Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of plant spacing and type of biofertilizer to the production of coriander biomass. This study used Randomized Block Design with two factors and repeated 3 times. The first factor was the different plant spacing (A) ie 20 × 20 cm (A0), 20 × 15 cm (A1) and 20 × 10 cm (A2). The second factor was the type of biofertilizer (B) ie without biofertilizer (B0), with biofertilizer A (B1) and with biofertilizer B (B2). The parameters observed were number of leaves, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll content, plant biomass per plant and production of plant biomass per plot. Data were analyzed using Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) test of 5% level. The result of the analysis of different treatment range of spacing and the application of biofertilizer did not give interaction on the production of coriander biomass. Plant spacing of 20×20 cm (A0) increases leaf area and chlorophyll contents. Plant spacing of 20×10 cm (A2) yields the highest crop production per plot. The application of biofertilizer significantly increases the number of leaves and leaf area compared without biofertilizer. Keywords: Coriander, plant spacing and biofertilizer ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam dan jenis pupuk hayati berbeda terhadap produksi biomassa ketumbar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan dua faktor dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Faktor pertama adalah jarak tanam yang berbeda (A) yaitu 20 × 20 cm (A0), 20 × 15 cm (A1) dan 20 × 10 cm (A2). Faktor kedua adalah jenis pupuk hayati (B) yaitu tanpa pupuk hayati (B0), dengan pupuk hayati A (B1) dan dengan pupuk hayati B (B2). Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah daun, luas daun, kandungan klorofil daun, biomassa ketumbar per tanaman dan produksi biomassa ketumbar per petak. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) taraf 5%. Hasil analisis ragam perlakuan jarak tanam dan jenis pupuk hayati berbeda tidak memberikan interaksi pada produksi biomassa ketumbar. Jarak tanam 20 × 10 cm (A0) meningkatkan luas daun dan kandungan klorofil. Jarak tanam 20 × 10 cm (A2) menghasilkan produksi tanaman per petak yang paling tinggi. Aplikasi pupuk hayati secara signifikan meningkatkan jumlah daun dan luas daun dibanding tanpa pupuk hayati. Kata kunci : Ketumbar, jarak tanam dan pupuk hayati.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of the interaction between the different dosages of shallot extract and immersion time on the viability and growth of Kaba soybean seed varieties that have been stored since 2013. This research used a completely randomized factorial design. The first factor was the dosages of onion extract (D0 = 0% D1 = 40% D2 = 60% and D3 = 100%). The second factor is the immersion time (P1 = 3 hours P2 = 6 hours and P3 = 9 hours). The parameters during seed germination were seed germination, vigor index, maximum growth potential, seed growth speed and electrical conductivity. Growth stage (vegetative) parameters consist of plant height and number of leaves. The data were analyzed by variance analysis and continued analyzed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The results showed that there is an interaction between the different dosages of shallot extract and immersion time. Dosages 40%, 60%, 100% increased seed germination, vigor index, maximum growth potential, growth rate, plant height and the number of leaves compare to control (0%). There was no influence of different immersion time on increased seed germination, vigor index, maximum growth potential, growth rate, plant height and the number of leaves. Keywords : Invigoration, Seed Viability, Onion Extract, Glycine max ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh interaksi antara perbedaan dosis ekstrak bawang merah dan lama perendaman terhadap viabilitas dan pertumbuhan benih kedelai varietas Kaba yang telah disimpan sejak 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 4x3. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah (K0 = 0% K1 = 40% K2 = 60% dan K3 = 100%). Faktor kedua adalah lama perendaman masing-masing bahan (P1 = 3 jam P2 = 6 jam dan P3 = 9 jam). Variabel yang diamati pada masa perkecambahan benih antara lain daya kecambah benih, indeks vigor, potensi tumbuh maksimum, kecepatan tumbuh benih dan daya hantar listrik. Variabel pada tahap pertumbuhan (vegetatif) terdiri dari tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan anova dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi interaksi pemberian dosis dan lama perendaman pada fase perkecambahan. Dosis 40%, 60%, dan 100% dapat meningkatkan daya berkecambah, indeks vigor, potensi tumbuh maksimum, kecepatan tumbuh benih, tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun dibandingkan dengan kontrol (0%). Lama perendaman tidak berpengaruh terhadap daya berkecambah, indeks vigor, potensi tumbuh maksimum, kecepatan tumbuh benih, tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun. Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research was figured out of goat manure and FeSO4 by added concentrations of FeSO4 to growth and producton of red lettuce. It was done by using by 2x3 completely randomized design with 5 times. The first factor was goat manure (no goat manure and goat manure) and the second factor were various concentrations of FeSO4 (0 ppm, 2.0 ppm dan 2.5 ppm).. Parameters observed were plant height, fresh weight, chlorophyll, and betacarotene. The result showed that the treatment of goat manure gave more significant effect (p<0,05) compared with no goat mannure at plant height, fresh weight, and betacarotene but insignificant at chlorophyll. The treaments of FeSO4 (2 and 2.5 ppm) insignificant at all of parameters. Keywords : lettuce, goat manure, FeSO4 ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan pupuk kotoran kambing dengan penambahan dosis FeSO4 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada merah. Penelitian disusun dengan percobaan faktorial 2x3 rancangan acak lengkap 5 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah pupuk kotoran kambing (kontrol dan pupuk kotoran kambing) dan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi FeSO4 (0 ppm, 2.0 ppm dan 2.5 ppm). Parameter yang diamati yaitu, tinggi tanaman, berat segar, klorofil, dan betakaroten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian pupuk kandang memberikan hasil yang nyata (p<0,05) lebih tinggi dibanding tanpa pupuk kandang terhadap tinggi tanaman, berat segar, dan betakaroten, tetapi tidak nyata pada klorofil. Pada perlakuan FeSO4 2 dan 2.5 ppm tidak menunjukkan pengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter. Kata kunci : Selada, pupuk kotoran kambing, FeSO4

Abstract

  ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to analyze the segregation pattern of agronomic characters in the second generation of long beans produced by crossing Super Putih x Fagiola IPB varieties. The research was using a single plant design by planting 120 F2 generation plants and 10 old plants were plated without repetition. The parameters observed included plant height, leaf number, branch number, flowering age, long young pod, number of old pods, seed number, weight of 100 seeds, pods color, and seeds color. The data were analyzed by distribution suitability test and chi-square test. The result showed that the abnormal distributed characters were plant height and seed number with selection could be done in early generation because its have high inheritance. Plant height segregation patterns was referring to Mendelian ratio 9:7 with the action of two duplicate recessive epistatic genes, seed number patterns was referring to Mendelian ratio 12:3:1 with the action of the dominant epistatic gene, the color of pods and the color of seeds patterns was referring to Mendelian ratio 13:3 with the action of two recessive dominant epistatic genes. Key words: long beans, agronomic characters, segregation patternsABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis pola segregasi karakter agronomi generasi F2 kacang panjang hasil persilangan varietas Super Putih x Fagiola IPB. Penelitian disusun dengan rancangan single plant dengan menanam sebanyak 120 tanaman generasi F2 dan tetua sebanyak 10 tanaman yang ditanam tanpa ulangan. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, umur berbunga, panjang polong muda, jumlah polong tua, jumlah biji per tanaman, bobot 100 biji, warna polong, dan warna biji. Data dianalisis dengan uji kesesuaian distribusi dan uji khi-kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter yang tidak berdistribusi normal adalah tinggi tanaman dan jumlah biji, sehingga seleksi dapat dilakukan pada generasi awal, karena memiliki daya waris yang tinggi. Pola segregasi tinggi tanaman mengikuti nisbah Mendel 9:7 dengan aksi dua gen epistatis resesif duplikat, jumlah biji mengikuti nisbah Mendel 12:3:1 dengan aksi dua gen epistatis dominan, sedangkan warna polong dan biji mengikuti nisbah Mendel 13:3 dengan aksi dua gen epistatis dominan resesif.Kata kunci : kacang panjang, karakter agronomi, pola segregasi

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The goal of this research was to study the growth of Dracaena sanderiana plants with different shade intensities and different composition of plant media. The research was carried out in Sukorejo village, Karangrejo sub-district, Tulungagung, East Java and Physiology and Plant Breeding Laboratory, Diponegoro University, from January to April 2018. The basic design used in this research was a split plot design. 3 x 3 with 4 replications. The main plot factor was shade intensity : 0%, 50% and 70%, and the subplot factor was different composition of plant media (soil, husks, chicken manure; soil, husks, cow manure; soil, husks and goat manure). The results showed that the treatment of the difference in the composition of the planting media had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, while the shade treatment had a significant effect on the chlorophyll parameters b. The best planting media was obtained in the composition with cow manure compared to the composition of chicken manure and goat manure. The highest chlorophyll content was obtained in 50% shade conditions. In the parameters of the number of leaves, leaf length, number of roots, fresh weight and chlorophyll a were not significantly different in all treatments.  ABSTRAK  Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji pertumbuhan tanaman Dracaena sanderiana dengan berbaga intensitas naungan yang berbeda dan komposisi media tanam yang berbeda. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan desa Sukorejo, kecamatan karangrejo, Tulungagung, Jawa Timur dan laboratorium Fisiologi dan Pemuliaan Tanaman, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang dari bulan Januari sampai April 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terpisah 3x3 dengan dasar Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 ulangan. Petak utama adalah intensitas naungan 0%, 50% dan 70%, dan anak petak adalah perbedaan komposisi media tanam (tanah, sekam, kotoran ayam; tanah, sekam, kotoran sapi; tanah, sekam dan kotoran kambing). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada perlakuan perbedaan komposisi media tanam memberikan pengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman, sedangkan pada perlakuan naungan memberikan pengaruh nyata pada parameter khlorofil b. Media tanam terbaik didapatkan pada komposisi dengan kotoran sapi dibandingkan dengan komposisi kotoran ayam dan kotoran kambing. Pada kondisi naungan 50% didapatkan kandungan khlorofil tertinggi dibandingkan kondisi tanpa naungan dan naungan 70%. Pada parameter jumlah daun, panjang daun, jumlah akar, berat basah dan khlorofil a tidak berbeda nyata pada semua perlakuan. Kata kunci : Dracaena sanderiana, khlorofil b, komposisi, naungan

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research aimed to identify the effect of fertilizer type and concentration of AB Mix substitution with fertilizer on growth and yield of red lettuce (Lactuca sativa var. crispa). The research was conducted at Greenhouse of Crops, Horticulture and Plantation Protection Institute, Central Java. The method of this research is Randomized Complete Design Factorial 2 x 5 with 3 replications. First factor is fertilizer type, consist of A1: Azolla extract and A2: gamal leaves esxtract. Second factor is concentration of AB Mix substitution with fertilizer, consist of B0: 0%, B1: 25%, B2: 50%, B3: 75% and B4: 100%. The observed parameters were plant height, number of leaves, root length, crop growth rate, plant yield and plant dry weight. Data were processed by Analysis of Variance and continued by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The result showed that there is interaction effect on plant height and plant yield. The conclusion is treatment of AB Mix substitution with Azolla extract fertilizer 25% and gamal leaves extract fertilizer 25% have same result with treatment without substitution on vegetative growth of red lettuce. Treatment of AB Mix substitution with Azolla extract fertilizer 50% and gamal leaves extract fertilizer 25% have same result with treatment without substitution on yield of red lettuce.Keyword: Azolla, gamal leaves, hydroponic, red lettuce. ABSTRAK  Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh jenis pupuk dan konsentrasi subtitusi AB Mix dengan pupuk terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi selada merah (Lactuca sativa var. crispa). Penelitian dilakukan di Greenhouse Balai Perlindungan Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura dan Perkebunan, Jawa Tengah. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola Faktorial 2 x 5 dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah jenis pupuk, yaitu A1: ekstrak Azolla dan A2: esktrak daun gamal. Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi subtitusi AB Mix dengan pupuk, yaitu B0: 0%, B1: 25%, B2: 50%, B3: 75% dan B4: 100%. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, produksi tanaman dan berat kering. Data diolah dengan analisis ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi pengaruh interaksi pada parameter tinggi tanaman dan produksi tanaman. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah perlakuan subtitusi AB Mix dengan pupuk ekstrak Azolla 25% dan daun gamal 25% memberikan hasil yang sama dengan perlakuan tanpa subtitusi terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman selada merah. Perlakuan subtitusi AB Mix dengan pupuk ekstrak Azolla 50% dan subtitusi AB Mix dengan pupuk ekstrak daun gamal 25% memberikan hasil yang sama dengan perlakuan tanpa subtitusi terhadap produksi tanaman selada merah. Abstract

ABSTRACT  The objective of this research was to study growth and the production of shallots plants through the treatment of mineral-enriched compost and Trichoderma sp. This research was conducted in March-May 2019 in the greenhouse and Laboratory of Ecology and Plant Production, Faculty of Animaland Agricultural Science, Diponegoro University, Semarang. The research design used completely randomized design monofactor 6 treatments and 4 replied with the dosage of fertilizer namely P0: without fertilizer application, P1: NPK fertilizer 250 kg/ha, P2: 5 ton/ha, P3: 10 tons/ha, P4: 15 tons/ha, and P5: 20 ton/ha. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers, tuber diameter, tuber dry weight, weight of shallot plant canopy, and the intensity of disease attacks. The results showed the tablet compost enriched with minerals and Trichoderma sp. did not affect the growth of plant height, number of leaves, and diameter of onion tuber. But the tablet compost enriched with minerals and Trichoderma sp. affect the number of tubers, canopy dry weight, and tuber dry weight. Conclusion, tablet of compost enriched mineral and Trichoderm sp. fungi with dose of 20 tons/ha able to have same growth of onion plant than NPK anorganic treatment, then able to increase 34% of tuber numbers, increase 40% canopy dry weight, increase 52,5% tuber dry weight than NPK anorganic treatment. In addition, compost tablets enriched with doses of 5 tons/ha, 15 tons/ha and 20 tons/ha can against the attack of Fussarium wilt on onion plant. Keywords: onion, compost, growth, production, vitamin C. ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi tanaman bawang merah melalui perlakuan pemberian pupuk kompos diperkaya mineral dan Trichoderma sp. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-Mei 2019 di greenhouse dan Laboratorium Ekologi dan Produksi Tanaman, Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang. Penelitian disusun menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap monofaktor 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan dengan perlakuan P0: tanpa pemberian pupuk, P1: Pupuk NPK mutiara 250 kg/ha, P2: 5 ton/ha, P3: 10 ton/ha, P4: 15 ton/ha, dan P5: 20 ton/ha. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi, diameter umbi, berat kering umbi, dan berat tajuk tanaman bawang merah, serta intensitas serangan penyakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perlakuan pemberian pupuk kompos tablet diperkaya mineral dan Trichoderma sp. tidak mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan diameter umbi bawang merah. Namun pemberian pupuk kompos tablet diperkaya mineral dan Trichoderma sp. mempengaruhi jumlah umbi, bahan kering tajuk, bahan kering umbi dan kandungan vitamin C.Kesimpulan dari percobaan ini adalah bahwa pemberian pupuk kompos tablet diperkaya mineral dan Trichoderma sp. dengan dosis 20 ton/ha mampu menghasilkan pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah yang setara dengan pemberian pupuk anorganik NPK, bahkan mampu meningkatkan 34% jumlah umbi, meningkatkan 40% berat kering tajuk, meningkatkan 52,5% berat kering umbi daripada perlakukan pupuk anorganik NPK. Pupuk tablet kompos diperkaya dengan dosis 5 ton/ha, 15 ton/ha dan 20 ton/ha mampu menurunkan intensitas serangan penyakit layu Fussarium pada tanaman bawang merah. Abstract

ABSTRACT The object of this research was to study the effectiveness of biocompos and consortium microbes on the decrease of residual chlorpyrifos insecticide at onion corp. The research was conducted on 11th September to 30th December 2017 at Screen house, Integrated Laboratory of Agricultural Environment Research Center in Pati, and Laboratory Residues of Agrochemical materials in Bogor. The study was compiled with a complete randomized factorial design 2 x 3 and reapeted 4 times. The first factor of biocompos with 2 level of treatment that wasD1 = compost, and D2 = biocompos. The second factor of consortium microbes with 3 level of treatment that was L0 = urea prill, L1 = urea prill enveloped in biochar, and L2 = urea prill enveloped in biochar enriched consortium microbes. The results showed that the treatment of biocompos and consortium microbes significantly affected to the total of leaf, plant weight, the percentage of residual decrease in the soil, and the residual of onion bulbs, and no significant effect on the parameter plant height, the initial residual concentration on the soil, and the final residue concentration on the soil. The use of biocompos with the addition of urea prill enveloped in biochar and consortium microbes, it can decrease residuechlorpyrifos of insecticides on soil and onion bulbs. Keywords: onion, biocompos, consortium microbes, chlorpyrifos ABSTRAK  Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas biokompos dan mikroba konsorsia terhadap penurunan residu insektisida klorpirifos pada pertanaman bawang merah. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 11 September – 30 Desember 2017 di Rumah Kasa, Laboratorium Terpadu Balai Penelitian Lingkungan Pertanian Pati, serta Laboratorium Residu Bahan Agrokimia Bogor. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 2 x 3 dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Faktor pertama biokompos dengan 2 taraf perlakuan yaitu D1= kompos dan D2= biokompos. Faktor kedua mikroba konsorsia dengan 3 taraf perlakuan yaitu L0= urea prill, L1= urea prill diselimuti biochar, dan L2= urea prill diselimuti biochar diperkaya mikroba konsorsia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan perlakuan pupuk dan pelapisan urea berpengaruh nyata pada parameter jumlah daun, berat tanaman, persentase penurunan residu pada tanah, dan residu umbi bawang merah, serta tidak berpengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman, konsentrasi residu awal pada tanah, dan konsentrasi residu akhir pada tanah. Penggunaan biokompos dengan penambahan urea prill diselimuti biochar dan mikroba konsorsia secara bersama-sama dapat menurunkan residu insektisida klorpirifos pada tanah dan umbi bawang merah. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aimed to determine the effect of the dose of micronutrient zinc on two types of manure on the growth and production of green beans. The research was conducted at the Screenhouse and Laboratory of the Faculty of Animal and Agriculture Sciences, Diponegoro University, Semarang, Central Java, and the microelement analysis of zinc was carried out at the Salatiga Getas Research Institute, in February – April 2020. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) monofactor experiment. P0: NPK, P2: cow dung 3.86 t P/ha+Zn 5 kg/ha. P2: cow dung 3.86 t P/ha+Zn 10 kg/ha, P3: cow dung 3.86 t P/ha+Zn 15 kg/ha, P4: chicken manure 1.80 t P/ha+Zn 5 kg/ha, P5: chicken manure 1.80 t P/ha+10 kg/ha, P6: chicken manure 1.80 t P/ha+Zn 15 kg/ha. Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant. The results showed that the effect of Zn micronutrient dose on manure was significant (P<0.05) on the number of leaves, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant. Treatment of cow manure and dose of micronutrient zinc 10 kg/ha was able to produce maximum growth and production of green beans. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah biji per tanaman dan bobot biji per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh dosis hara mikro Zn pada pupuk kandang nyata (P<0,05) terhadap jumlah daun, jumlah biji per tanaman dan bobot biji per tanaman. Perlakuan pupuk kandang sapi dan dosis unsur hara mikrozinc 10 kg/ha mampu menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang hijau yang maksimal.Kata kunci : kacang hijau, pupuk kandang ayam, pupuk kandang sapi, zinc

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research aimed to identify the effect of various types of organic fertilizer with the addition of rice local microorganism on growth and production of red spinach (Amaranthus tricolor). The research used factorials 3 x 4 experiment with Group Randomized Design (CRD) and 3 replications. The first treatment was various types of organic fertilizer such as P1: Cow Manure, P2: Chicken Manure, and P3: Goat Manure. The second treatment was addition of rice local microorganism with different fermentation time such as M0: 0 week, M1: 2 weeks, and M2: 4 weeks, and M3: 6 weeks. The observed parameters were plant height, number of leaves, plant wet weight, plant dry weight, nitrogen uptake and chlorophyll content of plant. The result showed that the treatment effect of various types of organic fertilizer had a significant (P<0,05) on plant height, number of leaves, plant wet weight, nitrogen uptake and chlorophyll content of plant.. Interaction effect between various types of organic fertilizer and addition of local microorganism had a significant (P<0,05) on plant height and chlorophyll content of plant. The highest response on plant height on the chicken manure with 2 weeks of fermentation. Faktor pertama adalah jenis pupuk kandang yaitu P1: Pupuk Kandang Sapi, P2: Pupuk Kandang Ayam, dan P3: Pupuk Kandang Kambing. Faktor kedua adalah waktu fermentasi MOL yaitu M0: 0 Minggu, M1: 2 Minggu, M2: 4 minggu dan M3 : 6 Minggu. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat segar tanaman, berat kering tanaman, serapan nitrogen tanaman, dan kandungan klorofil tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh utama jenis pupuk kandang nyata (P<0,05) terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat basah tanaman, serapan nitrogen tanaman dan kandungan klorofil tanaman. Pengaruh interaksi antara perlakuan jenis pupuk kandang dan waktu fermentasi MOL nyata (P<0,05) terhadap tinggi tanaman dan kandungan klorofil tanaman. Penggunaan pupuk kandang ayam menghasilkan respon terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman. Perlakuan pupuk ayam dengan fermentasi 2 minggu menghasilkan respon terbaik pada perlakuan tinggi tanaman.Kata kunci : mikroorganisme lokal, nasi, pupuk kandang, bayam.
