Abstract

The main problem of the research was, how Performance of employees in the government organizations is not optimal. performance of employees that have an impact organizational performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence, and additional employee income toward performance employees finance and asset management agency region central lampung regency. This type of research is descriptive, by taking a sample of 51 employees of the Department of finance and asset management agency region central lampung regency. Research data was collected by observation, documentation and questionnaire distribution and it was analyzed by quantitative method. Primary data process was held by statistical aid, SPSS program version 20, to measure linear regression model. The results showed: (1) competence significant influence toward performance of employees. (2) additional employee income significant influence toward performance of employees. This means that if the additional employee income improved the performance of employees. (3) competence and additional employee income jointly significant influence toward performance of employees of finance and asset management agency region central lampung regency.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) There are still a lot of each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) that does not pay enough attention in submitting their performance data reports when it comes to the drafting team. (2) Data for filling in Key Performance Indicators (IKK) from each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) still contains data that is not filled in or does not match.This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. This aims to determine the events or facts, phenomena that occur during descriptive research with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation using research instruments as interview guides to several informants who have been determined and the main data source in this study using Snowball Sampling.The results showed that the implementation of the compilation of regional government administration reports (LPPD) in the implementation of development in the city of Metro has been running based on the stipulated government regulations. The supporting factors for the Implementation of Regional Government Administration Report Preparation (LPPD) in the Implementation of Development in Metro City come from communication and resources, and the inhibiting factors come from the disposition and structure of the bureaucracy.

Abstract

The problem in this research is (1) how policy implementation No. 19 of 2009 about quality control guidelines Audit on the Inspectorate of Right Way District, (2) What aspects inhibit policy implementation number 19 year 2009 Audit quality control Guidelines on the Inspectorate of the right Way district. This method of research is using a qualitative research type with a descriptive analysis method. The use of this method is to examine and describe qualitatively, how the implementation of policy No. 19 of 2009 on quality control guidelines for Audit on the Inspectorate of Way Kanan District. The results showed that the implementation of policy No. 19 of 2009 on the Audit quality control guidelines on the Inspectorate of Way Kanan District, has been running by utilizing the human resources potential, according to the concept (1) communication, Implementation of policy No. 19 year 2009 is always communicated to the target institution, (2) the disposition/attitude of the officer, in general the employee has been good according to the provisions in carrying out the task, (3) resources, standards of Human resources competency The inspectorate has not been fulfilled, so the audit results are relatively less than optimal (4) bureaucratic structure, it has to do the task and authority is at the leadership of the organization that distributes tasks to subordinates. Aspects that inhibit policy implementation No. 19 year 2009 about quality control Audit at the Inspectorate of the right Way,  (1) The unit of results, the result of the monitoring of the aforementioned Bulum is fully acted upon on the Findings by OPD; So that the results of the audit is relatively less than optimal, (2) The unit time inspection is not uniform, so the timeliness in can impede the smooth audit quality, (3) The quality of work, with the weak audit techniques to uncover The substance of the findings is still weak, the results of work done relatively not optimal.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) How is the Implementation of Tobacco Product Excise Control in Lampung Province, (2) What aspects support and hinder the implementation of Tobacco Product Excise Control in Lampung Province. (3) Efforts made in Supervising Tobacco Product Excise in Lampung ProvinceThe research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis method, the use of this method is to describe the Implementation of Tobacco Product Excise Control in Lampung Province, to study qualitatively, how all data is obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies.The results showed that in the implementation of Excise Control of Tobacco Products in Lampung Province. Performed in two ways, namely direct supervision by carrying out direct viewing and checking of the places that carry out the sale of cigarettes, and indirect supervision by using the application of Information Systems for the Distribution of Distribution and Distribution of Illegal Excissible Goods, as well as conducting monitoring through public reports that know where illegal cigarettes are circulated.What aspects that support, namely (1) The existence of technical guidelines for the implementation of tasks and (2) the availability of oversight budget while the aspects that uphold are, (1) Application Performance Stability that is less than optimal, (2) information System for Illegal Taxable Goods Distribution and Distribution Monitoring application data security factors that still need to be improved , (3) Inaccurate intelligence information, (4) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure, (5) Limited number of Human Resources (HR), (6) New Emerging Actors, (7) Low price of cigarettes illegal.The efforts made in the Supervision of Tobacco Product Excise, namely (1) continued to be socialized so that the level of compliance of cigarette sales entities increased, (2) the development of cigarette Small and Medium Industry Growth, (3) Support from local governments, (4) Government policies on industry Small and Medium Enterprises, (5) Strive (6) Follow-up handling of cases of violations in the field of Excise carried out in a massive and comprehensive manner to provide a deterrent effect.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) Does the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus  affect the Quality of Service in the Village Administration Section of the District of Pesawaran District (2) Does the Discipline of the Civil Service  affect the Quality of Service at the Government Division of the Regional Secretariat Village Pesawaran Regency(3) Does the Performance and Discipline of the State Civil Apparatus  jointly influence the quality of service in the Village Administration Section of the Pesawaran Regency Regional Secretariat.This research uses analytical survey method. This study aims to analyze the influence between the variables studied, namely state civil apparatus Performance (X1),  Discipline (X2), improve service quality (Y) in this study used quantitative research types to verify the research hypothesis. These methods and techniques were chosen because they allow a more extensive study of the influence of the research variables.The results showed that there was a significant influence of both state civil apparatus performance and state civil apparatus discipline on service quality in the Village Administration Section of Pesawaran District Regional Secretariat, the greatest influence of state civil apparatus performance variables and state civil apparatus discipline was state civil apparatus Performance variable which was 69.03 percent or was in the high category , state civil apparatus discipline is 67.96 percent, or it is in the sufficient category. Based on the results of the study, that the contribution of  state civil apparatus Performance variables and state civil apparatus discipline to service quality, is in the quite good category but not yet optimal. This is due to the relative lack of work facilities and the absence of optimal application of regulations, so that employees have not been able to carry out their duties optimally, which results in suboptimal quality of service in the Village Administration Section of the District of Pesawaran District

Abstract

The problem lifted in this research is discipline work officer of The Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency. This research aim to lay open (1) influence of organization culture to discipline work officer, (2) influence of leadership style to discipline work officer, (3) Influence of organization culture and leadership style by together to discipline work officer. This research uses explanatory survey method. The population of this research are all officer of the Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency. Sample in this research entire/all from population that is as much 39 people. This Research consist of 3 (three) variables namely : organization culture (X1) and leadership style (X2) as independent variables and discipline work officer (Y) as a dependent variables. Result of analysis indicated that there are organization culture contribution to discipline work officer, contribution of leadership style to discipline work officer, and while organization culture contribution and leadership style concurrently to discipline work officer. The result of this reseach indicates that there is a positive influence and significant of organization culture toward discipline work officer, there is a positive influence and significant of leadership style toward discipline work officer, there is also a multiple positive influence and significant of organization culture and leadership style toward discipline work officer of The Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency. In an effort to improve the discipline work officer in the Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency need an increase in the quality of organization culture and leadership style. The higher the quality of organization culture and leadership style in the Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency the higher the quality of discipline work officer.

Abstract

The existence of such rapid social change movements in people's lives requires anticipation in the form of increased competence and capacity of Satpol PP personnel and institutions that are able to respond to these changes. This is also intended so that unnecessary social collisions and losses can be suppressed in such a way. With such competencies and abilities, it is hoped that Satpol PP duties will be more professional, have minimal social losses, succeed in accordance with the objectives of local government policies, and get full support from the community. In order to increase the capacity of human resources and optimize the performance of Satpol PP, the Government has established a Civil Service Police Functional Position based on the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 4 of 2014 concerning the Functional Position of the Civil Service Police and its Credit Score. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interview and documentation. There are 7 informants in this study (objectives) people. The research method uses qualitative research methods. In general, the results of the study are that the implementation of the performance of functional officials at the Satpol PP of Lampung Province in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Lampung Province is quite effective because based on the indicators in measuring the improvement in performance that have been described, the role of functional officials is highly correlated with these activities. activities carried out in the midst of a pandemic that occurred, so that the implementation of functional activities synergized with prevention efforts carried out by the Satpol PP of Lampung Province.

Abstract

Service quality and customer satisfaction are inseparable. Either service quality or customer satisfaction mostly can be measured by comparing perceived performance of the institution providing the service and the expectation of the service itself. Customer satisfaction rises when the performance is higher than the expectation. In the contrary, higher expectation rather than the performance shows users’ dissatisfaction which also shows the real description of the service quality. Radin Inten II Airport has been established as Public Service Agency. Therefore it is important to carry out some researches to discover service quality provided by the institution. Analyzed by Gap Analysis, Level of Satisfaction Analysis and Importance-Performance Analysis, this research figures the picture of service quality through five dimensions, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles. The result of the research shows there are four indicators in Quadrant A that the institution must focus on, in order to increase the service quality, four indicators in Quadrant B, two indicators in Quadrant C and six indicators in Quadrant D. There are no indicators, of sixteen indicators being analyzed in the research, which its performance score exceeds its expectation score so it is obvious to say that there are dissatisfaction regarding services provided by the institution.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) How to implement Permendagri No. policy. 14 of 2019 motor vehicle tax revenue at the Lampung Provincial Opinion Board. (2) What aspects hinder the implementation of Permendagri No. policy. 14 of 2019 motor vehicle tax receipts at the Lampung Provincial Opinion Board.The research method used in this research is to use qualitative research types with descriptive analysis methods. The use of this method is to study and describe qualitatively how Permendagri No. policy is implemented. 14 of 2019 motor vehicle tax revenue at the Lampung Provincial Opinion Board.The results showed that the implementation of Permendagri No. policy. 14 of 2019 motor vehicle tax revenue, shows that the policy has been implemented but not yet optimal, from (1) The idealized policy, (ideal policy), good, but the implementation is not fully implemented, (2) The target group (policy targets ), it is appropriate that only those taxpayers who have not complied, (3) The implementing organization, (implementing organization), has been carried out by the Regional Revenue Agency of Lampung Province, but has not met the target set, (4) The environmental factors (Environmental factors ), is conducive and the spirit of cooperation both within organizations and between related agencies. Inhibiting aspects, that is, sometimes employees in charge of motor vehicle tax receipts at the Lampung Province Regional Revenue Agency, are less responsive, and there are still frequent bureaucratic sebara services, which seem complicated. on the side of the taxpayer not yet fully aroused the awareness to pay the tax on the vehicle whose payment is due, so the target set by the Lampung Province Regional Revenue Agency in implementing Permendagri No. policy. 14 of 2019 has not been realized as specified.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) How to apply the leadership style of Camat in improving the performance of employees in Tumijajar Sub-district of West Tulang, (2) What aspects support and inhibit the application of style The leadership of Camat in improving the performance of employees in the district office of Tumijajar regency of West Garlic, (3) What aspects have been and should be implemented in addressing the constraints/problems of applying the leadership style of Camat in order Improving employee performance in Tumijajar sub-district of West Tulang. The research methods used in this study are using qualitative research types with descriptive analytical methods. The use of this method is to examine and describe qualitatively, how to apply the leadership style of Camat in improving the performance of employees in Tumijajar Sub-district of West Tulang. All data are obtained directly from the informant in the field using interviews and observation techniques, according to the research objectives. The results showed that the application of the leadership style of Camat in improving the performance of employees in Tumijajar Sub-district Office of West Onion, through the dimensions (1) Telling (high duty and low relations), (2) Selling (task High and high Relationships), (3) Participating (High relationship and low-duty), (4) Delegating (relationships and low-duty), all have been implemented in accordance with existing situations and conditions, but not optimal because of the lack of resource capabilities Human beings, (staff) in understanding leadership styles conducted by leaders, although the often-applied leadership styles are tailored to existing job conditions and employees are still given the opportunity to innovate in carrying out tasks Provided by the leadership so that they are more in charge of carrying out the tasks they are charged
