Abstract

Pembelajaran kontekstual model Prediction, Observation and Explanation (POE)  diasumsikan mampu untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar fisiska siswa. Kancah penelitian pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 12 Malang  Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pretes dan postes untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar siswa, lembar observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Berdasarkan   hasil   analisis   data,   dapat   disimpulkan   bahwa   secara   keseluruhan,   peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kontekstual model Prediction, Observation and Explanation (POE)  meningkat.  Hasil  analisis  terhadap data  observasi  dan  wawancara  menunjukkan  pembelajaran kontekstual model Prediction, Observation and Explanation (POE dapat meningkatkan  aktivitas  belajar  siswa.         Kata kunci: Prestasi Belajar,  Pembelajaran kontekstual,,  model  Prediction, Observation and Explanation (POE)

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan kelompok budidaya ikan lele dengan teknik bioflok agar hasil panen meningkat dan mendapatkan keuntungan yang optimal. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, kegiatan yang dilakukan mencakup:pendampingan pembuatan kolam sistem bioflok, pendampingan pengeloaan budidaya lele (pakan,air dan kesehatan ikan), pendampingan pembukuan sederhana, pelatihan pemasaran dan pengolahan hasil panen. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada peningkatan ketrampilan kelompok budidaya ikan lele dalam menerapkan sistem bioflok;2) ada peningkatan produksi hasil panen lele dan; 3) ada peningkatan ketrampilan kelompok peternak lele dalam melakukan pembukuan usaha; 4) ada peningkatan ketrampilan kelompok peternak lele dalam mengolah hasil panen. Abstract: The aim of this community service program is to improve the skills of catfish culture groups with biofloc techniques so that yields increase and get optimal benefits. To achieve this goal, the activities carried out include: assisting in the making of a biofloc system pool, mentoring management of catfish cultivation (feed, water and fish health), facilitating simple bookkeeping, marketing training and processing of harvests. The results obtained show that: 1) there was an increase in the skills of the catfish culture group in implementing the biofloc system, 2) there was an increase in the production of catfish yields and; 3) there is an increase in the skills of the catfish breeders group in keeping business records; 4) there is an increase in the skills of the catfish breeders group in processing the harvest.

Abstract

Untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan, berbagai pihak yang terkait dengan perusahaan harus memperhatikan tingkat kepuasan kerja sekaligus prestasi kerja karyawannya. Tingkat kepuasan kerja tersebut tentu tidak terlepas dari pengaruh kondisi iklim organisasi yang berlaku. Populasi  sekaligus sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Proses analisis menggunakan Analisis Statistik Deskriptif dan Analisis Statistik Inferential yaitu Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) .Hasil penelitian ini adalah iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen karyawan berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,67; iklim organisasi, komitmen karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan dengan koefisien path sebasar 0,52 dan 0,45 ; iklim organisasi, komitmen karyawan, kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan baik langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan koefisien path sebesar 0,33; 0,42; 0,35

Abstract

A teacher has an important and heavy task in the case of improving the intelect of a particular society. Beside being an educator, a teacher also has a role as a trainer, an exchange agent, and a parent for a learner. Because of having such important and heavy task, s/he may lack of the emotional resourches. If a teacher faces the case continously, s/he will have emotional exhaustion, so that it may influence the working satisfactory and the teacher’s performance.This study aimed to analyze the direct effect and indirect effect of the emotional exhaustion through the teacher’s working satisfactory for the teacher’s performance. The sample of the study is the population of 137 teachers in MAN 3 Malang and MTsN 1 Malang. The research methods applied for the study are collecting data and distributing a questionaire, whilst the data analysis used is path analysis. The result of the study shows that teachers in MAN 3 Malang and MTsN 1 Malang have high tension of emotional exhaustion, while the working satisfactory and the teacher’s performance are categorized adequate. The emotional exhaustion has negative effects for the working satisfactory. It means when the emotional exhaustion among teachers in MAN 3 Malang and MTsN 1 Malang is high, the working satisfactory is low. The working satisfactory has positive effect for the teacher’s performance. As the working satisfactory is high, the teacher’s performance will be high. The emotional exhaustion has negative direct effect for the teacher’s performance. When the emotional exhaustion among teachers in MAN 3 Malang and MTsN 1 Malang is high, the teacher’s performance is low. The emotional exhaustion does not have indirect effect for the teacher’s performance through the working satisfactory.

Abstract

This study aims to identify students' critical thinking skills between guided inquiry and conventional learning, to determine the effect of Self Regulated Learning (SRL) on critical thinking skills, as well as to determine the effect of the interaction between guided inquiry and SRL on critical thinking skills. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a 2x2 anaphatic experimental design, which involved 128 students. The study's findings indicate that guided inquiry learning differs from conventional learning in terms of students' critical thinking skills, that SRL has an effect on critical thinking skills, and there is also an interaction effect between inquiry learning strategies and SRL on critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe management education and entrepreneurship training for craftsmen tenun ikat in Lamongan regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative which data collection using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that education and training management began with the planning and determination of training participants, analysis of training needs of the participants, the determination of the goals and objectives of the training and the determination of program content. Implementation of entrepreneurship training plays a role in forming motivation and entrepreneurial intentions for craftsmen tenun ikat in Lamongan regency. It is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the training which is implemented within 4-5 months after the implementation of the training, with the aim to know the development of business owned by participants who have followed the training.

Abstract

The objective of this research is (1) to determine the quality of implementing the Discovery Learning model that can enhance students' learning motivation and critical thinking, (2) to assess the improvement in students' critical thinking skills through the application of the Discovery Learning model, and (3) to identify the enhancement in students' learning motivation through the implementation of the Discovery Learning model. The research method employed in this study is classroom action research (CAR), consisting of the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects are 37 eighth-grade students at SMP PGRI 02 Singosari in the academic year 2022/2023. Data collection procedures include tests, observations, and documentary studies. The research findings indicate that: (1) the quality of implementing the Discovery Learning model, which enhances critical thinking skills and learning motivation, is considered good; (2) there is an improvement in students' critical thinking skills through the application of the Discovery Learning model, (3) there is an increase in students' learning motivation through the implementation of the Discovery Learning model.

Abstract

Digitalisation in Indonesia has seen a significant development in education in recent years. Nevertheless, issues persist in the educational journey, including the absence of interactive and creative learning tools in primary education institutions. Teachers, at the forefront of the educational journey, hold a vital role in crafting learning materials. In the field, particularly in Gugus 5 Blimbing, it is evident that numerous educators lack the skills to create engaging and inventive learning resources. Consequently, student engagement and motivation suffer, resulting in a less impactful learning experience. To address this issue, a workshop focused on creating user-friendly learning materials, accessible to all educators, is essential. Assemblr Edu offers a platform for educational institutions to generate interactive 3D learning tools using Augmented Reality (AR).  Educational establishments have the ability to enhance learning materials by implementing Augmented Reality technology, allowing students to view virtual objects within the classroom.  The target output of this activity is that driving school teachers in Gugus 5 Blimbing have competence in developing 3D interactive learning media using Assemblr Edu Augmented Reality and AI technology.

Abstract

Digital transformation is being implemented in Sanggar Belajar Indonesia, Sungai Mulia Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, through this community service project. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of digital learning materials in improving students' memory retention compared to traditional teaching methods. The study used a qualitative methodology and involves training teachers in the creation of digital learning materials. Compared to traditional approaches, the results revealed a 42% improvement in students' memory of the material, and 78% of the implementation's success was attributed to teacher preparation. Improved teacher competency in creating digital learning resources suitable for primary school pupils' concrete operational level was the outcome of the extensive training program. A methodical approach that blends ongoing training with the creation of technology-based learning materials has demonstrated the efficacy of digital transformation in education.
