Abstract

AbstrakKecemasan adalah perasaan tidak menentu yang membuat seseorang merasa takut dan khawatir. Kecemasan pada tingkat tertentu mampu membuat seseorang menjadi lebih produktif, sebaliknya, kecemasan berlebihan dapat merusak. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi kecemasan adalah pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling, terutama menggunakan paradoxical intervention yang telah terbukti efektif untuk mengatasi gangguan kecemasan. Melalui artikel ini penulis mencoba menyajikan satu teknik intervensi unik yang bisa menjadi alternatif  bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling atau konselor untuk membantu konseli mengatasi kecemasan dan meningkatkan keefektifan layanan bimbingan dan konseling.Kata Kunci : Kecemasan, Bimbingan dan Konseling, Paradoxical Intervention. AbstractAnxiety is an uncertain feeling that makes someone fear and worry. Anxiety in a certain level able to makes someone more productive, in opposite, excessive anxiety can be obstructive. An effort that can utilize to reduce anxiety is guidance and counseling, particularly, paradoxical intervention which evidence-based shown highly effective to overcome the anxiety disorder. Through this article author is trying to present an unique intervention technique which can be an alternative for guidance and counseling teacher or counselor in order to help counselee coping with anxiety and promoting the effectiveness of guidance and counseling service.Keywords : Anxiety, Guidance and Counseling, Paradoxical Intervention.

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan karakter di sekolah bagian integral dari program penguatan karakter. Karakter toleransi berfungsi untuk menumbuhkan kompetensi multikultural siswa. Fenomena kasus intoleransi perlu dicegah melalui pengembangan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk menemukan butir-butir pernyataan yang valid dan reliabel pada instrumen skala karakter toleransi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan transformatif sekuensial. Intrument penelitian ini melalui studi dokumentasi beruapa analisis teks, wawancara, dan survei. Analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif tentang kajian jurnal dan buku sebagai studi dokumentasi, forum group dicussion penentuan butir-butir pernyataan dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dari hasil uji beda untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen karakter toleransi. Temuan mengungkap konsep dan operasionalisasi skala karakter toleransi melalui tiga aspek, yaitu (1) aspek kedamaian meliputi indikator  peduli, ketidaktakutan, dan cinta, (2) aspek menghargai perbedaan dan individu meliputi indikator saling menghargai satu sama lain, menghargai perbedaan orang lain, dan menghargai diri sendiri, serta (3) aspek kesadaran meliputi indikator menghargai kebaikan orang lain, terbuka, reseptif, kenyamanan dalam kehidupan, dan kenyamanan dengan orang lain. Skala karakter toleransi memiliki 39 butir pernyataan yang valid. Koefisien reliabilitas skala karakter toleransi adalah 0,777 yang termasuk dalam kategori reliabilitas tinggi. Skala karakter toleransi dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat karakter toleransi.Kata Kunci: Karakter Toleransi AbstractCharacter education in schools an integral part of the character strengthening programs. Tolerance character serves to foster multicultural competence in students. The phenomenon of intolerance cases should be prevented through the development of character education in schools. The goal of research to find a grain of valid and reliable statements on the instrument scale tolerance character. This research uses mixed methods approach. Design research uses sequential transformative design. Instrument this research through documentation study in form of text analysis, interview, and survey. Research analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis about study of journals and books as documentation studies, and forum group discussion for the determination of statement items and quantitative descriptive analysis from different test results to know validity and reliability of instrument tolerance character. The findings reveal the concept and operationalization of tolerant character scale through three aspects: (1) peace aspects include indicators care, fear, and love, (2) value diversity and individual aspects include indicators respect each other, respect differences of others, and respect ourselves, and (3) awareness aspects include indicators of appreciating the goodness of others, open, receptive, comfort in life, and comfort with others. Tolerance character scale has 39 valid statement items. Tolerance character scale reliability coefficient is 0.777 which was included in category of high reliability. Scale tolerance character can be used to identify the level of tolerance character.Keywords: Character Tolerance

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari hasil observasi di sekolah terhadap pelaksanaan layanan konseling perorangan rasional emotif behavior. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penyelenggaraan layanan konseling perorangan dengan pendekatan konseling rasional emotif behavior di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Sukoharjo mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta hambatan-hambatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survai. Dengan pengambilan populasi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster sampling (area sampling) teknik ini digunakan karena daerah atau strata digunakan untuk menentukan sampel objek yang akan diteliti atau sumber data sangat luas. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa guru bimbingan konseling dalam melaksanakan layanan konseling perorangan rasional emotif behavior sudah menggunakan perencanaan, namun disesuaikan dengan permasalahan siswa. Ketika pelaksanaan guru bimbingan konseling belum mengikuti tahap-tahap konseling rasional emotif yang ada, dan belum mengetahui teknik-teknik dalam konseling tersebut. Guru bimbingan konseling masih kurang dalam mengevaluasi layanan konseling perorangan rasional emotif behavior, namun dalam pelaporannya sudah melaporkan kepada Kepala Sekolah. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan layanan tersebut karena terkendala jam mengajar, serta fasilitas sekolah.Keywords: Penyelenggaraan, Layanan, Konseling, Rational Emotif Behavior.  AbstractThis research is based on the results of school observations on the implementation of individual rational emotive behavior counseling services. The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of individual counseling services with rational emotive behavior counseling approach in SMA Negeri as Sukoharjo District starting from planning, implementation, evaluation, and constraints. This research uses survey method. With population taking in SMA Negeri as Sukoharjo District. This study uses cluster sampling technique (area sampling) This technique is used because the area or strata used to determine the sample object to be studied or data source is very broad. The results of this study proves that counseling teachers in implementing individual counseling services rational emotive behavior has been using planning, but tailored to the problems of students. When the implementation of counseling teachers has not followed the existing emotional rational counseling stages, and has not yet known the techniques in the counseling. Teacher guidance counseling is still lacking in evaluating individual rational emotive behavior counseling services, but in reporting it has been reported to the Principal. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul penyusunan program bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah RnD dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Development dan Dissemination). Subjek penelitian adalah guru BK SMK Negeri di se-Kota Yogyakarta yang telah bersertifikat (purposive sampling), sejumlah 25 orang. Instrumen terdiri dari lembar pengamatan dan tes pemahaman yang divalidasi oleh ahli (expert judgement). Untuk uji ahli materi dan media menggunakan instrumen lembar pengamatan ahli. Sedangkan uji coba produk instrument lembar penilaian pengguna produk. Untuk menguji efektivitas produk, maka diberikan tes pemahaman materi. Hasil uji ahli media memperoleh skor sebesar 73,44 dengan kategori “Baik”. Hasil uji ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 86,85 dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Sedangkan hasil uji coba lapangan (uji keterbacaan modul) memperoleh skor 80 dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hasil uji efektifitas modul menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru sebesar 1,52. Hasil konsultasi dengan tabel distribusi t diperoleh perbandingan t0,05<t0,01<t, yaitu 2,08<2,80<5,60. Perbandingan ini memiliki arti bahwa penggunaan modul memiliki pengaruh positif (signifikan) baik pada taraf signifikansi t0,05 maupun taraf signifikansi t0,01. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modul telah terlaksana dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman guru BK  dalam menyusun program BK komprehensif di SMK.Kata Kunci: Bimbingan dan Konseling, Komprehensif, SMK AbstractThis research aims to develop modules drafting a comprehensive guidance and counseling program in Vocational High School. This type of research is the research and development. The subjects were guidance and counseling teachers at SMK as the city of Yogyakarta that has been certified (purposive sampling), some 25 people. The instruments used consist of sheets of observation and comprehension tests were validated by an expert (expert judgment). To test the material and media experts using expert observation sheet instruments. While testing instrument products sheet product user ratings. To test the effectiveness of the product, then given a comprehension test material. Media expert test results given a score of 73.44 in the category of "Good". The test results matter experts given a score of 86.85 with the category of "Very Good". While the results of field trials (legibility test module) received a score of 80 in the category of "Very Good". The effectiveness of the module test results showed an increase teacher understanding of 1.52. result   consultation with the t distribution table for the comparison of t 0.05 <t 0.01 <t, namely 2.08 <2.80 <5.60. This comparison has meant that the use of the modules has a positive influence (significant) whether or 0.05 significance level t t 0.01 significance level. This suggests that the development of the module has been accomplished and effective in improving the understanding of guidance and counseling teachers in drafting a comprehensive guidance and counseling program at VHS.Keywords: Guidance and Counseling, Comprehensive, Vocational High School

Abstract

AbstractThe emotional development of students in early teens showed a sensitive and recreative nature (critical), emotions are often negative and temperamental. This negative passion is evidenced by the findings in the field of Indonesian teenagers, such as Tawuran, promiscuity, students who dare to do nasty with school friends (Tirto, 2013). Many factors are the cause, one of which is still the weak character of academic responsibility that students have. This problem becomes a serious problem in the world of education Indonesia. Therefore, it is natural for educational practitioners to take solutive steps to overcome the problem. One education practitioner who has a strategic position to handle the case is Counselor. Counselors are deemed able to provide practical solutions through Reality Group Counseling services by integrating spiritual values (Islam) to foster student academic responsibilities. Reality group counseling emphasizes the growth of personal responsibility. This advice is also in line with Islamic values that encourage individuals always to be responsible for every action as reflected in the QS. Al Muddassir: 38).

Abstract

AbstrakKehidupan keluarga di Desa mengalami perubahan yang semakin cepat, sebagai dampak dari kemajuan di segala bidang, terutama semakin lancarnya komunikasi dan transportasi yang memudahkan mereka mengakses segala sesuatu. Orang tua perlu memonitor perilaku remaja serta memahami perkembangan remaja untuk menentukan masa depan anak. Remaja juga memerlukan banyak informasi tentang persiapan kehidupan berkeluarga untuk membangun keluarga yang sejahtera. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Hedonisme dan Pola Asuh Autoritatif Terhadap Kesiapan Hidup Berkeluarga pada Remaja di Desa Pragak Kecamatan Parang Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah 60 orang remaja berusia 17 sampai 21 tahun yang dilaksanakan di Desa Pragak Kecamatan Parang, Kabupaten Magetan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini melalui angket dengan model Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Analisis Korelasi Regresi dua predictor dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, ada pengaruh yang signifikan Gaya Hidup Hedonisme Terhadap Kesiapan Hidup Berkeluarga pada Remaja Desa Pragak Kecamatan Parang Kabupaten Magetan, diterima. gaya hidup seseorang tercipta adanya kebiasaan orang tua dalam mengasuh anaknya. Orang tua dengan kondisi ekonomi rendah cenderung untuk menikahkan anaknya di usia muda sehingga setelah menikah seringkali mengalami kesulitan ekonomi. Sedangkan orang tua dengan ekonomi tinggi cenderung menunda pernikahan anaknya sehingga anak akan lebih mementingkan karir dari pada pernikahan.Kata Kunci: Gaya Hidup Hedonisme, Pola Asuh Autoritatif, Kesiapan Hidup Berkeluarga. AbstractFamily life in the village is changing rapidly, as a result of progress in all areas, especially the smoothness of communication and transportation that makes it easier for them to access everything. Parents need to monitor adolescent behavior as well as understand the development of adolescents to determine the future of the child. Teens also need a lot of information about the preparation of family life to build a prosperous family. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Hedonism Lifestyle and Autoritative Foster Pattern to Prepared Family Family Preparedness in Pragak Village, Parang Subdistrict, Magetan Regency. This research uses correlational ex post facto method. The study population was 60 people aged 17 to 21 years old which was conducted in Pragak Village District of Parang, Magetan Regency by using purposive sampling technique. Technique of taking data in this research through questionnaire with Likert Scale model. Data analysis technique used in this research is the technique of Correlation Analysis of two predictor Regression and Test F. The results showed, there is a significant influence Hedonism Lifestyle Against Preparedness of Family Life in Pragak Village Teens Parang District Magetan Regency, accepted. one's lifestyle created a parent's habit of parenting. Parents with low economic conditions tend to marry off their children at a young age so that after marriage often experience economic difficulties. While parents with high economic tend to delay the marriage of their children so that children will be more concerned about the career than at the wedding.Keywords: Hedonism Lifestyle, Autoritative Care Pattern, Family Preparedness Readiness.

Abstract

AbstrakPercaya diri merupakan salah satu aspek yang perlu dikembangkan untuk menunjang prestasi akademik siswa. Hal ini akan memberikan penguatan pada diri siswa untuk dapat berkembang optimal sesuai dengan potensinya masing-masing. Salah satu teknik konseling yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan percaya diri adalah cognitive defusion. Teknik cognitive defusion adalah suatu teknik konseling yang digunakan untuk mengurangi pikiran negatif dengan mengubah konteks masalah yang terjadi. Pengubahan ini dilakukan dengan cara pengubahan bahasa dalam pikiran konseli. Bahasa tersebut berperan sebagai stimulus yang dapat mengubah tingkah laku.Kata Kunci: Percaya Diri, Teknik Cognitive Defusion AbstractSelf-confidence is one aspect that needs to be developed to support students' academic achievement. This will provide reinforcement in students themselves to be able to develop optimally in accordance with their respective potential. One of the counseling techniques that can be used to boost of self-confidence is cognitive defusion. The technique of cognitive defusion is a counseling technique used to reduce negative thoughts by changing the context of the problem. This change is done by changing the language in the mind of the counselee. The language acts as a stimulus that can change behavior.Keywords: Self-Confidance, Cognitive Defusion Technique
