Abstract

The success of teachers in carrying out the task as educators in elementary schools is not enough to rely only high spirits, but must also have sufficient knowledge about the growth and development of learners, because of good teaching should be based on the growth and development of learners, if this is done then the process more effective and efficient learning. Under these conditions, it is necessary educators to understand more deeply about it. Growth and development can not be separated, meaning that there will be no development if the child is not growing. Term growth is associated with changes in the form of biological / physical, while the developments related to the change in function biolgis / physical human being in line with its growth. In general, human growth and development and the growth and development each have specific characteristics, such as growth and development of elementary school students. Factors affecting the growth and development of learners Elementary School is Descendants (heredity) and the environment (family environment, school environment, peer groups and communities) The potential default on students is very likely to be developed through the learning process. Keywords: Growth, development, educators, elementary school students

Abstract

The involvement of citizens in participation as an embodiment of a sense of awareness and the desire to contribute will form an activity that can influence and lead to change. The maritime children's school community is a forum for citizens to participate in an activity in order to increase the motivation to learn coastal children. The purpose of the study was to know the role of civic engagement in increasing the motivation to learn coastal children. This research was conducted at the School of Marine Children located in the village of Tanjung Kait, District Mauk, Tangerang Regency using a qualitative approach. Data collection is how to interview, study documentation, and observation by analyzing data using Miles and Haberrman models. The results of the study state that the role of participant or citizen involvement in the learning process through extrinsic motivation in the form of material and moral rewards. A good and conducive learning environment by providing appropriate facilities and infrastructure, and interesting learning activities by learning while playing to create an innovative learning atmosphere. With this enhancement of children's learning motivation can be done on the involvement of citizens as instructors at the nautical children's school.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara yang multikultural termasuk agama, keberagaman dalam konteks agama menjadi tantangan karena dapat menjadi sumber pemicu konflik dan perpecahan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, munculnya aksi terorisme yang mengatasnamakan agama dan munculnya gerakan-gerakan yang ingin adanya perubahan terhadap ideologi. Pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan keagamaan yang khas baik pondok pesantren salaf maupun pesantren yang sudah berbasis modern, Dalam menghadapi dinamika kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara yang berubah-ubah, pondok pesantren secara konsisten menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama kepada santri dengan menggunakan pendekatan pemahaman yang moderat melalui nilai-nilai syura, tawazun, dan tasamuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah:1) Untuk mengetahui proses internalisasi nilai moderasi beragama (syura, tawazun, tasamuh) pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Ath-Thabraniyyah sebagai upaya pencegahan tindakan radikalisme. 2)Untuk mengetahui wujud sikap nilai moderasi beragama (syura, tawazun, tasamuh) sebagai upaya pencegahan tindakan radikalisme yang dilakukan santri di Pondok Pesantren Ath-Thabraniyyah. ,pentingnya dilakukan internalisasi nilai moderasi beragama (syura, tawazun, dan tasamuh), pada Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Ath-Thabraniyyah internalisasi nilai moderasi (syura, tawazun, dan tasamuh) sebagai upaya pencegahan tindakan radikalisme, tidak terlepas dari peran para Kyai Pondok pesantren Al-Qur’an Ath-Thabraniyyah yang memang memiliki faham ahlussunnah wal jama’ah yang moderat, berdakwah secara damai menyebarkan agama rahmatan lil alamin mengikuti ulama-ulama salafus sholih, mengajarkan kepada santri pemahaman Islam yang komprehensif, mampu menerima perbedaan.

Abstract

Penggunaan media permainan monopoli keberagaman Indonesia dalam proses pembelajarannya dapat menciptakan kondisi yang menyenangkan bagi anak. Teknik permainan monopoli keberagaman Indonesia dapat dikembangkan untuk membantu penguasaan anak-anak terhadap aspek-aspek perkembangan khususnya pada materi keberagaman Indonesia. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan media monopoli dalam materi keberagaman Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan sample penelitian sebanyak 18 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Tujuan menggunakan metode tersebut adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pembelajaran PPKn materi keberagaman Indonesia dengan menggunakan media permainan monopoli pada Anak Sekolah Dasar. Hasil penelitan yang diperoleh yaitu adanya peningkatan pencapaian nilai perkembangan anak dalam pembelajaran PPKN materi keberagaman Indonesia antara sebelum dan sesudah melakukan kegiatan dengan menggunakan media permainan monopoli. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada kegiatan akhir penelitian, nilai perkembangan mereka meningkat mulai dari belum berkembang sampai akhir nilai perkembangannya mencapai berkembang sangat baik, sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dengan pembelajaran PPKn materi keberagaman Indonesia dengan menggunakan monopoli anak menjadi lebih berkembang.

Abstract

AbstrackThis study discusses the development of digital tales book media for scrutinize skills of third grade elementary school students. This study aims to produce a digital tales book media product that contains fairy tales in Indonesian lessons. This media was created to help support learning for teachers and students. This research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. It can be concluded that the feasibility of a digital fairy tale book product for listening skills is obtained from the results of an assessment by experts, namely media experts, material experts, and linguists. The results of the assessment of media experts were 89%, material experts 97%, and linguists 95.6%. So it can be concluded that the results of the assessment given by the experts obtained the "very eligible" category and student responses obtained an average of 94.4%. The results obtained from student responses get the "very good" category.

PERAN POJOK BACA DALAM MENINGKATKAN LITERASI MEMBACA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS IV DI SDN SINABA Ujang Jamaludin1, Reksa Adya Pribadi2,Rintan Apriani3 123Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar FKIP Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa 1ujangjamaludin@untirta.ac.id 1reksapribadi@untirta.ac.id 12227200067@untirta.ac.id ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the role of the reading corner in improving the reading literacy of grade IV students at SDN Sinaba with the existence of a reading corner that can foster a culture of literacy, increase interest in reading so that students' reading skills become better. To be able to improve the reading literacy of students, conscious efforts are needed from the school, teachers and students by building interest in reading through facilitating each class with a reading corner in the corner of the classroom, in addition to the need to apply reading habituation before starting learning activities, reading literacy is defined by a person's ability to understand reading through listening activities, analyzing and communicating a reading. In this study, the author used a qualitative method by describing the results of the role of the reading corner on the reading literacy of students. From the results of the study, it shows that the reading corner plays a very important role in improving the reading literacy ability of students, besides that the reading corner acts as a source of teaching materials needed by educators in learning activities. With the reading corner, it can be a solution to problems faced by educators and students to overcome students who are still low in reading and literacy skills. Keywords: Reading, Literacy, Reading Corner ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran dari pojok baca dalam meningkatkan literasi membaca peserta didik kelas IV di SDN Sinaba, dengan adanya pojok baca dapat menumbuhkan budaya literasi, meningkatkan minat membaca agar kemampuan membaca peserta didik menjadi lebih baik. Untuk dapat meningkatkan literasi membaca peserta didik diperlukannya usaha secara sadar dari pihak sekolah, guru dan peserta didik dengan membangun minat baca melalui memfasilitasi setiap kelas dengan adanya pojok baca di sudut kelas, selain itu perlunya menerapkan pembiasaan membaca sebelum memulai kegiatan pembelajaran, literasi membaca diartikan dengan kemampuan seseorang dalam memahami bacaan melalui kegiatan menyimak, menganalisis dan mengkomunikasikan suatu bacaan. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan hasil peran pojok baca terhadap literasi membaca peserta didik. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pojok baca sangat berperan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi membaca peserta didik, selain itu pojok baca berperan sebagai sumber bahan ajar yang diperlukan pendidik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan adanya pojok baca dapat menjadi solusi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik maupun peserta didik untuk mengatasi peserta didik yang masih rendah dalam kemampuan membaca dan berliterasi. Kata Kunci: Membaca, Literasi, Pojok Baca.

Abstract

The Course Review Horay Learning Model is a model that helps the learning process become more conducive and active. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Course Review Horay (CHR) learning model on student learning outcomes in elementary schools. The method in this study uses qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely literature studies. The subject in this writing refers to 6 relevant journals. The results of this study indicate that the Course Review Horay (CRH) learning model has an influence on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

One of the important roles played by the teacher is to increasestudent learning motivation, besides being tasked with impartingknowledge the teacher must also increase student learningmotivation and achievement. Giving motivation is done so thatstudents have a passion for learning and become high achievingstudents. This study aims to determine the teacher's role inincreasing learning motivation and student achievement. Themethod used in this research is a descriptive qualitative methodwith the type of literature study research. The results of the studyshow that the teacher has a very important role in the learningprocess, the role of the teacher can encourage student learningmotivation and motivate students to achieve their learningachievements.

Abstract

One of the biopesticides is derived from The Neem Tree (Azadirachta indica), which has been widely used in India for centuries. The purposes of this study are to examine the historical use of neem trees as biopesticides in ancient India, the adoption and integration of neem tree-based biopesticides in Indonesian agriculture, the cultural and historical context of neem tree use, and the impact of neem tree-based biopesticides on sustainable agriculture. The research design for this study is an ethnographic approach, which involves the systematic observation, documentation, and analysis of the cultural practices and beliefs related to using neem trees as biopesticides. The findings of this study demonstrate that the Neem tree has been widely described as a biopesticide used to control pests in agriculture in ancient Indian literature, such as the Rigveda and Atharvaveda. The neem tree held cultural and spiritual significance in ancient Indian society, associated with deities and religious beliefs. Historical connections between India and Indonesia facilitated the spread of neem tree-based biopesticides to Indonesia, where they were adopted and integrated into traditional agricultural practices. Indonesian farmers embraced neem tree-based biopesticides and recognized their efficacy in pest control, contributing to sustainable agricultural practices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the internalization of religious character education through school culture at SD Suarna, Serang District, Banten Province. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were school principals, teachers, and students of SD Suarna, Serang District, Banten Province. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate the internalization of religious character at SD Suarna, Serang District, Banten Province, using school culture and the school's vision and mission as platforms. Obstacles that arise in the process of internalizing religious character come from external factors which include a lack of supervision at home and limited time while at school. While internal factors include students' desires, beliefs, and instincts. The conclusion of this study is that school culture takes place continuously which without realizing it can foster religious character in students. Internalization is not coercive.
