Abstract

The purpose of this research (1) condition of students’ participation in the business center, parental role, self-efficacy, and student entrepreneur willingness, (2) influence of student participation in the business center, parental role, and self-efficacy partially to student entrepreneur willingness, (3) the influence of participation in the business center, parental role, and self-efficacy on student entrepreneurship willingness, and (4) difference entrepreneur willingness for the first year and second-year students. This study is a comparative causal and technique of collecting data using questionnaire. The result of this research (1) students’ participation in Business Center have high categorized and positively and significantly influence to willingness, (2) parental role is a very high categorical student and have the positive and significant influence to student entrepreneurship willingness, (3) self-efficacy of the high categorized student, but not positively and significantly influence to intent entrepreneurship, (4) willingness of entrepreneurship is very high categorize, (5) students’ participation in Business Center and parental role simultaneously has positively and significantly influence on willingness, (6) there is a difference of willingness of student entrepreneur for the first year students with second year students, (7) there is no difference in student participation in Business Center for the first year and second year students, (8) there is a difference of parental role of first year and second year students, and (9) there no difference of self-efficacy for the first year with second year students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) produce personnel administration learning module Guided Inquiry-based for XI graders of Vocational School, particularly for office administration expertise program based on basic competence point 3.6 (proposing leave regulation) and 4.6 (reciting leave regulation), (2) validate the product through the validation test, (3) and find out the different learning outcome for those who used and did not used this product. there are different learning outcomes from those who belong to the control and experimental class namely 10,81 (control class average score= 82,58 and experimental class average score= 93,39).

Abstract

This study aims to explain the relationship between environmental variables out g a, school culture, self-efficacy and student learning outcomes Administrative Program Program at SMK. This research includes quantitative research type with the explanatory descriptive method. The sampling technique was proportionate stratified random sampling, the study sample consisted of 114 students. Data analysis in this research using path analysis. Results research shows that there is a positive and significant influence of family environment on self-efficacy, there is the positive and significant influence of school culture on self-efficacy, there is a direct positive and significant influence between the environment to the family on the results of learning. While the school culture The air does not directly influence the learning outcomes, but the air of self-efficacy ng driving direct effect on learning outcomes, and the family environment is not aired directly influence the outcome through self-efficacy jar arts students, and school culture has an indirect effect on learning outcomes through students' self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative research by using descriptive and ex-post facto. The purpose of this research is to know how: (1) the description of learning achievement, description of internship experience, description of working interest, and description of working readiness; (2) the effect of productive learning achievement, internship experience, and working interest partially on the readiness of work for the students of SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan Probolinggo. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire and documentation method. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The result of the analysis shows that: (1) student learning achievement of productive, student internship experience, students working interest, and readiness of student work is in good category; (2) there is a negative and not significant influence between learning achievement of productive education and training on job readiness; (3) there is a positive but insignificant influence between internship experience on job readiness; (4) there is a positive but not significant influence between the interest of work to the readiness of class XII business management students in SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan Probolinggo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe management education and entrepreneurship training for craftsmen tenun ikat in Lamongan regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative which data collection using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that education and training management began with the planning and determination of training participants, analysis of training needs of the participants, the determination of the goals and objectives of the training and the determination of program content. Implementation of entrepreneurship training plays a role in forming motivation and entrepreneurial intentions for craftsmen tenun ikat in Lamongan regency. It is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the training which is implemented within 4-5 months after the implementation of the training, with the aim to know the development of business owned by participants who have followed the training.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) conditions of learning motivation, family factors, school factors, community factors and learning outcomes; (2) the influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes; (3) the influence of family factors on learning outcomes; (4) the influence of school factors on learning outcomes; (5) the influence of community factors on learning outcomes; (6) the influence of learning motivation, family factors, school factors and community factors on learning outcomes. The population in this study is all students of class X Class Office Administration Study Program as many as 109 students, the sample used as many as 86 students using proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) learning motivation can be classified well, the family factor can be classified very well, school factor can be classified well, society factor can be classified well; (2) learning motivation has no significant effect on learning outcomes; (3) family factors partially have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes; (4) school factors partially have a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes; (5) community factors partially have a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes; (6) learning motivation, family factor, school factor and community factor simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and social environmental factors on consumption behaviour of Economics Faculty of Economics students of Manado State University. The design of this study using the quantitative approach with survey method, with the number of samples is 67 students as respondents through proportionate stratified random sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire with a Likert scale which then tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques include 1) Descriptive analysis; 2) Classical assumption test, and 3) Multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: 1). There is a significant influence on financial literacy and student consumption behaviour, with the influence of financial literacy on student consumption behaviour of 54.4%; 2). There is a significant influence on social environment factor with student consumption behaviour, with the influence of social environment factor to student consumption behaviour equal to 37.5%; and 3). There is the influence of variable of financial literacy and social environment factor to student consumption behaviour variable with a contribution equal to 78.6%. Conclusion, partially or simultaneously financial literacy and social environmental factors have a significant effect on the consumption behaviour of students of Economics Education Faculty of Economics, State University of Manado.

Abstract

Research objectives for improving student learning outcomes on the subjects of marketing strategy through the implementation of model learning SFAE. This type of research this is a class action research using a qualitative approach which consists of two cycles with the subject Marketing X grade SMK YPI Darussalam 2 Cerme Gresik Regency. This research consists of four stages: (1) the Planning Act, (2) the implementation of the action, (3) observations (observation), and (4) Reflection. The result of the research shows that cognitive and affective learning outcomes of students have increased significantly.
