Abstract

This study was conducted to determine: (1) the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees of PT. X Jambi, (2) the correlation between job stress and turnover intention of employees of PT. X Jambi and (3) the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress on employees of PT. X Jambi. The results of the study are (1) between job satisfaction and turnover intention has a negative correlation was weak and not significant, it is shown by the value of the correlation coefficient of -0.295 and opportunities are not mutually correlated 0.065 greater than the maximum terms are correlated by 0.025. It can be concluded between job satisfaction and turnover intention has not had a meaningful relationship, (2) the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress also has a weak positive correlation was not significant, it is shown by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.024 and opportunities are not mutually correlation of 0.882 is greater than the maximum terms are correlated 0.025, (3) the correlation between job stress and turnover intention has a significant positive relationship, it is shown by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.381 and opportunities are not mutually correlated by 0,015 less than the requirement maximum mutual correlation of 0.025. It can be concluded between job stress and turnover intention is to have a meaningful relationship.Kata kunci : korelasi, intensi turnover, kepuasan kerja, stres kerja

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of sharia microfinance institutions in strengthening the economic independence of communities in Malaysia. The main focus of this research is to analyze the contribution of sharia microfinance institutions in increasing financial access for society, especially in the context of sharia economics. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting primary data through interviews and secondary data from related literature. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide in-depth insight into how sharia microfinance institutions can be an effective instrument in building the economic independence of communities in Malaysia, as well as provide relevant policy recommendations to support the development of the sharia economic sector more broadly

Abstract

Financial management plays an important role in promoting independence and prosperity in communities, especially in rural areas where economic resources are often limited. This paper explores the importance of community financial management training as a catalyst for creating independent and prosperous villages. By equipping community members with important financial literacy skills, such as budgeting, savings, and investment strategies, villages can better manage their resources and increase their economic stability. This training focuses on empowering community leaders and residents to understand basic financial concepts and implement sustainable financial practices adapted to their local context. Through workshops, seminars, and practical exercises, participants learn to develop financial plans, identify potential sources of income, and reduce financial risks. In addition, this training emphasizes the importance of transparent financial governance and accountability to build trust and cooperation within the community. In addition, case studies and success stories from similar initiatives show the positive impact of financial management training on village development. These examples illustrate how better financial decision making can lead to increased household income, better infrastructure development, and higher social welfare. Ultimately, the goal is to create self-sufficient villages that can develop independently by utilizing their resources effectively and responsibly.

Abstract

Achieving gender equality and economic independence. These programs aim to increase women's access to financial services, promote entrepreneurship, and facilitate economic participation through the use of digital technology. By providing training in personal financial management, e-commerce, and online banking applications, women can overcome traditional barriers such as limited access and cultural norms that limit their financial inclusion. This research explores the transformational potential of these empowerment programs, highlighting the importance of cross-sector collaboration and supporting policies to achieve the full potential of women's empowerment through digital financial skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Hotel Merangin Syariah di Kota Bangko. Sebagai hotel berbasis syariah, strategi pemasaran yang tepat menjadi penting untuk menarik pelanggan sekaligus mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1. Hotel Merangin Syariah menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang meliputi produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi. Hotel ini menawarkan layanan berbasis syariah dengan fasilitas yang lengkap, harga yang kompetitif, dan lokasi yang nyaman dan tenang di sekitar masjid. Dalam aspek promosi, hotel ini memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan TikTok untuk menjangkau lebih banyak tamu dan mengukur keefektifannya dengan jumlah interaksi di media sosial. Strategi ini dirancang untuk menarik tamu dengan nilai berbasis syariah dan tetap kompetitif di pasar. 2. Hotel Merangin Syariah memanfaatkan media sosial untuk meningkatkan jangkauan dan daya tariknya. Facebook dan Instagram digunakan sebagai platform utama untuk mempromosikan hotel. Mereka melihat efektivitas strategi ini melalui jumlah penonton pada konten reels dan mendapat respons positif.

Abstract

Cybercrime is a communication technology offence that disrupts the public through the use of computers and the internet. It occurs due to the negative impact of technology affecting human life. Regarding legal protection, the government is obligated to protect every citizen from harmful actions, including cybercrime, which can cause both material and non-material harm to its users. Therefore, this study aimed to analyse cybercrime, which had become a global threat to both national and international security. Although cyber-related analysis had been widely conducted, studies focusing on the content analysis of cybercrime within the context of digital-era law remained limited. This study specifically examined the content of cybercrime discourse in Indonesia’s digital society. A descriptive qualitative method was adopted with data sourced from big data on social media, official reports, and journalistic materials related to the topic. Data analysis was carried out using the NVivo 12 Plus software and word processing applications for qualitative analysis. The results showed that cybercrime content on social media, particularly Twitter, was predominantly harmful, with 77.62% classified as moderately negative and 22.38% as very negative. The consistent use of the hashtag showed the widespread nature of cybercrime. Furthermore, the digital legal framework in Indonesia was found to be insufficient in addressing the complexities of cybercrime, rendering law enforcement weak and hampered by various structural and technical challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan akad wadi’ah pada produk tabungan serta strategi Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Sarolangun dalam menarik minat masyarakat. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah peningkatan jumlah nasabah tabungan wadi’ah pada periode 2021–2024, meskipun sebagian masyarakat masih lebih memilih tabungan konvensional karena faktor kebiasaan, kenyamanan, dan keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap produk syariah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan data primer berupa wawancara terhadap staf bank dan nasabah pengguna produk wadi’ah, serta data sekunder dari dokumen resmi dan literatur terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, sementara keabsahan data diuji dengan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Analisis data meliputi tahapan pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akad wadi’ah di BSI KCP Sarolangun telah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, dengan akad wadi’ah yad adh-dhamanah sebagai bentuk yang paling umum digunakan. Proses dilakukan secara sistematis dan diawasi Dewan Pengawas Syariah, meskipun pemahaman nasabah masih terbatas pada aspek teknis. Untuk menarik minat masyarakat, BSI KCP Sarolangun melakukan sosialisasi produk, meningkatkan pelayanan, serta memanfaatkan digitalisasi melalui aplikasi Beyond by BSI. Strategi ini terbukti mendorong pertumbuhan jumlah nasabah, namun rendahnya literasi syariah tetap menjadi tantangan utama.
