Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer satisfaction in purchasing metal furniture products at PPUPIK Polytechnic Bosowa. This research was conducted at PPUPIK Bosowa Polytechnic. The research method used is a quantitative method with data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis. Research data were collected using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale to measure customer satisfaction in purchasing metal furniture products. The results showed that respondents' responses to aspects of product quality, service quality, and price indicate that the majority of customers answered strongly agree and agree. This shows that the majority of customers are satisfied with the product quality, service quality and prices from PPUPIK Polytechnic Bosowa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the variables that are thought to strongly influence the management of savings management on the millennial generation in Batam City. Batam City is an industrial and trade city whose geographical location is in direct line with Singapore and Malaysia, offering a lot of very attractive goods and services, especially for millennials. The variables used are self-control, attitude toward saving, financial literacy, parental socialization, and peer influence on saving behavior. The methodology in this study uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to 267 millennial respondents, and processing the data using the SPSS program version 21.0, the results show that the attitude toward saving, financial literacy, parental socialization variables have a significant effect on the saving behavior variable, but the variable self-control, and peer influence do not have a significant influence on saving behavior in the millennial generation of Batam City.

Abstract

Function of Islamic Bank is financial institution that conduct business activities based on the principles of Islam Law, also operational activities by funds collecting from public in the form of savings, current accounts also deposits and will be disbursed by the bank to the public in the form of financing. The large funds raised by the bank it will increase financing disbursed.The size of the financing that disburse by Islamic bank would risk in result of non-payment financing has been granted. The high risk of financing disburse will be lower financing.The purpose of this research was to find out of Third Parties Fund, Non Performing Financing and Murabahah in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri and to analyze and explain The Influence of Third Parties Fund and Non Performing Financing, for both partially and simultaneously on Murabahah at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. The research period is 2010-2017. While research method that use in this research is descriptive quantitative with data obtained from the quarterly financial statement of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri.The results showed that Third Parties Fund, Non Performing Financing and Murabahah continue to fluctuate. To partially test hypothesis showed that variable Third Parties Fund significant effect on Murabahah, while variable Non Performing Financing no significant effect on Murabahah. Simultaneously test show that Third Parties Fund and Non Performing Financing effect on Murabahah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis perceived quality, brand reputation dan repurchase intention pada Sepatu Bata Aplikasi Shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah reviewers Sepatu Bata Shopee dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 400 reviewers. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory survey untuk mengeksplorasi situasi masalah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah simple random sampling dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil perceived quality dan brand reputation menghasilkan pengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT ARTICLE INFO:The purpose of this research is to describe and determine the influence of Investment Decisions on Firm Value on company property and real estate listed on the indonesia stock exchange the period 2010 to 2015. The type of this research is descriptive and verifikatif with a total sample namely 11 company property and real estate listed on BEI. Proxy ios used to an investment decision use Capital Expenditure to Book Value of Asset (CAPBVA ) and value of firm depicted in Price Book to Value (PBV). The design of this research is the method of time series design with a period of research for 6 years. Based on the results of the study found that when an investment decision up the value of firm will also go up and when an investment decision down the value of firm will also fall. The difference in this study lies in the object of research, study time, measuring tools, literature used, the theory used and the results of research.

Abstract

The influence of Globalization and Modernization in the industry today has led to the rise of increasingly fierce and competitive business competition in the domestic and national markets. Quality products in culinary SMEs within the company are essential because, with no quality products, they will not be able to compete. This study tries to measure the level of interest in buying food "Roti Kembung" influenced by product quality. This research uses quantitative. The data collection method uses the survey method. The target population is puffed bread consumers who have consumed "Roti Kembung" products, with the sample for this study being 32 respondents. Respondent characteristics that determine this researcher are people who have already consumed "Roti Kembung". Based on the research results on the quality of bread products, positive convex toward repurchase interest has a significant total effect. Improving the quality of this product will enhance product quality. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen   product quality supported by selecting the right ingredients and making product differentiation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the influence of virtual brand communities on electronic word of mouth on members of the Fortuner (ID42NER) car user community. A total of 95 respondents were using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is verification technique using path. The research showed that the virtual brand community has an influence on electronic word of mouth.
