Abstract

principle which can not be ignored in the practice of tabligh as dakwah activities is the importance of local wisdoms. This is related to effectiveness tabligh practices, because tradition or customs is a value system which has some connections among people, in this case,Sundanese community. Thereby, tabligh as an orthogonal transformation process of Islamic values has importance in dealing with Sundanese cultures. One of the strongest dimension cultures is language. In so many things, Sundanese language becomes a determinant channel in almost every tabligh activit ies in Sundanese community, particularly Sundanese community is relatively closed to Islamic values. The using of Sundanese language in tabligh processes is a sophisticated effort to prove that a mubaligh believes that urf is one of the most important things to make some changes.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate: 1. Verbal communication used by practitioners uses Indonesian and Sundanese or mixed languages, with soft tones or intonations, and also uses the language of the Qur'an. 2. Non-verbal communication used by ruqyah practitioners in their communication behavior is using body movements, facial expressions, and sucking, as well as how to dress. 3. The motive behind the communication behavior of the performer of ruqyah is the urge to heal people with jinn disorders. 4. Persuasive Communication Persuasive communication is a solid communication process, where individuals or groups show messages, intentionally or unintentionally by verbal and nonverbal ways to obtain a special response from individuals or groups. The conclusion of the communication behavior of ruqyah practitioners to patients at the Ruqyah syar'iyyah Darussalam Institute is to use verbal language where in speaking or reading verbally in a mixed language and the Qur'an, non-verbal communication is movement of the whole body or body language, the motive behind it is encouragement. to cure people affected by genital disorders by using alternative medicine methods in Islam, Ruqyah syar'iyyah Darussalam.

Abstract

The formation of character for the younger generation is very important for the successors of the nation and state, with the formation of character for the younger generation it can be an example for the local community, because of that the researchers carried out research on Communication of Da'wah Karang Taruna in Sindanglaya Village in Formation of Character for the Young Generation. The type of research used is qualitative research with a method of communication approach and psychology. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources include several informants including the Youth Organization Leader. Village Government, Youth Organization Members, Community Leaders. While secondary resources are in the form of interviews, documentation tools, and writing tools. The results of this study indicate that the forms of communication applied by youth organizations in character building are lecture training, basic leadership training training, and the movement to commemorate independence day. In the formation of this character, youth organizations can be the successors for the nation and state. Moreover, the youth organizations in Sindanglaya village can be an example for the next generation. Each activity has internal performance factors from the Karang Taruna leadership, human resources (HR), and funds. While external factors, namely, participation from the village government, the influence of relationships outside the village area, and parental support.

Abstract

This study aims to examine communication activities as a process of social interaction in Kampung Toleransi, Bandung City, a multi-ethnic and plural city. The focus of this research is on efforts to build interfaith social interactions and their impact on interfaith tolerance. The findings indicate a synergy of togetherness contributing to the creation of interfaith tolerance and societal harmony. The study was conducted in Gg Luna RW 04 Kampung Toleransi, Jamika Village, Bojongloa Kaler District, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis is based on Lasswell's communication theory, with its elements such as communicator, message, media, receiver, and effect, as well as the symbolic interactionism theory to align perceptions among interfaith communities. Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of prophetic values by the Ruqu' Community (Rumah Quran Utrujah) in Bandung using a phenomenological method. Three core values of prophetic communication explored are humanization, liberation, and transcendence. The findings show that: first, humanization is realized through mutual respect among members and valuing differing opinions. Second, liberation is realized through a solution-oriented communication approach that helps members overcome challenges. Third, transcendence is realized through enhancing members' ability to read the Quran, which is seen as a form of goodness and piety. Transcendence encompasses not only worldly improvement but also spiritual growth, with a focus on love for the Quran as a manifestation of love and piety towards Allah SWT. Abstract

Morals are a reflection of attitudes in a person that have an important influence on various aspects of life, this is the reason why the cultivation of noble character must be carried out from an early age. Prophetic parenting is considered the right method for mothers in the Al-Ihsan taklim assembly who act as madrasatul ula, to instill noble character in their children from an early age. This study aims to find out how the process of implementing prophetic parenting is to build noble character in the Al-Ihsan taklim assembly. The results showed that the process of implementing prophetic parenting carried out by mothers at the Al-Ihsan taklim assembly was to apply it to simple things, such as giving instructions and directions, providing good education, especially in understanding obedience to Allah SWT and his parents based on the character of the prophet Muhammad SAW as early as possible. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the value of al-amar al-ma'rūf wa an-nahyi al-munkar. This study applies the case study method through a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the studies in this paper, it shows that the community empowerment program carried out by KIM contains the value of al-amar al-ma'rf wa an-nahyi al-munkar, it can be seen from the aspect of al-amar al-ma'ruf through calling on the public to utilize technology and improve economic levels through programs provided by KIM. The an-nahyi al-munkar aspect can be seen from the call for the ban on KIM to the public to stay away from false information. Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of prophetic communication skills of student organizations on the management of the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement (PMII). One of the communication models offered in this paper is prophetic communication, namely communication based on prophetic characteristics. There are three main pillars in this prophetic communication, namely humanization, liberation, and transcendence. The implementation of the three pillars discussed in this paper is the importance of understanding the diversity and style of language used in communication. The prophetic communication of student organizations carried out by PMII in the UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung campus environment if it works well can create a good impression from students in general. A good impression will lead to good loyalty which will encourage good use of information sources as well.
