<![CDATA[This study examines the phenomenon of "flexing" within Islamic proselytization (dakwah) by analyzing its application as a communication strategy based on Ustaz Solmed's perspective. The research seeks to address how flexing, commonly associated with showcasing material wealth or achievements, can be utilized in dakwah without contradicting Islamic principles. Employing qualitative methods through literature reviews and case studies, the study identifies the dual nature of flexing in inspiring societal success while cautioning against arrogance and ostentation (riya). The findings reveal that flexing, when used with the right intentions, aligns with Islamic teachings as a form of gratitude and motivation for collective betterment. However, its implementation requires ethical considerations to ensure it does not promote materialism or social inequality. This research highlights the importance of balancing contemporary communication trends with traditional Islamic values, offering insights into adapting dakwah strategies for modern audiences.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses how to use social media for da'wah activities, by analyzing the da'wah process that occurs on Instagram and YouTube social media. The research method is qualitative, namely the collection of data using analysis and a description of the reality of the use of social media for da'wah activities. On Instagram, the preacher who actively preaches is Aa Gym by posting photos, videos, and live broadcasts regularly. Then Ustadz Adi Hidayat Official's YouTube channel is also actively sharing videos and doing live streaming of da'wah studies led by Ustadz Adi himself.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find the suitability between the principles of journalistic language in general and the principles of communication from the perspective of Islamic teachings as stated in the Quran. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while the paradigm used is the constructivistic paradigm. The type of this research is a literature study. There are at least 6 principles of communication from the perspective of the Quran called qaulan, namely sadidan, balighan, masyuran, layyina, marufan and kariman. This research is expected to be a reference in studying Islamic communication science in particular and communication science in general, Islamic journalism science in particular and journalism science in general and mass communication science which is the parent of journalism science.]]>

<![CDATA[Da'wah communication is a branch of communication science that is essential for da’i in delivering messages effectively. Ustadz Hilal Hamdi, as a dormitory supervisor at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hikamah, strives to apply da'wah communication principles in guiding his students. This study examines the methods he employs in da'wah and his approach to upholding Islamic teachings. The findings indicate that he emphasizes an interpersonal psychological approach and provides direct examples of the knowledge taught. It is recommended that special attention be given to students to prevent rule violations and that a counseling body be established to address students' issues in the dormitory.]]>

<![CDATA[Following the 1998 Reform, the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) was established as an auxiliary state institution under Law No. 32 of 2002. This study explores the prophetic values within KPI regulations using qualitative methods and content analysis. The findings reveal four key values: divinity, national integrity and unity, humanization, and liberation. Recommendations include further examination of regulations by da'wah experts, increased dissemination of broadcasting rules, and regulatory revisions to strengthen prophetic values in Indonesia’s broadcasting system.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the differences in the interpretations of Qaulan Layyina in Surah Taha verse 44 by Hamka and Ibn Kathir. These differences stem from their educational backgrounds, exegetical methods, and distinctive styles. Using a library research approach, this study compares Tafsir al-Qur’an al-Adzim and Tafsir al-Azhar. The findings show that while both interpretations share a similar literal meaning, they differ in contextual aspects. Hamka interprets Qaulan Layyina as gentle speech in a peaceful atmosphere, whereas Ibn Kathir emphasizes gentleness, politeness, and compassion. This concept is relevant in conveying criticism, particularly through social or print media, by using wise and courteous language to ensure constructive feedback is well received.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing the communication carried out by Mr. Dadang in building the mentality of patients at the Mentari Hati Foundation in Tasikmalaya. To find out also the benefits felt by the ODGJ after receiving spiritual motivation. This Research One type of descriptive qualitative research is in the form of research with a case study method or approach (Case Study). This research focuses intensively on one particular object which is studied as a case. Meanwhile, in terms of approach, this theory uses a qualitative approach. This research method is not to test hypotheses, but to provide a thorough and in-depth explanation of the research results. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research, in which data and findings are presented in the form of a description or description of words, not tested or analyzed with statistical or mathematical numbers. The transcendental communication strategy carried out by Mr. Dadang includes aspects of dhikr meditation, shalawat reading, and recitation of the holy Qur'an.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand how social media has become the most favored platform for Islamic preaching (dakwah) in the digital age. Social media not only reflects technological advancement but also serves as an effective means to convey Islamic teachings. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method through field observations and interviews. The findings reveal that preaching is an obligation for every Muslim, and social media is a strategic medium to spread Islamic values, provided that ethical and social norms are respected. Preachers (Da’i) are expected to adapt to technological developments to ensure relevant and impactful communication. This research highlights the importance of wisely utilizing social media for dakwah, always adhering to the Qur'an and Hadith as core guidelines.]]>

<![CDATA[Character building for the younger generation is crucial for the nation's and state's continuity. This study examines religious communication within the Karang Taruna organization in Sindanglaya Village in shaping the character of young people. The research applies a qualitative approach with communication and psychology methods. Data were collected from primary sources, including Karang Taruna leaders, village officials, Karang Taruna members, and community figures, as well as secondary sources such as interviews and documentation. The findings reveal that character development is conducted through sermon training, basic leadership training, and activities commemorating Independence Day. Internal factors supporting character formation include leadership performance, human resource quality, and financial support, while external factors consist of village government participation, external social influences, and parental support.]]>

<![CDATA[Morals are a reflection of attitudes in a person that have an important influence on various aspects of life, this is the reason why the cultivation of noble character must be carried out from an early age. Prophetic parenting is considered the right method for mothers in the Al-Ihsan taklim assembly who act as madrasatul ula, to instill noble character in their children from an early age. This study aims to find out how the process of implementing prophetic parenting is to build noble character in the Al-Ihsan taklim assembly. The results showed that the process of implementing prophetic parenting carried out by mothers at the Al-Ihsan taklim assembly was to apply it to simple things, such as giving instructions and directions, providing good education, especially in understanding obedience to Allah SWT and his parents based on the character of the prophet Muhammad SAW as early as possible.]]>
