Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) How is the Role of Electronic Absence in Improving Employee Discipline During the Pandemic Period at the Banyumas District Office, Pringsewu Regency. (2) What are the aspects that hinder the role of electronic absences in improving employee discipline during the pandemic period at the Banyumas District Office, Pringsewu Regency.This research method is using qualitative descriptive research. The use of this method is to describe the role of electronic absences in improving employee discipline during the pandemic at the Banyumas District Office, Pringsewu Regency, to examine qualitatively, how all data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies.The results showed that the Role of Electronic Absences in Improving Employee Discipline During the Pandemic In the Banyumas District Office, Pringsewu Regency, had been implemented, the Head of the Religious Affairs Office had implemented existing regulations by implementing electronic absences, although the implementation was not optimal, this was because there was no application of sanctions. clearly against employees who violate the provisions on employee discipline.The inhibiting aspects, namely, (1) The Role of Electronic Absence in Improving Employee Discipline During the Pandemic Period at the Banyumas District Office, Pringsewu Regency, has not been fully implemented in a timely manner by employees. (2) There are still certain employees who often work not according to a predetermined schedule, and often work not the main tasks that should be carried out, so that these employees do not carry out their work optimally. (3) Often does not become a reference in assessing employees about discipline, and is more inclined to the closeness of the leadership and employees concerned in measuring employee discipline.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) Is there an influence of Workload on the Performance of Employees in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Bandar Lampung City Leaders, (2) Is there any influence of Motivation on the Performance of the Employees in the Protocols and Communication of the Bandar Lampung City Leaders, (3) Is there an influence of Workload and Motivation on Employee Performance in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Bandar Lampung City Management.The research method used in this study is a survey using survey methods. By means of the census it is intended that all populations are also sampled because the population is limited and allows researchers to examine all populations by using questionnaires as a data collection tool. In completing the main data (primary data) also used interviews with section leaders and staff to strengthen and explore factors which cannot (yet) have been revealed in the questionnaire.The results showed that there was a significant influence of Workload and Motivation on Employee Performance in the Protocol and Communication Section of Bandar Lampung City Leaders, the biggest influence of the dimensions of workload forming was the dimension of external factors, while the smallest dimension of the variables forming workload was an internal factor, then The biggest dimension of forming motivation is financial motivation, while the smallest influence of forming variables motivation is non-financial motivation. Based on the results of the study, it can be suggested that the need to increase the division of labor properly, so that the workload can be divided properly, and employee motivation in being increased according to the workload so that employee performance in the Protocol and Communication Section of the leadership of the Bandar Lampung City, can increase as expected.

Abstract

The problems in this study are (1) How is the Implementation of Human Resource Development in the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Lampung Province? (2) What aspects are the supporters and obstacles in the Implementation of Human Resource Development at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Lampung Province?The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The use of this method is to describe the implementation of Human Resource Development in the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Lampung Province, to examine qualitatively, how all data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies.The results showed that the Implementation of Human Resource Development Policies at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Lampung Province, through (1) Education, in general employees still have high school education, (2) Training, has been carried out but not all employees have followed suitably. routine, (3) Skills, in general employees have good work skills, although not optimal.Supporting aspects (1) Every employee is given the opportunity to attend formal education, (2) Every employee is given the opportunity to participate in training activities, (3) There is a desire for employees to develop themselves. While the inhibiting aspects are (1) existing human resources, generally having a high school (SMA) educational background, (2) lack of budget supporting education and training to the empoyee at The Bureau of General Secretariat of Lampung Province

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) How is the Analysis of the Tax Coordination System in Increasing the Effectiveness of Collecting Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes (PBB-P2) at the Regional Revenue Agency of Tulang Bawang Regency? (2) What aspects support and hinder the Tax Coordination System in Increasing the Effectiveness of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes (PBB- P2) in the Regional Revenue Agency of Tulang Bawang Regency?This research was a descriptive qualitative research. The use of this method is to describe the Analysis of the Tax Coordination System in Increasing the Effectiveness of Collecting Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes (PBB-P2) at the Regional Revenue Agency of Tulang Bawang Regency, to examine qualitatively, how all data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document study.The results showed that the coordination in collecting the Land and Building Tax in Rural and Urban (PBB-P2), in general, the informants supported that the implementation of the PBB-P2 collection coordination system that had been implemented so far had been going well and had an impact on the effectiveness of PBB-P2 revenue. although not optimal. The supporting aspects are seen by the division of labor that has been built and carried out properly according to the tasks in their respective parts, the existence of a good spirit of cooperation, communication has been running effectively, Planning and Formulation of Goals, the mechanism implemented has been running and the parts that have been implemented. existing parts or units run as a system. Then the hindering aspects are the limitations of officers, collection time and communication of collection to taxpayers/community and village/kelurahan is hampered, collection is not optimal and taxpayers/community and village/kelurahan do not submit problematic tax tax data to be corrected, as well as submit object data. /subjects that have not been registered to be registered as potential revenues, and there are still many tax arrears that have not been paid by the taxpayer.

Abstract

This study mainly wants to examine (1) How Effectiveness of Technology- Based Licensing Services is About Licensing Services in Tulang Bawang Regency, (2) What aspects support and hinder the Effectiveness of Technology-Based Licensing Services regarding Licensing Services in Tulang Bawang Regency.This research design uses qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis method. The research design aims to describe and analyze qualitatively the Effectiveness of Technology-Based Licensing Services About Licensing Services in Tulang Bawang Regency.The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of technology-based licensing services regarding licensing services in Tulang Bawang Regency has been running, but not optimal, this is because it has not been supported by an inadequate level of education of the apparatus, according to the dimensions, namely (1). The unit of time is relatively not optimal because of the limited work infrastructure, so it is not yet able to provide timely services, (2) The unit of results, is not optimal because there are often people who are late due to frequent power outages, (3) the quality of work is still not optimal by service providers. officer

Abstract

(2) what are the aspects that hinder and support the implementation of the package c program learning policy during the covid-19 pandemic period at pkmb harapan bangsa 1 bandar lampung cityThe research method which according to the researcher is in accordance with this research method is to use a qualitative type of research with a descriptive analysis method. the use of this method is to describe and study qualitatively, how the implementation of the package c program learning policy during the covid-19 pandemic period at the hope community learning activity center nation 1 city of bandar lampung. all data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and observations.The results showed that the implementation of the package c program learning policy during the covid-19 pandemic at the harapan bangsa 1 community learning activity center, bandar lampung city, had been running. this is in accordance with the results of the study showing that the policy has been running, but it has not been optimal, this occurs due to a lack of socialization, so that information about the implementation of the package c learning policy during this pandemic is ineffective, and the lack of supporting infrastructure facilities for learning with online methods are very effective. minimal budget so that teaching and learning activities at the community learning activity center (pkmb) have not been maximized.The implementation of the learning policy of the package c program shows that online learning has not run optimally because of several obstacles such as the economic level is relatively weak, signal constraints, quota costs so that the implementation of the package c learning program at the harapan bangsa community learning activity center in bandar lampung city which has not been fully implemented. as planned due to limited human resources who master information technology (it), as well as the lack of learning support facilities and still in dire need of attention and assistance from the government

Abstract

The problems in this paper are (1) How is the performance policy of the Tulang Bawang Regency Civil Service Police Unit during the Covid-19 Pandemic? (2) What are the aspects that hinder the performance of the Tulang Bawang Regency Civil Service Police Unit during the Covid-19 Pandemic? The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research method approach. The process of qualitative data analysis is carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation (display) and drawing conclusions (verification). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the performance policy of the Tulang Bawang Regency Civil Service Police Unit during the Covid-19 Pandemic was seen from the five variables presented by Robbins, namely aspects of quality, quantity aspects, punctuality aspects, effectiveness aspects and independence aspects. Aspects that hindered the implementation of the performance of the Tulang Bawang District Civil Service Police Unit during the Covid-19 Pandemic include organizational structure, human resources, operational funds, facilities owned, lack of human resources for employees in the field of science and technology and limited funding allocated for implementation of main tasks and functions

Abstract

The performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Lampung Province is generally still low, this can be seen from the number of employees who have low work discipline, come and go not in accordance with applicable office rules, there are employees in completing tasks that are not in accordance with the set targets, the lack of employee innovation in work and loyalty to work is still low, this results in some agency activity programs that are not achieved according to the set targets. The low performance of employees is indicated because the organizational culture in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Lampung Province such as a culture of honesty, a culture of perseverance towards work, and a culture of discipline has not been entrenched and seems to be only used as a slogan, superior culture provides opportunities for employees to take the initiative in carrying out tasks. is not yet entrenched, subordinates are rarely involved in making decisions, a culture of discipline, obeying the applicable office rules is less entrenched. In addition, employee work motivation is generally still low, this is indicated as completion of work that is often late, always waiting for orders to complete every routine work, lack of initiative and creativity in completing work.The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Lampung Province. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach, with a population of 41 people. Data related to research variables were collected using questionnaires distributed to all respondents and filled out by respondents themselves based on respondents' perceptions. Techniques of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Respondents dominantly considered that the organizational culture at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Lampung Province had run quite well, work motivation at the Lampung Province Population and Civil Registration Service had been running quite well and the performance of employees at the Lampung Province Population and Civil Registration Service had been going quite well.

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources will have an impact on progress for the government to survive changes and competition in the sometimes unstable sphere of government. Another problem is the spotlight on the performance of bureaucracy in organizing public services, where during this pandemic the government is considered to have low performance in providing services to the community. This is also felt by the Protocol and Communication Section of the City Leader of Bandar Lampung. Based on observations made in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Head of the Bandar Lampung City Secretariat by looking at employee performance as a benchmark in research shows that the performance of employees has not been achieved optimally due to the number of employees who contracted the virus and decreased work motivation.This research aims to identify and analyze how much Communication, and Motivation affect Employee Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Bandar Lampung City Regional Secretariat. The research method used in this research is quantitative data analysis. Can be concluded, as follows: Problem sources, problem formulations, relevant concepts and theories and relevant discoveries, Hypothesis submissions, research methods, compiling research instruments, and conclusions.Based on the results of the above research, it can be taken a conclusion as follows: Communication has a significant effect on employee performance from the results of partial hypothesis tests in can the value of t calculate communication variables included in a high classification that means significant effect. Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance from the results of hypothetical tests partially in can the value of t calculate the variable Motivation included in the moderate classification (sufficient) which means a significant effect. Communication and Motivation work together have a significant effect on employee performance from the results of hypothesis tests simultaneously expressed accepted by other words accepting the hypothesis (Ha) and rejecting the hypothesis (Ho) has a mutual effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze, (1) Implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs RI No. 12 of 2019 concerning Permits for Free Lottery with Prizes in Improving the Quality of Community Services at the Lampung Province Social Service. (2) What aspects hinder the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs RI No. 12 of 2019 concerning Permits for Free Lottery with Prizes in Improving the Quality of Community Services at the Lampung Province Social Service.The approach used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis method. The research subjects were (1) the Head of the Lampung Province Social Service, (2) the Head of the Free Lottery Division with prizes from the Ministry of Social Affairs (3) the Head of the Eka Bank Services Division, (representation of the Bank in Lampung), (4) Chandra Service Manager, (5) two Prov. Ministry of Social Affairs staff. Lampung.. Data analysis was carried out with data reduction activities, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs RI No. 12 of 2019 concerning Permits for Free Sweepstakes with Prizes in Improving the Quality of Community Services at the Lampung Provincial Social Service, through the Communication dimension, it has been carried out through directing service staff and making jargon pasted on the wall. Disposition, namely the staff has implemented and supported the policy well, because it is a top down program. Quality of resources, namely the leadership has placed employees according to their abilities and expertise. There is still a bureaucratic structure that often overlaps levers and authority at certain times, so that the implementation of tasks is not optimal. The inhibiting aspects are (1) The company/Agency still lacks understanding of the process of implementing the free lottery, (2) Not yet optimal cooperation in programs and activities between governments, non-governmental organizations, (3) The relatively low quality of human resources implementing free lottery permits prize.
