Abstract

In the era of globalization such as today, many companies and organizations using WAN and cloud service technology to face the business world which is growth very rapidly in order to have a competitive advantage. One thing to note in the technology of cloud service is the efficiency and consistency of the data. The research objective to implement application of WAN and cloud service on the application of point of sale (PoS) at RAIN who has 10 branches in Surabaya. The problem faces by RAIN is the lack of network infrastructure provided by the internet mall where not able to support the real time activities and data of sales. This research proposes a solution by implementing a synchronization algorithm as a middleware application technology to address the insufficiency of the WAN network. The application serves as temporary storage when the network is offline, and the application could be the right solution to improve and support WAN shortage.

Abstract

Many banks in Indonesia, both public and private banks, offer different advantages to the customers. As a result, it is often difficult for the public to decide where to save their money. For this reason, the writer propose a decision support system to help recommend a bank as a smart solution for saving. This study employed the Weighted Product (WP) with seven criteria, namely initial deposit, subsequent deposits, administrative costs, depositional balances, interest rates, age range, and facilities. This system can help the prospective customers determine the ideal savings place for the future needs. This study shows that the highest final value after calculation is 0.0320 for Batara of BTN bank, and the lowest value is 0.0132 for Tapres of BCA bank.

Abstract

Perhitungan sel darah putih terkait dengan sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia karena bisa memberikan informasi tentang kondisi tubuh manusia seperti diagnosis penyakit, salah satunya leukimia. Penyakit ini ditandai dengan produksi sel darah putih berlebih yang menyebabkan fungsi normal darah menjadi terganggu dan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Untuk itu diperlukan deteksi dini penyakit ini, yang salah satunya dengan menganalisis populasi atau menghitung jumlah sel darah putih pada citra mikroskopis sel darah. Perlu dilakukan metode segmentasi yang tepat agar hasil perhitungan sel dapat maksimal. Metode Watershed merupakan metode yang dapat memisahkan objek yang saling berhimpit, tetapi memiliki kelemahan jika dalam suatu citra terdapat noise atau distribusi intensitas yang tidak merata. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka ditambahkan operasi morfologi di awal untuk mengatasi adanya obyek yang tidak termasuk sel darah putih. Tahap terakhir adalah menghitung sel darah putih menggunakan standar objek yang dianggap sel darah putih normal berdasarkan ukuran roundness obyek. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan 35 citra dengan menggunakan nilai SE = 20 pada operasi morfologi opening. Hasilnya, akurasi perhitungan jumlah sel antara sistem dengan manual (ground truth) sebesar 97.67%.

Abstract

Breast cancer is one of the highest causes of death among women, this disease ranks second cause of death after lung cancer. According to the world health organization, 1 million women get a diagnosis of breast cancer every year and half of them die, in general this is due to early treatment and slow treatment resulting in new cancers being detected after entering the final stage. In the field of health and medicine, machine learning-based classification has been carried out to help doctors and health professionals in classifying the types of cancer, to determine which treatment measures should be performed. In this study breast cancer classification will be carried out using the Naive Bayes algorithm to group the types of cancer. The dataset used is from the Wisconsin breast cancer database. The results of this study are the ability of the Naive Bayes algorithm for the classification of breast cancer produces a good value, where the average percentage of correctly classified data reaches 96.9% and the average percentage of data is classified as incorrect only 3.1%. While the level of effectiveness of classification with naive bayes is high, where the average value of precision and recall is around 0.96. The highest precision and recall values are when the test data uses a percentage split of 40% with the respective values reaching 0.974 and 0.973.

Abstract

One of the companies that implement a WAN is a state-owned company manufacturing electrical energy that has one central office unit in Surabaya. State-owned company manufacturing electrical energy began to implement a WAN in 1998, the adoption of WAN been arguing their ERP implementation decision server in the central office so that the necessary WAN to access ERP applications from each unit. WAN technologies are applied in the company is Metro E (Metro Ethernet). This study will aim to evaluate the implementation of WAN technology in a manufacturing company of electrical energy supplier in Indonesia. The informants came from the headquarters unit Surabaya manufacturing company of electrical energy by doing qualitative analysis to explore the implementation results in the enterprise WAN. It is hoped this research will get what and how to use Metro E (Metro Ethernet) in WAN implementations can help the company's performance, particularly in accelerating the traffic data and company information

Abstract

Banyuwangi Regency has a new innovation called " Lahir Procot Pulang Bawa Akta " which in this innovation is realized in the form of an Online Deed Website. Every information technology has an interface that can be a link between the user and the technology itself. Interface formation is influenced by needs, and information technology has different interface designs according to the needs of its users. The User Interface has the aim of making it easier for users to operate information technology that can make users feel comfortable using the application or technology. Heuristic Evaluation is one of the Usability evaluation methods that can be used to determine the extent to which a system is used by users to achieve certain goals with effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction. This research is a research that is focused on the use of Heuristic Evaluation based on user interface design aspects of application usability through observation, interviews and questionnaires to users.

Abstract

Implementation of Population Administration Services in the Village of Kalimanah Wetan Purbalingga is still done manually. In the processing of data population is still conventional with a data collection system that is now felt there are still many shortcomings that occur, because the existing system still uses sheets of paper so that it can cause existing data easily lost or damaged. The system development in the form of a web-based Population Service system in Kalimanah Wetan Village is a system that provides information on population data and web- based letter printing services, so as to help speed and quality in delivering information and simplify correspondence printing services to be more effective and efficient. In this system, the web can only be accessed by users, namely citizens and administrators. The method used in developing this system is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall process model. In this study, besides describing the theoretical study that is used as the basis of the preparation, it will also be discussed regarding system design and the making of Population Services web. So that it is expected to be implemented in a product that will correct any shortcomings in the old system.

Abstract

University Customer Care Center (UC3) is a complaint service system for active academic civitas of the University of Jember. Implementation of UC3 is expected to optimize complaints complaint related to performance evaluation at the University of Jember. One of the keys to the successful implementation of information technology, The purpose of the study is to know the factors that influence the acceptance of the academic civitas in using the UC3 application. This research will use the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method by utilizing the Performance Expectancy (PE) variable, Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), and Facilitating Condition (FC) to see how it affects the intensity of application usage UC3 And the influence of moderator variables (Age and Experience) to the relationships of those variables. Based on the results of data analysis PLS-SEM known that the PE, EE, and SI variables have a positive and significant effect on the Behavioral Intention (BI) variables as well as the FC and BI variables significantly positive and significant to the Use Behavior (UB) variables. Age influences inter-variable relationships for ages 26-35 years, 36-45 years, and >45 years, while Experience influences the relationship between variables for usage intensity ≥3 times. Based on the results of the five hypotheses received can be interpreted that the UC3 application was accepted by the academic and the acceptance is still not fully.
