This research based on the low ability arithmatic of multiplication of student 6th grade in SDN GELAM 4 CIPOCOK JAYA. This research supposed to increase the Arithmatic skill of multiplication using Jarimatika Method. The subject of this research is 6th grade of SDN GELAM 4 CIPOCOK JAYAwith 34 students. This research is CLASSROOM ACTION RESEARCH. Arithmatic skill is basic skill that each student should have it. This data get from observation and student’s interview. The learning process start from multiplication concept. Int the practice, the teacher acts as fasilitator. The teacher domenstartes Jarimatika Multiplication Formation. Andthen, the teacher give some question for student to teach arithmatic skill using Jarimatika Method as solution. In the end of learning process, each of students taking the evalution test. And the result shown if Jarimatika method can improve the ability of student 6th grade SDN GELAM 4 CIPOCOK JAYA in arithmatic multiplication. In the main topic , integers can be seen from the result of average score in siklus I get 68,7 and increasing until 92 on siklus II. Activities of students increasing until 41,7% in siklus I and get increasing until 75,2% in the end of siklus II. Keywords : Counting Skill in Multiplication. Jarimatika Method.

Curriculum implementation in 2013 requires socialization, socialization efforts have been made by the government through training, but still a little research that describes the ability of teachers to understand the curriculum 2013. Therefore, this study was conducted in order to describe the ability of elementary school teachers in understanding the curriculum 2013. The purpose of this research are: (1). To describe the elementary school teachers' understanding of the curriculum as the city of Tangerang, 2013. (2). To illustrate the successful implementation of the curriculum socialization. The samples were taken from elementary school teachers throughout the city of Tangerang with simple random sampling technique. The method used is descriptive survey techniques. Analysis of the data using a simple percentage, then categorized. Based on the research results can be summarized as follows: 30% of respondents have an understanding of the category of "Very Good", while those in the category of "Good" as much as 60%, which is in the category "Self" as much as 6% and the category of "Less" by 5 %. The increase differences of scientific inquiry skills of students through project based learning model pesawat concept. The ability of the scientific inquiry is an important element in the learning of science that must be mastered by the student . Scientific inquiry ability can be developed through learning activities that emphasize the process and challenging real experience . Project-based learning model is a model of learning that exposes students to real experience , problem solving , as well as students construct knowledge . This study aims to determine the increase in the ability of the scientific inquiry on the concept of pesawat sederhana of the impact of the implementation of project-based learning . This research method using a quasi-experimental design with randomized control group pretest - posttest design , which was held on 14,15 and June 16, 2012 , in SDN Karyawangi 2 as an experimental class and SDN Sukasari I as a control class . Data Networking capability of scientific inquiry using a multiple-choice test . Based on the results of hypothesis testing , the results showed that there are differences in the increase in the ability of the scientific work ( p = 0.00) between the students who get the project -based learning model ( N - Gain = 0.52 ) , with students getting conventional learning model ( N - Gain = 0.28 ) . Project-based learning model can be used as an alternative learning models that can be used to improve the ability of the scientific work on the concept of pesawat sederhana. This research entitled Effort to Improve Student Understanding of Concepts in Materials Plant Leaf Structure and Function Through Application of Guided Inquiry in Elementary School fourth grade students Kadulimus 3. This study aims to improve students' understanding of concepts in science learning after using guided inkuri models and want to know the student activity using a model of guided inquiry. Methods This study uses classroom action research. This study was conducted with 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings and consists of four stages, namely: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observations and 4) reflection. This study also used the instrument of observation and tests. Based on the research results obtained from tests students' understanding of the concept of mastery learning in the first cycle reached 68.29% and the second cycle increased to 87.80%. In addition to the student activity also is increased in the first cycle of 63.41% and 80.48% for the second cycle. Keyword : guided inquiry,learning outcomes, understanding of the concept

The success of teachers in carrying out the task as educators in elementary schools is not enough to rely only high spirits, but must also have sufficient knowledge about the growth and development of learners, because of good teaching should be based on the growth and development of learners, if this is done then the process more effective and efficient learning. Under these conditions, it is necessary educators to understand more deeply about it. Growth and development can not be separated, meaning that there will be no development if the child is not growing. Term growth is associated with changes in the form of biological / physical, while the developments related to the change in function biolgis / physical human being in line with its growth. In general, human growth and development and the growth and development each have specific characteristics, such as growth and development of elementary school students. Factors affecting the growth and development of learners Elementary School is Descendants (heredity) and the environment (family environment, school environment, peer groups and communities) The potential default on students is very likely to be developed through the learning process. The realization of the good citizens (good citizen) is a citizen of political savvy, political awareness, and participation in political life is the ultimate goal of education politik.Dalam this political education in Indonesia is directed to improve and develop the awareness of national and state corresponding with the philosophy of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution granted Indonesian political education in primary schools is through the subject matter of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn). The political education aims to gain knowledge of the politics of every citizen to go through the learning process simultaneously and continuously. A citizen can be directed to be sensitive to social and political problems that occur in the vicinity, until at last they can appear as a solver of these problems. In Decission making this process was not only necessary knowledge (civic knowledge), but needed also their virtue citizens (beliefs: civic virtues) and participation skills (skills: civic participation). The regional administration is realized through service improvement, empowerment and participation of the community in order to improve national and regional competitiveness with memperrhatikan democratic principles of justice and equity by taking into account the peculiarities of which is owned by an area in the frame of the Republic of Indonesia. Decentralization and regional autonomy will succeed if the infrastructure in the form of infrastructure, human resources and their effective legislation and the high participation of the community in an autonomous region. The implementation of regional autonomy with decentralization, deconcentration and perbantuan principle is expected to accelerate and facilitate the region to promote their respective regions on the initiative, initiative and creativity of each region. Media development in each subject is different, because each lesson has a characteristic and different learning objectives. Based on the differences in these characteristics, preferably in developing the media, referring to the teaching approaches used. One approach to learning that is being developed at this time, which is assumed the student-centered scientific approach. In this study using the methods of research and development (R & D) were conducted with six stages: preliminary studies, product planning, product development, validation, testing, and refinement. The manufacturing is done for three meetings: the first meeting of load on the development of Indonesia, the second meeting of load on the development of the province and the third meeting of load on the development of marine areas. One porpuse of social studies teaching in elemntary school is to develop social skill. the aim of research is to know how effec cooperative learning to increas social skills of studens.this research it used quasi-experimental methods.The data collecting technique in this research is observation, interview and questionare. The result of research describe, the social studies learning with cooperative learnig models STAD provides a positive effect on the development of student’s social skills.the cooperative learning models STAD can use in social studies learning to develop social skill of students.Keyword: social studies, cooperative learning

The goals of Social and economic development can be achieved through the optimal educational planning. Unfortunately, the develovment of education especially for primary education was not in accordance with the procedures of educational planning that should be designed. Most of the education at the primary levels were developed with the vision, mission, and goals clearly by paying attention to the interests of society and the ability of people who designed a comprehensive, accurate, precise, and efficient based on the fact. The aim of the paper is to explain the concept of primary education planning, along with the process. Moreover, it was presented the strategic issues that occur in primary education.The strategic issues of empirical facts which were related to the primary education for the children can be implemented through policies that can be established with a comprehensive educational planning process in accordance with the needs of socio-economic environment. There are three strategies were explained in this paper that can be developed for the equity of education , they are: Revisit priorities, multistandard Curriculum and Evaluation System that Empower the education system.
