Abstract

Dairy farming business opportunities in Jember Regency. An active role in supplying fresh cow’s milk to large companies that process fresh cow’s milk. This research aims to find alternatives to the superior potential of agroindustrial dairy development in the Jember Regency. Research design is quantitative research with an expert systems approach. Instruments were used in the form of observations, in-depth interviews with questions that have been compiled in a research questionnaire format. Analytical techniques used are exponential development methods, analytical hierarchy process, and financial feasibility. The following General Geographical Conditions are following the Potential for Livestock Development in Jember Regency. Increasing the superior potential of agroindustry with the support of special cow seedlings, the availability of processing technology, and the needs of business institutional development steps. The contribution of this research is to provide an alternative strategy for the development of the dairy milk business. Abstract

Management of Human Resources (HR) is an important thing that must be done by all companies or organizations. Human resources who have a strong character of local wisdom and are well managed by the company will certainly become qualified human resources. The quality of human resources can be assessed from many aspects, one of which is by looking at their attitudes and behavior at work. This research was conducted to look deeper into the relevance of the application of local wisdom Tat Twam Asi in managing human resources at Untag Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis with in-depth interviews and direct observation. The results obtained are the concept of local wisdom Tat Twam Asi has been unconsciously implemented into the work concept by the informants. The implementation of Tat Twam Asi's local wisdom is reflected in attitudes such as mutual respect, mutual respect, mutual assistance, and other wise attitudes. Tat Twam Asi's local wisdom can be used as a guide in working, but it must be packaged in a more universal language so that it is easier to understand by all parties in University of Augst 1945 Banyuwangi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience, location, and price on customer loyalty through positive word of mouth on KAI Logistics Express DAOP IX service customers. The population of this study is KAI Logistics service customer Express DAOP IX . The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 150 respondents. The analysis method used is path analysis. The results of this study showed that customer experience and location have no significant effect on the positive word of mouth in KAI Logistics DAOP IX service customers. Price has a significant effect on the positive word of mouth in KAI Logistics DAOP IX service customers. Customer experience has no significant effect on loyalty to KAI Logistics DAOP IX service customers. Location, price, and positive word of mouth affect loyalty to KAI Logistics DAOP IX service customers. Customer experience, location, and price through positive word of mouth have little indirect influence rather than direct influence. Abstract

Tourism Village is a form of creativity that arises from a surrounding phenomenon that has more appeal than other villages. One of the tourist villages is the Bejijong Majapahit Tourism Village. The Bejijong Majapahit Tourism Village has just received an Indonesian tourism village award in 2021. So this village continues to develop so that it can become a tourist village that is attractive to both local and foreign tourists. The purpose of this study was to find out how to develop the Bejijong Tourism village in the pandemic era. Bejijong Tourism Village has a lot of potentials that can be developed, however, since the pandemic this tourist village has experienced several problems, especially the reduced number of tourists. This study seeks to find a solution to this phenomenon, the researchers conducted a qualitative descriptive research method to analyze existing social phenomena. The author analyzes some of the obstacles and drivers of this phenomenon and then examines the development of what can be done to revive the village economy and tourism sector. The results of this study can be a recommendation for tourist villages to develop human resources and tourism digitization in every aspect such as ticketing,publishing,and homestay reservation. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: the effect of personality on employee performance of Population and civil registry office of Pinrang; the effect of local culture on employee performance of Population and civil registry office of Pinrang; the effect of personality and local culture simultaneously on employee performance of Population and civil regsitry office of Pinrang. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample used in this study were 90 respondents who were employees of Populaation and civil registry office of Pinrang. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS program. It is found that personality has a significant effect on employee performance of Population and civil registry office of Pinrang; local culture has a significant effect on employee performance of Population and civil registry office of Pinrang; personality and local culture simultaneously have significant effect on employee performance of Population and civil registry office of Pinrang. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether during the pandemic Perceived Quality has an effect on Customer Loyalty through Brand Equity on Oppo brand smartphone users in the Depok area. By using a quantitative research approach and SEM factor analysis methods as well as SPSS Amos 23 test equipment. The object of the analysis is consumers "Oppo brand smartphone users" in Depok. The research design used a single cross sectional, a sample of 150 respondents. The results showed that perceived quality had a significant effect on brand equity on Oppo smartphones in Depok with a regression coefficient of 0.882 and a critical ratio value of 6.891. Brand equity has a significant effect on customer loyalty on Oppo brand smartphones in Depok with a regression coefficient of 0.612 and a critical ratio value of 5.696. Perceived quality directly has no significant effect on customer loyalty on Oppo brand smartphones in Depok with a regression coefficient of 0.043 and a critical ratio value of 0.385. The indirect effect of perceived quality on customer loyalty > the direct effect of perceived quality on customer loyalty is 0.482 > 0.043, meaning that brand equity mediates between perceived quality and customer loyalty on Oppo Brand smartphones. Abstract

PDAM Kabupaten Jember, as a regional company providing drinking water services, focuses on improving service quality and implementing service innovations. Data on customer complaints that have increased since 2016-2019 shows that there is customer dissatisfaction with the services of PDAM Kabupaten Jember. The study aimed to examine the effect of service quality and innovation on customer satisfaction of PDAM Jember through customer awareness in paying PDAM water tariff bills. The research sample was 100 people who were taken using a simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique used warp PLS software to test the direct and indirect effects of the research variables. The research findings directly affect service quality and innovation on consumer awareness, a direct influence on service quality and innovation on customer satisfaction, and the effect of paying tariff awareness on customer satisfaction. The research findings also show an indirect effect of paying tariff awareness, strengthening the relationship between quality and service innovation on customer satisfaction. There is an indirect effect of paying tariff awareness, which strengthens service innovation on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Quality, Innovation, Awareness, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The current covid-19 pandemic has an impact on various sectors of the economy. Licin subdistrict is one of the subdistricts in Banyuwangi regency that has considerable potential in the agricultural sector, small and medium micro enterprises (SMEs), and tourism. This potential can be used as an economic booster for the main community in Licin District in the current covid pandemic. This study aims, among others, a) to know the economic potential of the village in Licin District; b) identify the impact of covid-19 on the community economy in Licin District, and c) formulate a strategy for economic recovery during the pandemic based on the economic potential of the village in Licin District. The research uses the SWOT method to identify internal and external factors of economic potential, as well as the AHP method to determine the necessary strategy alternatives. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the impact on the agricultural sector, among others: almost no effect on demand, rising production costs, increased shipping costs, and the supply chain process is disrupted due to disrupted logistics distribution. Impacts on the SME sector include: weakening of public purchasing power, decreased turnover, increased shipping costs, rising prices of some business raw materials, reduced production of goods, and supply chain process disrupted due to disrupted logistics distribution. While the impact on the tourism sector is a decrease in the number of tourists so which causes businesses that support the tourism sector to be weakened (travel agents, tour guides, restaurants, hotels, homestays). The priorities of the proposed strategy from the most important to the lowest level of interest are to build cooperation with stakeholders, integrated agricultural management with sustainable technology, strengthening the institutions of BUMDES by optimizing the participation rate of productive age, Adaptation, and innovation of SMEs with the use of digital technology. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made many changes. The changes that rapidly occur, resulting in the consumer's behaviour change in obtaining goods and services. Unilever is a global consumer goods corporation that manufactures everyday items such as soap and food. It is one of the oldest multinational corporations, with products sold in over 190 countries. During the Covid-19 outbreak, demand for products and services has plummeted, and Unilever has reacted strongly to the problem. This study aims to explore how Covid-19 affected Unilever and how Unilever improved the company's welfare. The research method used is descriptive. Data were collected from news articles, websites, and other reviews. To summarize the facts, Unilever is mostly unaffected by the Covid-19 epidemic because most of its products are considered needs and are widely recognized. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of inflation and the Rupiah exchange rate against the US Dollar to share prices partially and simultaneously in the cigarette sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach to data testing, descriptive analysis between variables and, verification analysis to test and determine the magnitude of the influence of the variable between inflation and currency exchange rates on HM Sampoerna TBK's cigarette sub-sector share prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The research conclusion based on testing obtained for the significance value of inflation on stock prices is 0.434> 0.05, so it can be concluded that H1 is rejected, which means that there is no significant effect of inflation on stock prices. It was known that the significance value for currency exchange rates on stock prices is 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that H2 is accepted, which means there is a significant influence between currency exchange rates on stock prices. The coefficient of determination (R2) of the inflation and exchange rate variables can explain the share price of 75.3%. Keywords: Currency Exchange Rates, Inflation, Share Prices.
