Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of promotion in order to increase community participation in the program of administering employment social security. The BPJS Employment Program is a social security program provided to workers. Based on Article 4 of Law no. 24 of 2011 concerning Social Security Administering Bodies, BPJS Organizes a national social security system based on the principles: mutual cooperation, non-profit, openness, prudence, accountability, portability, mandatory membership, mandated funds, and the results of the management of the Social Security Fund are used entirely for program development and to the greatest extent possible. The Central Statistics Agency of South Sumatra Province noted that for the population of South Sumatra there were more than 8.5 million, as of February 2020 consisting of a workforce of 4.33 million, who worked as many as 4.16 million in the formal sector, while in the informal sector in the micro-enterprise sector. small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as many as 163,291. Looking at data from BP Jamsostek Palembang Branch, currently participants who follow the BPJamsostek program have only reached 2.3 million workers (27%) of the total number of potential workers reaching 8.5 million workers (in Sumbagsel), both Wage Recipients (PU), Non-Wage Recipients (BPU) and Construction Services (Jakon). Specifically for the coverage share participation for the province of South Sumatra with details of 2,916,275 participants, and the total participation in South Sumatra 7,952,597 (this figure includes the provinces of South Sumatra, Lampung, Bengkulu, Jambi, and Bangka Belitung).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah : 1.Pengaruh pertumbuhan aset terhadap struktur modal, 2.Pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal, 3.Pengaruh likuiditas terhadap struktur modal, 4.Pengaruh pertumbuhan aset,ukuran perusahaan, dan likuiditas terhadap struktur modal secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data disajikan dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic V.25. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1.Dari hasil regresi linear berganda bahwa pertumbuhan aset,ukuran perusahaan dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhdap struktur modal 2.Dari hasi Uji T diketahui bahwa pertumbuhan aset dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. 3.Dari hasil Uji F diketahui bahwa bahwa pertumbuhan aset,ukuran perusahaan dan likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

Penentuan persediaan penting untuk diperhatikan karena dapat berdampak pada keuntungan perusahaan. PPIC PT XYZ selalu membuat perencanaan persediaan khususnya bahan baku impor lebih tinggi dari yang dibutuhkan untuk menghindari kekurangan bahan. Namun disisi lain, bagian gudang penyimpanan tidak dapat menampung seluruh persediaan bahan baku tersebut sehingga terjadi penumpukan bahan di gudang. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi proses perencanaan dan pengendalian bahan baku produk Chicken Nugget di PT XYZ. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Informan ditentukan secara purposive dari internal perusahaan yaitu pegawai PPIC, foreman warehouse, quality control, dan security. Analisis data menggunakan Interactive Model dimulai dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data yang dibantu software ATLAS.ti 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan persediaan bahan baku produk Chicken Nugget untuk bahan impor menggunakan peramalan yang didasarkan atas rata-rata pemakaian bahan baku, sedangkan bahan dari dalam perusahaan, antar plant dan supplier lokal sesuai kebutuhan. Seharusnya PT XYZ membuat peramalan bahan baku impor dengan beberapa teknik peramalan time series – kuantitatif lainnya dan melakukan pengukuran tingkat kesalahan peramalan untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat. Sedangkan untuk pengendalian persediaan bahan baku mulai dari penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan pengeluaran bahan baku sudah sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ditetapkan PT XYZ dan biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan adalah biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan.

Abstract

Research aims to understand the role of creativity and innovation in increase the volume of sale and described all forms of and the process relating to an a product produced in bread with a “Sari Roti”.The writer be assigned PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk as an object research since the volume of sales in the past year decreased.It is due to the covid-19, the decline in the volume of sale a matter currently faced by PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk now. Data analysis using, qualitative descriptive in the form of exposure data from raw ingredients, production process until the marketing obtained from observations directly and supported by secondary data from various sources. Use of data using interviews and study. Literature to entice consumers, the varying, the design is interesting is expected to maintain the quality of the product on the market and has high selling values. The result of research conducted showed that creativity and innovation in an enterprise very important because very helpful increase the volume of sales in the company and are also sources of out of the necessity to business security .The application of creativity and innovation has produced new strategies to increase the volume of business sales. A kind of bread that was originally not too much variant think have now been as well as to various kinds of kinds of variant taste .The same thing happened to the strategy and the right policy very needed at in determining success or failure in increase the volume of sales .As the strategy marketing is a way to accomplish a purpose of a corporation , so that in the run the utmost effort there needs to be the development of through a strategy of marketing.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of role conflict on auditor performance and analyse the mediating role of job stress on influence of role conflict toward auditor performance. Research respondents were 52 auditors in the Province Inspectorate Office. This research is a survey research to identify and describe phenomena according to conditions in the field. As a means of collecting data with a questionnaire, then the data obtained is discussed and described systematically in order to obtain conclusions. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and partial least square. The results showed that: role conflict has a negative effect on the performance of auditor, role conflict has a positive effect on the job stress of auditor, this result means that the higher the role conflict, the higher the auditor's job stress, job stress has a negative effect on the performance of auditors, job stress has a mediating role on the effect of role conflict on auditor performance. The mediating role of job stress is partially mediation, meaning that the direct influence of role conflict on auditor performance can still occur, even without being mediated by job stress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the adaptation strategy of tour and travel bureaus in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the object of AQM research in Bengkulu City with Mr. Heru Putra Perdana A.Md. as General Supervisor/IT. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative by collecting, managing, analyzing and presenting data. The results of this study the authors conclude that Covid-19 has greatly impacted the Umrah Travel Organizer (PPIU) at PT. The Quba Mandiri Award for Bengkulu City. the adaptation strategy of the tour and travel bureau in dealing with the covid-19 pandemic, it can be concluded that the adaptation strategy used is by applying an adaptive strategy (adjustment strategy), an adaptive strategy of prospectors and defenders types, namely making adjustments to current conditions, innovations made by PT . Anugerah Quba Mandiri City of Bengkulu with the formation of a 3s team, recruiting as many employees as possible, the tamrah system (umrah savings), and booking a sit down deposit of 5 million. To restore the company's income, opening a new business, a raudoh figure is a branch of AQM such as Muslim clothes, Umrah gifts, zam-zam water, dates, etc. apply Umrah savings in cooperation with the appointed bank. People can save at any time while waiting for confirmation of departure. This strategy led to innovations aimed at attracting public interest and keeping the company afloat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of economic growth, human development index and government spending in Blora district. The research data used is time series data in 2009-2020 from the Central Java Statistics Agency and Blora Regency. The research method used is quantitative research and uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model with the help of the IBM SPSS (Statistics Program For Social Science) data processing computer program version 26.0. The results of this study explain that economic growth and the human development index have a positive and significant impact on poverty, while government spending has a negative and significant effect on poverty. Together these three variables have a significant influence on poverty in Blora Regency.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the Bengkulu City National Land Agency has developed a good organizational structure. This can be seen from the existence of a clear description of the division of authority and responsibility for each level of management and working relationships between sections within the agency. The existence of an organizational structure allows the success of the planning and control program set by the agency. The preparation of the budget at the Bengkulu City National Land Agency aims to determine the amount of funds needed by each section in financing all operational activities to be carried out and as a tool for management in preventing irregularities in the use of funds. The budget is prepared referring to the 5-year budget plan and the 1-year work plan. The Bengkulu City National Land Agency has not separated the controlled and uncontrolled costs sufficiently, because the Bengkulu City National Land Agency has made financing for personnel expenditures and the purchase of goods. The Bengkulu City National Land Agency has made an accountability report in the form of a budget realization report. In the accountability report, it can be seen how big the comparison between the budget and its realization is, and the difference.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, work discipline and workload on the performance of Investigators of the Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Bengkulu Police. The sample in this study was 80 investigators from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Bengkulu Police. The sampling technique was a census and the data were collected using a questionnaire and the analytical methods through validity test, through validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of investigators from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Bengkulu Police, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the increasing competence affected the performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bengkulu Police Criminal Investigation Department investigators, because the significant value of 0.027 is smaller than 0.05, the more attention to work discipline of members will increase. This illustrates that with good work discipline between investigators and leaders and between investigators and other investigators, performance can be improved. Workload has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Bengkulu Police Criminal Investigation Directorate because the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0, 05. This illustrates that the existence of a workload that is in accordance with the skills and knowledge can improve the performance of investigators. The results of the f test indicate a significant influence between competence, work discipline and workload on performance together. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.814. This means that competence, work discipline and workload affect performance by 81.4% while the rest (100-81.4% = 18.6%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to analyze demographic characteristics, social characteristics, economic characteristics, and cultural characteristics mobile banking users at Bengkulu. This study uses a questionnaire as an instrument to take sample of 100 respondents who use mobile banking services at Bengkulu. The sampling method used is accidental sampling. The analytical method used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis and crosstab analysis. The results of the study indicate that, respondents were dominated by women who worked as civil servants. Using mobile banking services can help simplify their work in banking transaction. They used the mobile banking service for 3 years, meaning that mobile bankig service users in this study have long interacted with mobile banking service.
