The consequences of using these two chambers, it wipes out the district regulation/district representative and the composition of People's Consultative Assembly, so thatt here is no special position for the Indonesian National Armed Forces and The Indonesian Police Force at The People's Consultative Assembly. The Group Delegate and the representative of The Indonesian National Armed Forces and The Indonesian Police Force at The People's Consultative Assembly are deleted. It is taken because the apply of this people's representative system called bicameral as mentioned above namely Delegate and The Indonesian National Armed Forces/ The Indonesian Police Force can be manifestated through both Group two Legislative Board.

This research studies the role of BPSK (Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen or Costumer's Conflict Resolution Board) in Palembang city in supervising the standard clause and any hindrances in that supervision. This research used the juridical-empirical research method supported by the regulatory approach and case approach. The result of the research showed that the role of BPSK in the supervision of inclusion of standard clause until recently is not applied well. This is due to BPSK simply waits for any complaints from customers and there is no any follow up from BPSK. Meanwhile, the hindrances in the supervision of standard clause are related to the absence of the regulation of implementation as amended in Article 52 letter (e) Law of Customer Protection. BPSK is not a judicial institution, and the operational cost of BPSK is burdened by local budget (APBD) coming from the customers, business actors and government that have a different culture.

The appeal of statement for bankcrupt towards a trade court for the guarantors have been proposed bymany creditors when the debitor do not pay their debt on be due of debt payment and it- can be claimed. The decision of proposal for bahkcrupt of the guarantor can be fulfilled bythe.judge as long as the prerequirement of appeal for statement on bankcrupt are fulfilled, namely that the debitor have more than one creditor and one oftheir debts is due and it could be claimed, as well as guarantor have escaped his privileges.

This study reviews the redesign of the appointment and dismissal of judges in Indonesia. This is a prescriptive-normative judicial research conducted using the legislation approach, historical approach, and conceptual approach. The study concluded that the redesign of the judge appointment and dismissal system can be formulated with a variety of formulations. First, it is by organizing a constitutional basis to realign the will of judicial independence and by acknowledging the existence of an independent state organ in the constitution to rearrange the complicated power relations of the Supreme Court, the Judicial Commission and the Constitutional Court. Second, it is by carrying out the merit in the judge appointment system to maintain the constellation of the checks and balances principle. After reforming the mechanism of judge appointment, then the third one is by initiating the course of judge impeachment in an integrative manner as a form of accountability of the judiciary power in the non-judicial realm.

The resolution of the environmental disputes on the Act No. 23,1967 of the Environmental Management is usually conducted by two ways: incourt and outside court. Since, as widely known, the settlement of the disputes in court is often belated, the settlement outside court is an alternative to anticipate the betatedness, it is often known as theAlternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Based on this argument, an attempt to function the ADR in the environmental dispute resolution becomes urgently required, primarily interms of the environmental disputes in civil cases.

The implementation of criminal sanction committed by the corporations is not regulated clearly on the Act No. 23/1997. It does not determine definitely, who must be responsible, whether the director of the corporation orthe people who has the authority that can be threaten by prison sentence. Besides that, the sanction to individual who damages or pollutes the environment is higher than it's committed by the corporation. However, it isnecessarily to develop the Environmental Management Act.
