Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of third party funds, non-performing financing, and financing to deposit ratio on Islamic Banking assets; (2) the influence of third party funds, non-performing financing, financing to deposit ratio and assets to finance Islamic Banking; (3) the influence of third party funds, non-performing financing, and financing to deposit ratio against financing through Islamic banking assets. The data used are monthly financial statements from Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units in Jambi Province in the period 2012-2014. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results showed that (1) simultaneously and partially, Islamic banking assets in Jambi Province were influenced by variables of third party funds, non-performing financing, and financing to deposit ratio; (2) simultaneously the variable financing of Islamic banking in Jambi Province is influenced by, non-performing financing, financing to deposit ratios and assets. Partially, non-performin financing does not have a significant effect, while the other three variables have a significant effect (3) the amount of Islamic banking financing is influenced by third party funds variable that is equal to 0.587 with a total of 0.806 and financing to deposit ratio through asset variables of 0.195 with total influence which is equal to 0.300.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze: 1) factors that influence the volume of business of savings and loan cooperatives that receive the assistance of agribusiness revolving funds; 2) the influence of income of cooperative members and the remaining results of the business on the success of the savings and loan cooperative recipients of agribusiness revolving funds. The data used is sourced from the stakeholders of the Savings and Loan Cooperative, among others, the agency in charge of cooperatives and MSMEs in Jambi Province and the Cooperative receiving assistance for agribusiness revolving funds in Jambi Province. In addition, data also comes from members of cooperatives that receive agribusiness revolving funds. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models. The results of the study show that: 1) The cooperative business volume is significantly affected by the amount of own capital, the amount of agribusiness revolving funds while the guidance carried out by the relevant agency has no significant effect; 2) cooperative member income has a negative and significant effect on the success of the cooperative. Conversely, the remaining results of the business have a positive and significant effect on the success of the cooperative.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the development of GRDP and economic sectors in Jambi Province; (2) a shift in economic sectors in the structure of the economy in Jambi Province; (3) base sector in Jambi Province; (4) typology of growth in the base sector in the economy in Jambi Province. The data used are secondary data from Jambi Province during the period 2000 - 2012. Data is sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Jambi Province and the Bappeda of Jambi Province. The analytical tool used is shift share analysis, Location Quotient and typology of Klassen. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the average development of the GRDP of Jambi Province during the period 2000-2012 was 6.43 percent. The economic sector with the highest development is the finance, leasing & business services sector, and the smallest sector of economic development is the services sector; (2) the average contribution of the primary sector to the GRDP of Jambi Province during the period 2000-2012 was 43.49 percent, the secondary sector was 35.36 percent and the tertiary sector was 21.15 percent; (3) the base or superior sector in Jambi Province during the period 2000-2012 was the agricultural sector, mining & quarrying sector, electricity, gas & clean water sector, trade, hotel & restaurant sector and transportation & communication sector; (4) Jambi Province is categorized as a developed region and is growing rapidly. The sectors that are categorized as advanced and rapidly growing sectors are the agricultural industry sector, mining & quarrying sector, electricity, gas & water, construction sector, trade, hotel & restaurant sector and services sector. The sector that is categorized as an advanced but depressed sector is the transportation & communication sector. The sectors categorized as potential sectors are the manufacturing industry sector, and the financial, leasing & business services sector.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the factors that influence local tax revenues and the relationship between economic growth and local tax revenues in Muaro Jambi Regency. The data used are secondary data sourced from the Muaro Jambi Regency Central Bureau of Statistics and the Muaro Jambi District Revenue Service. Data analysis used multiple regression models and Pearson correlation. The results of the analysis found: 1) simultaneously and partially, the regional tax revenue of Muaro Jambi Regency was influenced by the number of business units, per capita income and the number of taxpayers; 2) there is a significant positive relationship between economic growth and local tax revenues in Muaro Jambi Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of gas exports and their relationship with foreign investment in the gas sector in Indonesia. The data used is time series data from 1995-2011. Data is sourced from the Investment Coordinating Board, Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and Pearson correlation. The results of the study found: 1) the average development of the value of Indonesian gas exports was 15.27 percent per year. The average contribution of gas exports to Indonesia's oil and gas exports is 45.69 percent per year. The average balance of trade of Indonesian gas products is US $ 8.07 billion. The role of gas exports on Indonesia's economic growth shows an average increase of 3.86 percent per year; 2) Factors that have a significant effect on Indonesia's gas exports are total domestic consumption, gas export prices and exchange rates. There is a negative relationship between the balance of trade of gas products and foreign investment in the gas sector. This means that if the balance of trade value of gas products increases, foreign investment in the gas sector will decline

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan sektor pertanian dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Sarolangun. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kontribusi dan LQ. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Rata-rata kontribusi PDRB sektor pertanian terhadap total PDRB Kabupaten Sarolangun selama periode 2004-2013 adalah sebesar 46,44 persen, kontribusi rata-rata PDRB subsektor pertanian terhadap total PDRB sektor pertanian, meliputi subsektor tanaman bahan makanan sebesar 34,40 persen, tanaman perkebunan sebesar 42,50 persen, peternakan dan hasilnya sebesar 13,53 persen, kehutanan sebesar 6,35 persen dan perikanan sebesar 3,22 persen. Sedangkan rata-rata kontribusi tenaga kerja sektor pertanian terhadap total tenaga kerja Kabupaten Sarolangun selama periode 2004-2013 adalah sebesar 64,74 persen. Selanjutnya, selama periode 2004-2013 sektor pertanian mampu menjadi sektor basis dengan rata-rata nilai LQ sebesar 1,53.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) perkembangan belanja modal provinsi-provinsi di Sumatera; 2) pengaruh belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi-provinsi di Sumatera. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa laju perkembangan belanja modal tertinggi diperoleh Provinsi lampung sebesar 41%,diikuti oleh Provinsi Sumatra Barat dan Provinsi Bangka Belitung masing-masing sebesar 18%. Sedangkan perkembangan belanja modal terendah diperoleh Provinsi Aceh sebesar -4%. Belanja modal tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi-provinsi di Sumatera. Ini menunjukkan masih kurang tepatnya kebijakan pengalokasian belanja modal sehingga tidak mampu mendorong peningkatan permintaan produksi daerah

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: 1). perkembangan investasi, unit usaha, tenaga kerja serta nilai produksi sektor industri di Provinsi Jambi; 2). kontribusi PDRB sektor industri terhadap total PDRB di provinsi Jambi; 3). pengaruh investasi, unit usaha, tenaga kerja terhadap nilai produksi sektor industri Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Alat analisis regresi digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh investasi, unit usaha, tenaga kerja terhadap nilai produksi sektor industri Provinsi Jambi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara rata-rata selama periode 2000-2013 investasi sektor industri di Provinsi Jambi meningkat 3,28 persen pertahun, dengan peningkatan unit usaha 3,39 persen, penyerapan tenaga kerja 3,43 persen dan nilai produksi sebesar 6,75 persen. Selanjutnya rata-rata kontribusi PDRB sektor industri terhadap PDRB Provinsi Jambi adalah sebesar 13,55 persen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi memperlihatkan bahwa secara simultan, investasi, unit usaha dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai produksi sektor industri sedangkan secara individual variabel investasi dan unit usaha sektor industri berpengaruh positif signifikan sementara tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai produksi sektor industri di Provinsi Jambi.

Abstract

Hotel tax is one source of local taxes that will contribute to the potential local revenue (PAD) if managed effectively and can be a source of funding for regional development. The purpose of this study was to determine the trend of realization, the level of hotel tax effectiveness, and its contribution to local taxes and PAD in Ende Regency for the period 2017 - 2020. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with secondary data as the data source. The data was obtained from the Regional Revenue Agency of Ende Regency. The results of the study show that in general, the trend of hotel tax revenue realization and effectiveness has decreased. This is caused by internal factors such as a very high target increase without taking into account the existing potential as well as several external factors such as a low level of public awareness and knowledge. The effectiveness of hotel tax revenue in Ende Regency 3 out of 4 years of observation is in the ineffective category (< 60%). The contribution of hotel taxes to local taxes and Ende Regency's Original Revenue is relatively very small. The factors that cause the hotel tax to be ineffective are the lack of knowledge and awareness of citizens towards taxation, tax management accountability that is not optimal, payments are not by the value they should be, submission of SPTDP not on time, and some taxpayers close their business without notification.

Abstract

This research makes use of secondary facts with panel data evaluation, consisting of time series records for 2015-2019 and go section facts for 27 towns/districts in Papua Province. The secondary statistics taken encompass the Human improvement Index (HDI), Gross regional domestic Product (GRDP), income distribution, and poverty levels. The consequences of this have a look at indicate that there's a positive have an impact on among profits distribution at the Human development Index (HDI), poverty level which has a significant poor impact at the Human improvement Index (HDI), and profits distribution which has a high quality impact on the Human development Index (IPM) in Papua Province. 2015-2019 years.
