Abstract

This study objectives to analyze the influence of factors such as operating capital, length of business, working hours, and guidance on the development of micro-enterprises under the Center of Integrated Services of SMEsCo (PLUT) in Paal Merah, Jambi City. This research also shows the characteristics of each micro business that has been fostered. The method used in this study is a quantitative study with primary data and information obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaire surveys. As for this research, it shows that the variables of operating capital and length of business have a positive and significant influence on micro business income. Meanwhile, the variables of working hours and the level of coaching satisfaction only influence simultaneously but do not have a partial effect on the income of micro-businesses in the field of food assisted by PLUT in Paal Merah District, Jambi City

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Analyse the development of Economic Growth, Regional Original Revenue and General Allocation Fund on Capital Expenditure in Jambi Province during 2001-2023. 2) Analyse the effect of Economic Growth, Regional Original Revenue and General Allocation Fund on Capital Expenditure in Jambi Province during 2001-2023. Data is sourced from the Jambi Province Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data was analysed using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that simultaneously Economic Growth, Regional Original Revenue and General Allocation Fund had a significant effect on Capital Expenditure. Meanwhile, partially Local Original Revenue and General Allocation Fund have a significant effect on Capital Expenditure in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the socio-economic characteristics of rubber farming, as well as assessing the influence of factors such as price, number of dependents, land area, farmer's age, number of working hours, and level of education on rubber farming income in Maro Sebo Village. , Jaluko District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The variables used are price, number of dependents, land area, age of farmer, number of hours worked, and level of education. Data was obtained through a primary survey by distributing questionnaires to 119 respondents. The analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method using EViews 10 software. The results show that individually, variables such as price, number of dependents, land area and farmer's age contribute significantly positively to income from rubber farming. However, the impact of the number of hours worked, although positive, does not have statistical significance. On the other hand, education level shows an insignificant negative effect on income from rubber farming in Maro Sebo Village.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze 1) productivity of business production factors in the small brick industry in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency  2) determine the effect of capital productivity, labor productivity, and raw material productivity on the income of brick business owners in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency. The analytical tool used is quantitative descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the social and economic characteristics of brick industry owners in Bajubang District, it can be concluded that the average age is 47 years, the majority are male, with an elementary school/equivalent education level, and the average number of dependents is 5 people. The results of multiple regression analysis in this research show that the variables capital productivity, labor productivity and raw material productivity have a significant effect on the income of brick industry owners in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency.

Abstract

UMKM in Indonesia are a medium-sized business sector that is able to support the country's economy. The enactment of the tax harmonization law(HPP) is the basis for the regulation of one of the UMKM. The implementation of the HPP Law, the Value Added Tax rate increased by 1%, which was originally 10% to 11% effective from April 1, 2022. Regulations related to PPN having an increase of 12% have been discussed and are planned to come into effect in 2025. This research method uses a qualitative literature review approach. Data sources are collected from various media sources both websites and journals. This study concludes that UMKM tax compliance has increased after the PPN rate increase. The increase in UMKM tax compliance is projected to increase Indonesia's overall tax revenue.
