<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze: 1) the level of dependency of income budget at Tanjung Mulia Village and Ujung Tanjung Village Muaro Jambi Regency to Budget of Revenue and Expenditure of Region; 2) the level of decentralization of income budget of Tanjung Mulia Village and Ujung Tanjung Village Muaro Jambi Regency The data used are APBDes data and fund allocation of Desa Tanjung Mulia village and Ujung Tanjung village in South Bahar Subdistrict during 2010-2015 period. The results of the study found that the dependency ratio in Tanjung Mulia and Ujung Tanjung villages is still relatively high. Based on the degree of decentralization of the village income budget, Desa Tanjung Mulia is quite autonomous while Ujung Tanjung Village is less autonomous. Keywords: APBDes, ADD, Dependency Ratio, Decentralization Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis: 1) tingkat ketergantungan anggaran pendapatan pada Desa Tanjung Mulia dan Desa Ujung Tanjung Kabupaten Muaro Jambi terhadap Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah; 2) besaran tingkat desentralisasi anggaran pendapatan Desa Tanjung Mulia dan Desa Ujung Tanjung Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Data yang digunakan adalah data APBDes dan alokasi dana desa Desa Tanjung Mulia dan Desa Ujung Tanjung di Kecamatan Bahar Selatan selama periode tahun 2010-2015. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa rasio ketergantungan di Desa Tanjung Mulia dan Desa Ujung Tanjung masih tergolong tinggi. Berdasarkan rasio derajat desentralisasi anggaran pendapatan desa, Desa Tanjung Mulia cukup otonom sedangkan Desa Ujung Tanjung kurang otonom. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is 1) to analyze the proportion of sources of local tax revenues to total local tax revenues and locally-generated revenue in the city of Jambi. 2) To analyze the elasticity of sources of local tax revenue and the elasticity of locally-generated revenue in Jambi City. The data used are secondary data during the period 2006-2015. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative. The results of the study found that 1) The proportion of the largest tax source to total taxes and locally-generated revenue in Jambi City in 2006-2015 came from street lighting tax, while the lowest proportion of entertainment tax; 2) The largest tax elasticity in Jambi City in 2006-2015 is entertainment tax and the lowest is advertisement tax Keywords: Sources of tax revenue, Regional taxes, Locally-generated revenue Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk Menganalisis proporsi sumber-sumber penerimaan pajak daerah terhadap total penerimaan pajak daerah dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kota Jambi. 2) Untuk menganalisis timgkat elastisitas sumber-sumber penerimaan pajak daerah dan elastisitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kota Jambi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder selama periode 2006-2015. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1) Proporsi sumber pajak terbesar terhadap total pajak dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kota Jambi pada Tahun 2006 -2015 bersumber dari pajak penerangan jalan, sedangkan proporsi terendah dari pajak hiburan; 2) Elastisitas pajak terbesar di Kota Jambi pada Tahun 2006 -2015 adalah pajak hiburan dan yang terendah adalah pajak reklame Kata Kunci : Sumber-sumber Pajak daerah, Pajak Daerah, Pendapatan Asli Daerah.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the potential competitiveness of the agro-industry sub-sector leading commodity plantations in Jambi Province. The long term goal of this research is obtained by a concrete formulation of the strategy of development of agro-industry sub-sector competitiveness leading commodity plantations integrated with the strategy of revitalizing the agricultural sector. The research method used was a secondary data analysis methods. This study was conducted over a period of two years. In the first year will be to identify potential agro industry leading commodity subsector mapping plantations and agro-industry plantation subsector superior product that has a high economic value, while the second year will be pursued to design the strategy and policy development of agro-industry commodity or superior products that possess the plantation sub-sector competitiveness and related to the realize the quality of economic growth and sustainable region. <![CDATA[The aim of this research is to assess the extent of regional financial performance and how it influences regional spending in districts/cities in Jambi Province. Using secondary data in the form of a time series from 2016 to 2022. The Panel Data Regression Method is the analysis technique used in this research. Calculations using the Degree of Fiscal Decentralization Ratio, Financial Independence Ratio and PAD Effectiveness are used to test the impact on Regional Expenditures and analyze the level of Regional Financial Performance. The results obtained in this research are that the level of regional financial performance and the level of regional financial independence in the Districts and Cities of Jambi Province are in the very low category while the effectiveness of PAD is in the effective category. The estimation results obtained by the Fiscal Decentralization Ratio variable have no effect on regional spending with Prob. 0.4791 and the Regional Financial Independence Ratio has no effect on regional spending with Prob. 0.6869 Meanwhile, the estimated PAD Effectiveness variable has a significant negative effect on regional spending with Prob. 0.0448.]]>

<![CDATA[This study objectives to analyze the influence of factors such as operating capital, length of business, working hours, and guidance on the development of micro-enterprises under the Center of Integrated Services of SMEsCo (PLUT) in Paal Merah, Jambi City. This research also shows the characteristics of each micro business that has been fostered. The method used in this study is a quantitative study with primary data and information obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaire surveys. As for this research, it shows that the variables of operating capital and length of business have a positive and significant influence on micro business income. Meanwhile, the variables of working hours and the level of coaching satisfaction only influence simultaneously but do not have a partial effect on the income of micro-businesses in the field of food assisted by PLUT in Paal Merah District, Jambi City]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze 1) productivity of business production factors in the small brick industry in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency 2) determine the effect of capital productivity, labor productivity, and raw material productivity on the income of brick business owners in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency. The analytical tool used is quantitative descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the social and economic characteristics of brick industry owners in Bajubang District, it can be concluded that the average age is 47 years, the majority are male, with an elementary school/equivalent education level, and the average number of dependents is 5 people. The results of multiple regression analysis in this research show that the variables capital productivity, labor productivity and raw material productivity have a significant effect on the income of brick industry owners in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to measure and analyze the increase in mandatory affairs capital expenditures, optional capital expenditures, the number and number of poor people in Jambi Province, and to measure and analyze the direct and direct effect of mandatory and optional capital expenditures on the number of poor people through the total movement of spending. As an intervention variable in Jambi Province. The data used are secondary in the form of a time series from 2008-2020. Direct effect: capital expenditure on mandatory affairs on the number of poor people has a positive and significant impact, capital expenditure on elective experiences on the number of poor people has a negative and significant effect, capital expenditure on mandatory affairs on the population has a negative and significant impact, capital expenditure on elective experiences on the number of movements has a positive effect and significant the number of poor people has a positive and significant impact. Indirect effect: capital expenditure on mandatory affairs on the number of poor people through the number of negative and significant effects (the number of components cannot be used as an intervention variable) and capital expenditure on elective affairs on the number of poor people through the number of trees has a positive and significant effect.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to identify the determining factors of poverty in the provinces of Sumatra and analyze the role of economic growth as an intervening variable in the relationship between these factors and the poverty level. The data used in this study are secondary data from various sources, including the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Ministry of Finance. The analytical methods employed include descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis.The findings of the study reveal significant differences in the determining factors of poverty among the provinces in Sumatra. Significant factors in determining the poverty level include education level, access to healthcare services, unemployment rate, and urbanization rate. Additionally, economic growth has been proven to play a crucial role as an intervening variable in the relationship between these factors and the poverty level. High economic growth can reduce poverty rates by improving employment opportunities, income levels, and access to public services.This research provides a deeper understanding of the determining factors of poverty in the provinces of Sumatra and highlights the importance of economic growth in reducing poverty levels. These findings can serve as a basis for the government and other stakeholders in designing effective policies to alleviate poverty in Sumatra. Furthermore, this study can also serve as a reference for further research in this field.]]>

<![CDATA[Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lumahan dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan lingkungan dan ekonomi terkait limbah sekam padi yang selama ini menjadi sumber pencemaran dan potensi yang terbuang sia-sia. Program ini mengadopsi metode “Mandiri dalam Pupuk,” sebuah pendekatan inovatif yang mengubah limbah sekam padi menjadi pupuk organik, yang diharapkan mampu mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan sekaligus meningkatkan ekonomi lokal. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam program ini meliputi kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan praktis, dan pendampingan intensif. Program ini juga menggunakan teknologi pengelolaan limbah sederhana untuk memastikan efisiensi proses dan efektivitas hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan dan partisipasi masyarakat Desa Lumahan dalam mengolah limbah sekam padi. Masyarakat yang sebelumnya membakar atau membuang sekam kini telah terlibat aktif dalam memproduksi pupuk organik, yang mulai digunakan dalam pertanian desa. Program ini juga mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah desa dan beberapa mitra, yang turut mendorong keberlanjutan program. Dampak positif lainnya adalah penurunan ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia, yang diiringi peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya praktik ramah lingkungan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of exchange rates, CPO prices, coconut oil prices, and Jambi CPO Exports and to investigate the effect of exchange rates, CPO prices, and coconut oil prices on Jambi Province CPO Exports. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The data used in this study was secondary data with Time Series data types from 1999-2018. The data sources used in this study are the Jambi provincial plantation office, central statistics agency of Jambi province, bank Indonesia and world bank. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) The development of CPO exports of Jambi Province, rupiah exchange rate, CPO price, and coconut oil price tends to fluctuate every year. (2) Variable exchange rate and CPO price significantly affect CPO exports of Jambi Province. In contrast, coconut oil variables do not significantly affect CPO exports of Jambi Province.]]>
