Abstract

Kelompok Tani Sekar Tirta a farmer group consisting of the elderly after full duty . They chosecatfish farming because it is relatively easy to handle. It turns yields less than satisfactory dueto the low selling price . Hence then think about how to keep the catfish may have added valueas well as the product can be long lasting. To begin try made it shredded catfish. It turns outthat the results are quite as demand continues to increase . This is because the product has notbeen made by other manufacturers. Next made a dry pastel catfish, catfish crackers, and piacatfish. The success of these farmer groups positive impact to the surrounding community sothat it can push some of the surrounding communities cultivate catfish also because demand forraw materials increases catfish .Along with the increasing demand Kelompok Tani Sekar Tirtaare faced with a difficulty procuring a product , to make shredded catfish takes five hours to stir. Likewise with his catfish crackers because the thickness of the product is often found to be notas well as take a long time to cut it . Through the IbM program will fix the problem because theteam managed to make IbM UNTAG Surabaya TTG mixer machine ( maker ) shredded catfish iscapable of processing 20 kg of catfish in one hour . Abstract

The unpleasant smell of dung fly everywhere, dirt strewn everywhere be a factor for the emergence of social conflict surrounding of cow breeding. Biogas digester in the form of a closed tube can be used for cow dung that is no longer scattered and the scent is not pleasant been isolated. Not only that bio-gas produced can be used together with the communities around the farm, which in turn not only relieve social turmoil but rather strengthen the social fabric. Now they jointly maintain and care for the sake of expediency digester together. Bio-gas digester constructed is fixed dome models (fixed dome) with capacities of 10 m3 of manure. It means being able to accommodate dirt 10-15 cow. After 60 days of curing in the tube digester, biogas digester turns is able to produce enough gas used for cooking purposes 15 families around the farm together.Keywords: digester, biogas, cow breeding, social conflict

Abstract

Kadungrejo village situated on the banks of the Solo River. This village is a village predominantly fertile rice growing are effective only harvest once a year because the flooded Bengawan Solo almost certainly occur every year. Majority of the population live on less prosperous regions. While the non-rice crops that are often found in yards and houses along the banks of the Solo River are banana plants. Banana plants are very many benefits. In addition to fruit and leaves are also the sheath.During this banana thrown away because they are not any good or just a waste. New 10 years ago because of the demand of stem of the banana bunch, the villagers Kadungrejo banana processing into economically valuable goods which are sold for sale. Villagers Kadungrejo very grateful because it can be used to make a living. During this time the problem occurs is the inability of the population to be able to meet the demand of collectors slap.The inability of the population to be able to meet the demand because they do slap on the sidelines of time and equipment to wring so simple that it takes a long time. Average population can only produce less than 10 kg slap in 1 day. Though slap banana production process is not too complicated. With the use of existing tools, slap the resulting average diameter no less so in accordance with the request that resulted in a low slap appreciated. Besides, existing tools make tired quickly so that the results obtained little slap and slap on the side of making less can be optimized.Kata Kunci: Pelepah pisang, alat pemilin

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know the effect of glucose syrup and albumen to quality of pineapple softcandy in physical, chemical and organoleptic and to know the right glucose syrup and albumen concentration of the making pineapple softcandy.The research used Completely Randomized Block Design, with consist of 3 level with 3 times repeat , the glucose syrup ( G) ( 35%,50%, 65%) and albumen ( A) ( 2%, 4%, 6%).Chemical properties of the test include water content, reducing sugar and physic properties such as texture and sensory testing include flavor and color. Obtained data were tested using ANOVA followed by BNT if it showed the real difference in treatment and used DMRT if there were interaction between two factor. The results of this research showed that the addition of glucose syrup and egg albumen real effect on reducing sugar levels and no real effect on the moisture content and texture of pineapple softcandy . The average sugar content is highest reduction in treatment G3A3 (35 .107%) and the lowest in treatment G1A1 (34 163%). Differences in execution time trial showed no significant differences in effect on all parameters tested. Organoleptic test results showed the majority of panelists do not like to color soft confectionery pineapple. Abstract

The fluctuated demand is one of constrain in planning and scheduling process because it affects the cost of production and inventory costs incurred. PT "X" is a sandal maker manufacturing industry that produces sandals and slippers men women. In the manufacture of slippers companies often do not correspond to the amount of consumer demand, so common advantages and disadvantages of production quantities. Master production scheduling (MPS) is a solution to overcome the problem of making sandals to avoid excess and shortage of production of slippers. To create a Master Production Schedule first made a forecast for the next planning period is 5 months of January, February, March, April, May and June.Keyword: Master Production Schedule, linier programming

Abstract

Productivity is an important factor that affects the progress and setbacks of a company.Evaluation and planning is indispensable productivity after making measurements and it will bethe foundation to move on to the next cycle of the productivity improvements in the future. Amethod that can be used in the evaluation is a method Fishbone Diagram and continue planningwith Objective Matrix in accordance with the results of previous measurements. In the evaluationand planning, the selection of primary and secondary causes is an important step, because theselection can be used to determine the cause of the decline in productivity in the measurementperiod, the planning for the next period , and improved productivity for the company. The studytook place in Packaging Printing Company PT " X " , Rungkut Industry , Surabaya in January -June 2013.The purpose of this follow-up study is to evaluate and analyze productivity by using a FishboneDiagram productivity and plan for the next period in accordance with the method of measuringthe PT " X " . The research was conducted on the following five criteria: the target production,raw materials, energy, labor and machine hours . Evaluation and planning is done to determinethe decrease in productivity as well as during the planning period January 2013 - July 2013.The results showed the indicators of productivity that have the most dominant influence on theachievement levels of labor productivity in the enterprise is the criteria of productivity GoodProduct Quantity / Quantity Production Target , Good Product Quantity / Use of Raw Materials ,Good Product Quantity / Quantity Energy Use . Because the productivity of each of these criteriahave a large enough weight that is above 19 %. Changes in the level of achievement ofperformance criteria in all three partial indicators of productivity are always followed bysignificant changes in the achievement of performance indicators in total.Kata kunci: Perencanaan Produktivitas Kerja, Diagram Fishbone, Industri Kemasan

Abstract

The final task is to give consideration to the company to add crumble pellet machine in an effort to increase production so as to meet the demand. In completing this final project used several techniques to compare the economic methods addition of new machines, and production planning.Worth Annual method to determine the annual value of an investment and summed with the cost of production and comparability with the cost of production without new investment. HoltWinter forecasting method to forecast the demand for 1 year. And after that calculates the cost of production when using the addition crumble pellet machine and do not use the machine additions crumble pellets. Smaller production costs are selected.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine: (1) the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees of PT. X Jambi, (2) the correlation between job stress and turnover intention of employees of PT. X Jambi and (3) the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress on employees of PT. X Jambi. The results of the study are (1) between job satisfaction and turnover intention has a negative correlation was weak and not significant, it is shown by the value of the correlation coefficient of -0.295 and opportunities are not mutually correlated 0.065 greater than the maximum terms are correlated by 0.025. It can be concluded between job satisfaction and turnover intention has not had a meaningful relationship, (2) the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress also has a weak positive correlation was not significant, it is shown by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.024 and opportunities are not mutually correlation of 0.882 is greater than the maximum terms are correlated 0.025, (3) the correlation between job stress and turnover intention has a significant positive relationship, it is shown by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.381 and opportunities are not mutually correlated by 0,015 less than the requirement maximum mutual correlation of 0.025. It can be concluded between job stress and turnover intention is to have a meaningful relationship.Kata kunci : korelasi, intensi turnover, kepuasan kerja, stres kerja

Abstract

The development of a microcontroller system in the control system more advanced, more and enable people to perform the control of a device automatically without a computer device. This makes the control systems in various industries increasingly easy and cheap. In this study will be made of plastic cutting machine control system roll sensor-based optocoupler. This tool uses two dc motors, one as a driver to roll up the plastic so that the plastic to form a roll (a roll), and other dc motor to move the heater (seal) and cutter. For the heating process (seals) used a wire niklin while cutting process using a saw blade. Untukmenentukan long pieces of plastic then used an optocoupler sensor and microcontroller ATmega16 as the main control center.Kata kunci : Mikrokontroller AT Mega 8535

Abstract

Marine beef is a meat product that has been fat dissolved so that the protein is a major part of the product. Marine beef dry form solid and hydrophilic, has a different performance from the base ingredients, but still contains nutrients according to the characteristics of the original. Weakness marine beef products is shaped in the form of flour so it does not allow for direct consumption. Suweg addition of flour mixture and emulsifier in the manufacturing process can serve as a regulator of the water content, hardness and adhesion to produce a final product that is more compact and high taste. This study aims to determine how optimal levels suweg flour and Na-CMC can be added to marine beef in order to obtain dry products based marine beef with the physical properties, the speed of rehydration and sensory properties that aroma, flavor and texture is good and acceptable to consumers. Treatment of dry meatballs are rich in protein from marine beef with the addition of flour suweg 15% and 1% Na-CMC is the best treatment with the shortest rehidrated pace with time 130 seconds at a temperature of boiling water and the scent of the most preferred by the panelists organoleptic test.Key word: marine beef, protein rich meatballs, suweg, Na-CMC
