Abstract

Sport decision is a Sport Decision making process that becomes a basic consumption, mainly on Sport Tourism. TNGR os one Hiking Tour provider which is facing up the decrease in visit Decision of climb participant. On this research, thr independent variable (X) is Hikimg Attributes consisting of Physical Benefit, Mental Benefit, Facilitation of Trail and Information, the dependent variable (Y) is Sport Decision, The type of research used is descriptive varification, and the method used is explanatory survey with sample size 109 respondents. Techniques of data analysis an hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression, the result indicated the Hiking Attributes have a significant influence on Sport Decision. the most influential is Mental Benefit where TNGR has successfully made climb participant can reduce fatigue daily routines, so that make the participant feel the comfort and happy while Hiking on TNGR, the weakest factor is Facilitation Of Trail, this aspect needs tobe improved by cleanliness such as held the guidance about environment to climb participants, in addition officials can give a reward on the climbers that keep the environment

Abstract

The background of this research is a low performance of the employee. It is a decline in performance appraisal results and reduced production which exceeds the tolerance limit of the company . The purpose of reasearch (1) find out the description of work environment, (2) find out the description of motivation, (3) find out the description of employee's performance, (4) find out the effect of work environment on employee's performance, (5) find out the effect of motivation on employee's performance, (6) find out the influence of work environment and motivation on employee's performance in PT. Harian Pos Kota di Jakarta. and 7) The relationship between work environment with motivation. The research is an employee's of PT. Harian Pos Kota di Jakarta. This type of research is descriptive and verification. The method in this research is random sampling with sample 175 peoples. Technical analysis of the data used in multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0. The result of this research is  employee's performance is positively influenced by work environment, employee's performance is positively influenced by the motivation, employee's performance is positively influenced by the work. environmental and motivation, and there is a positive relationship by correlation between work environment and motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of compensation and working environments on job satisfaction. The study was conducted in a period of less than one year, the study is cross-sectional design. And the method used is survey explanatory, and a population of 116 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression in though using SPSS 23.0. the questionnaire used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The finding of this paper is job satisfaction of employees affected by the compensation and working environment significantly and positively. The originality of this paper is compensation and working environment is used as a way to improve employee job satisfaction. This study aimed to describe the compensation, work environment on employee job satisfaction, compensation and work environment influence on job satisfaction to employees in the production of textiles in Bandung. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study were employees of the textile production in Bandung. The independent variable in this study is the compensation and work environment, as well as the dependent variable is employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Employees who are committed to the organization have a tendency to continue working in the organization. The loss of employee commitment means organizations lose support and loyalty from employees in achieving organizational goals. One of the companies that experienced a decline in employee organizational commitment was X Bank. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence job involvement and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The object in this study was employees of X bank, one of Indonesia's conventional banks. This study used saturated samples with 54 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with computer software program smartPLS version 3.0. The results reveal that job involvement and job satisfaction influence organizational commitment. This shows that the higher job involvement and employee job satisfaction together, the higher the organizational commitment of X Bank employees.

Abstract

The pupose of this paper is to find out influence social work environment and incentives against employee morale. The design of the research is a cross-sectional design. This research use descriptive and verificative approach with survey method. A total of 84 respondents were chosen as a simple random sampling. A survey questionnaire was used as research instrument to collect the data from respondents. Data analisys techniquesused in this research is multiple linier regression. The environmental impact of social work and incentives on employee morale tourism industry. The paper provides a basis to understand the issues of employ morale, incentivess and social work enviromental of tourism industrial. The difference of this study with previous research on objects that are used , the variable used , supporting the theory as well as the different references used by previous researchers

Abstract

This research was conducted to see how much influence market orientation has on competitive advantage. This type of research is descriptive and verification with samples taken as many as 20 respondents who meet the criteria set out in the study. The data analysis technique in this study uses simple regression. Based on the results of the study using simple regression analysis, the results show that market orientation has a significant effect on competitive advantage. The difference between this research and other research lies in the object of research, the measurement instrument used, the population and the sample of the study, and the results of the research. In this study using theories from journals and books, so the theory used is different.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to see how much influence the social work environment and career development had on employee job satisfaction. Type of Research Methodology used is descriptive verification. The method used is explanatory survey with simple random sampling technique and the number of samples is 102 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 21.0 computer software tools. The findings based on the results of the study can be seen that simultaneously or partially the social work environment and career development can improve employee job satisfaction. The difference in this study lies in the research object, research time, measuring instruments, literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomena of problems that exist in MSMEs including poor administration, low product competitiveness, low human resources, lack of mastery of science, quality of service and use of quality goods (Halal Thayyib). The purpose of this study was to measure the level of implementation of Islamic Business Ethics for MSME players in the PUSPA Bank Indonesia program in West Java in Bandung in 2017. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The number of research samples is 50 consumers from 4 MSMEs engaged in the culinary, service, fashion and craft sectors. The results of the study show that the level of implementation of Islamic Business Ethics of micro business actors guided by the PUSPA program in Bank Indonesia in West Java in 2017 was very good. This can be seen from several dimensions used, namely honesty, the use of good quality goods, Ihsan, Building good relations with Consumers and Ethics sets the price of an average value of 5.8 which means very good

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe of social media and brand loyalty. In addition, to determine the effect of social media on brand loyalty. this type of research is descriptive and verifikatif, by using online survey method. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 235 people with object of this research is Teh Botol Sosro. Data analysis techniques in this study using a simple linear regression analysis. the results of this study show the social media and brand loyalty categorized high on the continuum line. The result of correlation calculation of social media variables have a significant influence on brand loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence sales promotion has on repurchase intention. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used in this research is explanatory survey with systematic random sampling technique and the number of respondents is 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression with SPSS 21.0 computer software The research findings on hypothesis testing can be seen that sales promotion has a positive influence on repurchase intention. The originality of this research was found in the object of research, research period, measuring instruments and research results. The author also adds theories from foreign journals and foreign books.
