Abstract

Corona virus is a positive single strain RNA virus that infects the respiratory tract. Diagnosis starts from general symptoms in the form of fever, cough and difficulty breathing. One of the causes of the very high spread of the corona virus is due to physical contact with positive COVID patients. There are many impacts of the increasing corona virus in various countries, one of which is Indonesia. The high rapid spread of the corona virus has reached regional areas including the province of West Sumatra, therefore it is very necessary during this pandemic to keep your distance and stay away from crowds and comply with health protocols and stay away from areas that have a high spread of the corona virus. grouping or clusters of the spread of the corona virus in the West Sumatra region using the k-means clustering data mining method. The study was conducted using the variables confirmed, died, recovered and the number of positive . based on data that has been processed and produces information that can be expected to help the government to take decisions or actions to reduce the spread of the Corona virus in the West Sumatra region.

Abstract

The number of documents in the form of books, scientific articles, reports etc. is always increasing every day, this certainly makes it difficult for groups or types of documents to classify. Using the Naïve Bayes classifier, which is an approach that refers to the Bayes theorem, is a simple classification algorithm but has high accuracy. Naïve Bayes refers to previous knowledge which is strengthened in advance by processing the title text of a new document so that it can be used to facilitate the classification of new document classes. Based on the results of trials conducted using 125 training data on 10 test data in 5 class groups, the accuracy value is quite high, namely 90% correct classification.

Abstract

Along with the volume of water that often increases suddenly resulting in a lot of losses that are felt from the overflow, resulting in flooding during the rainy season or sending water from highland areas which can cause the volume of water in the river to be unpredictable, this makes it difficult for people to avoid and anticipate early the impact of the overflowing river or the flood disaster. In this case, a system is needed that is designed to inform the water level in real time in order to monitor and bind the public's awareness of overflowing water so that early action can be taken to save and tidy up items that are sensitive to water, through the Design of a Real Water Level Monitoring Tool. Time and integration with web-based applications can be done to find out early on the water level in real time and can be accessed by all people in the area around riverbanks to be more alert, especially during the rainy season.

Abstract

Information technology is currently developing very rapidly, one of which is in the health sector. Current computer/machine technology, which is equipped with various capabilities, is able to recognize the human condition, one of which is related to human psychological health. Psychological health often appears in post-natal women; not a few women experience stress and even depression, some women manage to adjust well, but others fail to adjust and experience psychological disorders with various symptoms. Technological innovations that are currently able to carry out early detection of various diseases or psychological disorders in humans, one of which uses an expert system designed from expert knowledge to help diagnose early symptoms of a psychological disorder or a disease. At the data collection stage, interviews, observations, and documents related to psychological disorders that occur in postpartum women will be carried out, and this activity will involve experts, in this case, the midwife. Psychological disorders that often occur in postpartum women are divided into three based on the level of disturbance, and the first is Post Partum Blues, Post Partum Depression, and Post Partum Psychosis. Data on symptoms of psychological disorders were obtained from the results of data collection. The data obtained in the form of symptoms of psychological disorders that are often encountered in the field, in this case, the practice of midwives, the data will be processed so that manual trials can be carried out on the methods used. Application development is carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model or the system development life cycle. The SDLC model that will be used is the waterfall method where this method is systematic sequential in building software. The general stages in the waterfall method are requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, and the last is system testing. The implementation of this expert system application will use the Certainty Factor (CF) method.

Abstract

Radio frequency identification or better known as RFID is a method of identification of objects that use radio waves. The process of identification by RFID Reader and RFID Transponder (RFID Tag). An RFID tag is attached to an object or an object to be identified. Each RFID tag has a unique identification number data, so no RFID tag has the same ID number. RFID Reader reads the ID number contained in the RFID tag so that the object or object can be identified. Radio frequency identification (RFID) applications have been widely developed. One of the RFID developed here is as a Transaction on Lending and Returning Books in a library with a Web system. The system is made easier for admins to carry out the lending process and the return transaction process because every transaction process that occurs is stored in the database.

Abstract

This study discusses the design and development of mobile-based applications based on literature studies by several previous researchers. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to overcome the problem of used goods being disposed of or stored by distributing them to those in need through community intermediaries and using technology. The method used in this study is the Scrum Framework by determining the product backlog, sprint planning, one week sprint, sprint review and sprint retrospective in this study. After the application has been developed, an analysis will be carried out on the use of the Scrum method in the application development stage. The result of this research is a mobile-based donation application that is useful as an intermediary platform for donors who want to donate some of their fortune and communities that help recycle or distribute donated items to those who need it more. For the implementation of this application, residents of the city of Batam are used for distribution of assistance to orphanages or foundations that care for people in need in the city of Batam, according to a questionnaire survey distributed to users or through interview methods as much as 87% are greatly helped by this application such as information the location of the orphanage, the need for goods and others.

Abstract

Coffea sp (coffee plant) is one of Indonesia's mainstay export commodities which has an important role as the third-largest foreign exchange earner after wood and rubber in the agricultural sub-sector. Coffee is one of the most popular beverage offerings in the world, as evidenced by the fact that coffee consumption has soared to 174 percent in 2016 (International Coffee Organization/ICO data). Bengkulu also produces a lot of coffee production including pickled red Robusta, Arabica super, and Arabica luak which usually the farmers also keep badgers in their cages. Bengkulu, which is known as the golden triangle, is the largest Robusta producer on the island of Sumatra. Land use that is by the potential of the land makes the quality of the land maintained and can optimize production results. Therefore, a Decision Support System is needed to provide recommendations for Robusta coffee farmers in determining the lands to be planted. This research uses the entropy weighting method and TOPSIS ranking. The resulting output is in the form of ranking from the highest to the lowest value of each land contained in 28 sub-districts in 4 districts of Bengkulu Province, namely Rejang Lebong, Lebong, Kepahiang, and Seluma from the highest to the lowest value. This system was built using the PHP programming language and system design with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The development of this system uses the waterfall method. The accuracy of this system based on the tested data is 100%. Based on the results of calculations using a combination of the entropy weighting method and the TOPSIS ranking method, the results of the largest preference value of 0.815 are in the Seberang Musi and Tebat Karai sub-districts, Kepahiang Regency.

Abstract

Peran promosi dapat menjadi kunci keberhasilan organisasi dalam dunia bisnis. Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi yang terus meningkat merubah model promosi yang dapat dilakukan pebisnis untuk memperkenalkan produk yang ingin ditawarkan. Kehadiran media sosial di era milenial ini dimanfaatkan secara baik oleh pebisnis dan e-wom yang merupakan salah satu proses untuk membagikan pandangan konsumen secara online dan mengarahkan konsumen untuk mendukung dan melawan produk tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi dalam menemukan pola frequensi untuk menentukan strategi promosi yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi yang sering digunakan oleh konsumen untuk berbagi informasi produk sebagai sarana e-WOM yang di olah lebih lanjut sehingga menghasilkan informasi untuk memaksimalkan promosi pada aplikasi media social. Data sampel yang digunakan adalah interaksi dan komunikasi pelanggan selama 60 hari pada media social yang mengandung e-WOM dari sepuluh sampel usaha kuliner di Kabupaten Bungo. Teknis analisis data menggunakan metode Data Mining Assosiasi Algoritma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aturan kombinasi yang support dan frequence  terbentuk dari 2 itemset kombinasi WA∩FB dengan tingakat kebenaran sebesar 52,73 %. Dengan demikian industry dapat memanfaatkan media tersebut sebagai sarana untuk mempromosikan produk.

Abstract

Di SMA Negeri 04 Kota Bengkulu sudah memiliki Website namun belum dimanfaatkan sepenuhnya dalam penggunaan E-Learning dikarenakan ada hal-hal substansi dalam pembelajaran belum dimilik pada website tersebut. Untuk itu dengan adanya pengembangan E-learning pada website SMA Negeri 04 Kota Bengkulu dapat meningkatkan aktifitas belajar secara jarak jauh atau belajar dalam jaringan (Daring). E-learning adalah sebuah proses pembelajaran yang berbasis elektronik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembagan webisite ini adalah Metode Waterfall. Metode Waterfall adalah suatu proses pengembangan perangkat lunak berurutan, di mana kemajuan dipandang sebagai terus mengalir ke bawah (seperti air terjun) melewati fase-fase perencanaan, pemodelan, implementasi (konstruksi), dan pengujian.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, disimpulkan bahwa memungkinkan terjadinya keterlambatan dalam proses manipulasi data dan keterlambatan pada setiap tampilan data yang muncul. Sedangkan berdasarkan pengamatan menyimpulkan bahwa sistem di nilai sudah cukup baik, dapat dipelajari, mudah digunakan, dengan tampilan menarik. Sistem yang dibuat sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan apa yang diharapkan para siswa.

Abstract

One of the course achievements in the Inovasi Pembelajaran Biologi course is that students are able to design a variety of biology learning innovations, especially those based on technology. However, in reality students still have not utilized technology to the fullest and there has not been clear innovation in the use of technology in the various innovations that students have designed. So this research aims to develop a web-based information system as a learning medium that will be used during the learning process and at the same time as a direct example of the application of the use of Information, Media and Technology Skills in learning innovation. This research is a development research that focuses more on software development. System development is carried out using an iterative model and beta testing. The results of this study are in the form of an information system called SINOPE with the results of beta testing for each indicator, namely: design 91.7%, menu 90%, content 83.3%, ease of use 93.3%, usability 91.7%, average subject responses research on SINOPE is 90% with a very good category.
