usaha kopi adalah dibidang pemasaran dan administrasi pembukuan BUMDes, meskipun dari sisi SDM pengolahan kopi sudah cukup baik.

Abstract

Terdapat potensi yang dimiliki desa yang selama ini kurang dikelola oleh desa dikarenakan desa belum memiliki modal untuk mengelola pontensi yang ada. Hal ini menjadi salah satu sorotan dari pemerintah pusat. Maka dari itu terbitlah Undang-Undang Desa yang memberikan kesempatan desa untuk mengelola desa itu sendiri secara mandiri dan profesional. Terbetuknya usaha bisnis desa atau biasa disebut Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes/BUMDesa) diharapkan menjadi cikal bakal penggerak perekonomian ini dengan cara memaksimalkan pengembangan potensi desa yang ada. Akan tetapi timbul masalah selanjutnya yaitu Permasalahan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), masih rendahnya SDM yang dimiliki BUMDes terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan akuntansi BUMDes. BUMDes diharapkan menjadi penggerak perekonomian di desa tersebut, menyerap sebanyak-banyak tenaga kerja untuk warga desa. Untuk itu dosen memiliki kewajiban Tridharma perguruan tinggi, salah satunya melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mencoba memberikan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Desa Pulau Panggung sebuah desa yang berada di kecamatan Talang Empat Bengkulu Tengah memiliki potensi yang besar akan tetapi belum dikelola dengan baik. Dengan memberikan lokakarya tentang laporan keuangan dan memberikan pendampingan secara terus menerus kepada desa di harapkan memiliki output pengurus BUMDes yang mumpuni dalam mengelola BUMDes terutama dibidang keuangan. Lokakarya ini memberikan materi tentang laporan keuangan yang sesuai standar akuntansi keuangan yaitu SAK-ETAP.

Abstract

Pursuant to result of calculation of internal factor and strategy ekternal marketing of UMKM Snack Kitchen of Arco Azka got by co-ordinate value for kuadran analyse internal SWOT score wight ( 5,62) and score wight of eksternal ( 5,77). Pursuant to each calculation of kuadran above indicating that biggest value reside in at SO kuadran that is 6,72. The value obtained from calculation of strength score and opportunity score, where company maximize internal strength which owned by an company by exploiting existing opportunity. Kuadran analyse SWOT applying of strategy marketing of UMKM Snack Kitchen of Arco Azka show its position reside in at I kuadran, that strategy the yielded is strategy of SO, that is organization have the power of and opportunity where organization in a state of settled and prima. Conducive organization to continue to ekspansi, enlarging growth and reach for progress maximally. compatible strategy is (penetration of market and development of market) and product development in this time, is so that diversified by konsentrik can lessen risk related to narrow;tight product lini.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBengkulu Province is one of the Tourism Destination Areas (DTW) of Indonesia in Sumatra. As a tourist destination. Cemoro Sewu attractions see the need to improve services to tourists, both in terms of improving the quality of human resources, as well as improving tourist facilities and infrastructure as an effort to attract tourists to visit. Transferring the status of tourist sites from nature reserves to natural tourism parks (TWA) will bring a positive impact on tourism in Seluma Regency. The purpose of this study is to study and analyze what internal and external factors support and hinder the development of Cemoro Sewu Tourism Obejek and determine how the development strategy will be. Data collection methods used are literature study methods and questionnaires by completing the questionnaire list to respondents. Sampling is done randomly or random sampling without regard to strata that are in the population, if members of the population are considered homogeneous. Assumptions of effective strategies to maximize the power and opportunities for enhancing tourism objects and opportunities and challenges. The analytical method used in this study is the SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats) analysis method. Data obtained from the results of the study will be analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks of the application of marketing strategies in the context of developing Cemoro Sewu Tourism Objects. To determine future development strategy formulations, the combined marketing strategy formulations are approved through the SWOT matrix.Keywords: Cemoro Sewu tourism; development strategy.ABSTRAKProvinsi Bengkulu adalah salah satu Daerah Tujuan Wisata (DTW) Indonesia di Sumatera. Objek wisata Cemoro Sewu melihat perlunya meningkatkan pelayanan kepada wisatawan, baik dari segi peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, maupun peningkatan sarana dan prasarana wisata sebagai upaya menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Memindahkan status lokasi wisata dari cagar alam ke taman wisata alam (TWA) akan membawa dampak positif bagi pariwisata di Kabupaten Seluma. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal apa yang mendukung dan menghambat pengembangan Wisata Cemoro Sewu Obejek dan menentukan bagaimana strategi pengembangan akan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode studi literatur dan kuesioner dengan melengkapi daftar kuesioner kepada responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak atau acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi, jika anggota populasi dianggap homogen. Asumsi strategi yang efektif untuk memaksimalkan kekuatan dan peluang untuk meningkatkan objek dan peluang dan tantangan pariwisata. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian akan dianalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan risiko penerapan strategi pemasaran dalam konteks pengembangan Objek Wisata Cemoro Sewu. Untuk menentukan formulasi strategi pengembangan masa depan, formulasi strategi pemasaran gabungan disetujui melalui matriks SWOT.Kata Kunci: wisata Cemoro Sewu; strategi pengembangan.

Abstract

Social marketing marketing projects in a business are very important to develop in a business so that the business can be better known by the public. The aim of this community service in the home sewing business sector is to provide vacancies for sewing business actors so that the businesses they run can get more turnover or jobs from consumers. Methods that can be used to achieve this goal are by helping business people to open their stalls in strategic places and also by opening social media accounts to facilitate product marketing. With the completion of social media creation for business actors, they can immediately jump into loading or sharing some content about the products or services they offer to consumers.

Abstract

Agriculture plays an important role in the Indonesian economy, with vegetable plantations being key in meeting people's food needs. The city of Bengkulu, with its geographical potential and favorable climate, offers great opportunities to improve the skills and productivity of vegetable farmers. However, challenges such as limited access to modern technology, lack of technical knowledge, as well as climate change and market dynamics hinder the development of this sector. This research aims to explore strategies to improve the skills and productivity of vegetable farmers in Bengkulu City through education, training, introduction of the latest technology, and development of marketing networks. With a participatory approach involving local farmers, agricultural extension workers and agronomists, the proposed solutions are expected to be relevant and applicable. The research results show that improving skills, applying modern technology and good agricultural practices can significantly increase farmers' productivity and welfare. The implementation of this solution is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy and the sustainability of the agricultural sector in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Marketing activities are crucial for the hospitality industry, as hotels provide complex services and facilities available 24 hours a day. Hotels support business travelers and tourists in need of accommodation, food, drinks, and entertainment during their stays. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing methods such as Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, and hypothesis testing through t-test. The study involved 62 visitors to Hotel Seven One in South Manna, South Bengkulu. The Multiple Linear Regression Analysis results in the equation Y = 5.805 +0.160 X1 + 0.338X2 + 0.148X3 + 0.073 X4 + 0.181 X4, indicating a positive regression direction. The physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) factors have a positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y) at Hotel Seven One in Manna, South Bengkulu. The coefficient of determination value, calculated using SPSS, is R-squared at 0.961. This suggests that the physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) collectively influence customer satisfaction (Y) by 96.1%, with the remaining 3.9% affected by unexamined variables. The t-test results at a significance level of 0.05 show that individual X variables significantly impact Y at Hotel Seven One in Manna, South Bengkulu.
