THE MASTERY ON ENGLISH IDIOM OF THE FOURTH SEMESTER STUDENTS OF ENGLISH DEPARTMENT OF TEACHER AND EDUCATION FACULTY OF MULAWARMAN UNIVERSITY SAMARINDA IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2004/2005 Aidar Erika Toding Pali

Toding Pali, Aidar Erika. 2005.The mastery on English Idiom of the fourth semester students of English Department of Teacher and Education Faculty of Mulawarman University Samarinda in Academic Year 2004/2005. The Advisors: (1) Dra. Surya Sili, MAT, Ph.D., (2) Drs. M. Natsir, M.Pd. The purposes of the study are to find out or to know the mastery of English idiom and to find out the score distribution of English Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Mulawarman University Samarinda in Academic Year 2004/2005. The research is descriptive quantitative research.The result of the research show that the total mean score of research is 52.54 with the conclusion of the mastery on English idiom is poor. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of standard score on English idiom show that 0% of the students get excellent scores, 20.83% get good scores, 20.83% get fair scores, 29.16% get poor scores, and 29.16% get fail scores. The percentage of total correct answers of each kind of English idiom are; Idiomatic pairs 52.5%, Similes 38.9%, Phrasal verbs 47.5%, Action which represent feelings 58.3%, Sayings 72.9%, Typical conversational phrase 52.5% and Idiom with preposition 45.8%. The most difficult idiom is Similes and easiest idiom is Sayings.The implication of this research shown that English idiom is an integral parts of vocabulary subject and it is important to be learned. It means that the students need to study and improve their ability in English idiom mastery as it really important in the mastery of English language.

The aim of this research is to know the process of the cultivation of the clean water. The research is held in PDAM Samarinda. There are two kinds of the process namely (Complete Treatment Process) covering physics, chemistry, bacteriology and and the Partial Treatment Process. Whereas the the clean water cultivation consists of some buildings water catch presidementasion, pulsator, coagulation, speed blendering, flocking, filtrision reservoir (desinfection), clean water pump, and lagoon. The standard of the water quality based on the regulation No.492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 dated on April the 19th 2010 which arranged the requirements of the drinking water and the controlling as well which is based on the Indonesian National standard. Based on the SNI covering temperature, colour, taste, and the darkness. The quality of the chemistry such as mercury, Arsen, Iron, Fluoride, Cadmium, chlorida, Zinc, mangaan, pH, ammonia and Carbon dioxide Where as for the microbiology covering bactery and virus. The standard Based on the Ministery of Health No. 416/MENKES/PER/IX/ by giving the narration that the water does not disturb the health, illness, technical disturbance and the handicap of estetic. The recommendation is that the drinking water has to be hygienic.

This research is willing to know how to overcome the broken roads in East Kalimantan.There are some roads those are very bad it is,therefore to make same traffic accidents.The location of the research is in Samarinda, East Kalimantan in January 2017 from January to April 2017.The method of the research ia by observing the roads :M.Yamin, Kemakmuran,Sebatik and Juanda.The results of the research are that the conditions of the roads in January to April 2017 are very bad among are :(1).On Jalan M.Yamin there are some holes in front of the Mulawarman University’s gate,(2). Kemakmuran there is a broken spot near the Cuture centre service,(3).Sebatik the is a long and dee hole near the BNI 46 office bank,(4).And Juanda there are many holes around the flyover street.The suggestions of the researher are (1).The government has to repair those roads soon,(2).The Government has to put the signs of danger in the broken spot of the street,(3).The Gvernment has to make planning to arrange the repairment,(4).The user of the roads has to be more careful t ride the cycles.

The purpose of the Indonesian state is as stated in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution of the fourth paragraph: "To protect the whole nation of Indonesia and the entire blood of Indonesia, to promote the common good, to educate the life of the nation, and to carry out the world order based on freedom, eternal peace and social justice" . Executor of home industry development strategy in every District Government in Indonesia is based on Regulation of Minister of Cooperative and UKM. 06 of 2012 on the description of the main duties and function of structural positions in each SKPD in charge of the Cooperative and SMEs of the Regency and the City, the District and Municipal Government have the duty to assist the Central Government in exercising authority in the field of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs based on the principle of autonomy And co-administration tasks. Included in the home industry development. In the implementation of home industry development strategy, there are supporting factors such as and good cooperation between the Central Government with the District and City Government as well as supporters such as institutions, banking institutions and other relevant practitioners, as well as a harmonious relationship with small entrepreneurs. There is also the factor inhibitors, such as, internal factor of Regency / City Government is the level of quality and quantity of apparatus is still limited, the amount of budget funds for the development of SMEs. As well as facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate. External inhibiting factors are the level of human resource quality is still limited, lack of entrepreneurial interest (no regeneration), high production prices whereas low purchasing power, handicraft and snack foods are still monotonous, as well as security conditions and unfavorable political situation.

The attitude of the judge in determining the evidence leads, which are listed in Article 188 paragraph (3) Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) requires the judge to do so wisely longer wise, because the these instructions evidence fully addressed the judge hence the assessment of the strength of proof should be done by the judge wisely, thoughtful and objective. Combating corruption can not be done only by the Commission and law enfor, but also requires a synergy and a common perception of all components of the nation. Community participation is needed and has significance in corruption eradication strategy. In activities that are repressive, the public could be the pioneer of allegations of corruption, especially in the bureaucracy and public services, while on the preventive side, the main measures to eradicate corruption can be started from the consciousness of an individual to obey the law and avoid corruptive behavior. Strength of evidence hint of valid evidence in a corruption case and the use of evidence in the instructions as a basis the judgment.

Factors - Factors Affecting Employee Performance PT. Panca Prima Mining Samarinda under the guidanceThe background of this research aspects of internal motivation and external motivation. The research data was obtained from the method of the results of respondents (questionnaire), as well as other research relefan with the object under study, in this case the secondary data from the company PT. Panca Prima Mining Samarinda. Analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20.The hypothesis of this paper is the internal motivation and external motivation significant influence on employee performance. Internal motivation dominant influence on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance and determine the dominant variable affecting employee performance. The sampling technique in this study using the technique of the census population is all employees of PT. Panca Prima Mining Samarinda numbered 38 people. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing F test and t test. Based on the analysis of the author of the test results of the test F is F count> F table that is 11.995> 3.32 alpha 5% and strengthened Adjusted test of determination (R2)of0.373 means that internal motivation variable (X1) and external motivation (X2) significantly 37, 3% of the employee's performance variable (Y) is reinforced also by the significant level of 0.000 which means the internal motivation variable (X1) and external motivation (X2) have a significant influence simultaneously toward employee performance variable (Y). T test can be obtained t count> t table means variable employee performance (Y) has a significant influence on a significant level of 0.001 variable internal motivation (X1) and external motivation (X2) X1 t count> t table (3.705> 2.028) with a beta coefficient of 0,483 or 48.3% that were perceived to have a significant effect on internal motivation variable (X1) and external motivation (X2) the value of t count> t table (3.393> 2.028) and a significant level of 0.002 so that external motivation variable ( X2) has a significant influence on employee performance variable (Y) is reinforced with a beta coefficient of 0.0442, or 44.2%. Then the dominant variable influence on employee performance (Y) is the internal motivation (X1), variable internal motivation (X1) has the greatest value to the value of 0.483% and a significant level of 0.001. Then the hypothesis H1 and H2 hypothesis is accepted.

The objective of this research is to kow how to keep Samarinda clean.The location of it is the city of Samarinda durng the Idul Ftri Party in 2016 .The research is carried out one day after the Feast.The results are (1).The rubbish was spread out in the street and areas which gave bad conditions and existed the illness,(2)The workers of the cleaness took over time but they were not able to do completely,(3).They were not paid salary enough,(4).The local government of Samarinda did not take the experience that every year after Idul Fitri the rubbish is always making problem,(5).The member of parliament , Jasno , from PAN (Nasional Commitment Party) urged to the executive to do the best vwith teh rubbish here.The suggestions are To keep the city here clean , green and healthy always,(2).The workers have to be given enough salary ,(3).The local government of Samarinda has to take the old experience after the feast of Idul Fitry ,(4). Both executive and legislative to give he special attention to the cleaness of the envirement here.

The aim of this research is to know the direct and in direct influence of the government expence, investment and PDRB towards the working opportunity here. The analysis model of it using the one namely path analysis. To test the hipothesis using analysis tool channel by SPSS 16.0. The data used in it is secondary data got from statistic board namely the one consists of cases mentioned above. The analysis using double linear that (1). The govermental expense does not influence anymore to them. In the world the govermental expense influence negative result.
