Abstract

This research was motivated by concerns researchers against the proliferation of corrupt behavior in Indonesian. The purpose of this research is to recognize how the coaching of student anticorruption character at boarding school environment. Based on the result can be summarized as follows: 1) The character values which developed is the personal character, the characters which based on Qur’an and also the character which based on culture; 2) The method of coaching anti-corruption character for students carried out by means of habituation, exemplary, giving advice, method by stories, reward and punishment, 3) internal and eksternal obstacles that encountered in the implementation of the coaching anti-corruption method for student; 4) The change in behavior and ability is adapt to be getting better, the development of student potential, embedded the anticorruption values on become several advantages as a result of anticorruption character coaching of student; 5) On the whole, anticorruption character of student is already show propensity to the positive result.Keyword: Character, Anti-Corruption, Boarding School, Coaching

Abstract

In the middle of 1990 were built boarding school having a pattern of education thorough to create educational environment ideal in developing and to create character of students. This study was conducted in junior high school Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Bandung. This study adopted qualitative approaches and methods of descriptive. Research findings dhow that : Forms an empathy and social care that reflected in learning activities civic education: appreciate a difference of opinion, to cooperate in team discussion, an expression of opinion students over a moral to prioritize the interests of others first .Then, in the program extracurricular namely participating in the activity of gathering funds and social activities. The culture of schools and dormitory the students reflected an empathy and socially responsible by providing aid tending if is sick, provide loans money, motivate have a friend sad, sensitive to problem those who around. Although there is still several things must be repaired next in system learning character in schools that integrated with curriculum based the value of a character in boarding. So, it will more strengthen in developing an empathy and social care awareness students.Keywords : Character Learning, Boarding School, Civic Education, Emphatic Behaviour, Social Care Awareness

Abstract

Meskipun kebijakan publik tidak bisa dielakkan oleh berbagai kepentingan non-publik, tapi kepentingan publik harus lebih utama dari kepentingan non-publik, karena kebijakan publik selalu bergerak antara kepentingan politik dan ekonomi, yang disebut politik ekonomi di bidang kebijakan publik. Kebijakan Lapangan Karebosi Revitalisasi Kota Makassar yang paling cenderung untuk kebijakan berorientasi bisnis daripada kebijakan publik, karena kebijakan ini sektor bisnis yang sangat menguntungkan (pribadi) dari masyarakat. Sebaliknya, kebijakan ini menjelaskan "affair" antara negara (otoritas) dan kapitalis (pengusaha) yang secara langsung dan tidak langsung merampok hak-hak masyarakat pergi. Kebijakan ini mengungkapkan seberapa kuat cengkeraman kapitalis untuk mempengaruhi kebijakan publik yang dilakukan oleh para pengambil keputusan di lembaga pemerintah (negara), padahal tugas inti negara (pemerintah) adalah memberikan pelayanan publik bagi seluruh warga negara termasuk menjaga hak publik dalam bentuk apapun. Kebijakan Lapangan Karebosi Revitalisasi Kota Makassar terbukti sebagai memberikan keuntungan apa-apa bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat Kota Makassar, memang kebijakan ini dilakukan hak-hak publik yang harus dilindungi oleh negara. Kemudian kebijakan seharusnya dievaluasi segera, karena periode kebijakan akan melebihi periode pembuat keputusan.

Abstract

Pembinaan kreativitas merupakan upaya peningkatan kompetensi warga negara sekaligus bagian dari sarana edukasi masyarakat agar memiliki kebudayaan kreatif dan selalu menjadi masyarakat pembelajar. Linggawastu sebagai masyarakat Kota Bandung yang merupakan bagian dari warga negara global memiliki potensi besar untuk menciptakan berbagai kemajuan bagi Indonesia. Bandung Creative City Forum (BCCF) adalah agen situs kewarganegaraan yang mengambil peran strategis dalam melaksanakan salah satu dari tiga dimensi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yaitu pendidikan sosiokultural. BCCF menjadi agen dalam penyelenggaraan pembinaan kompetensi warga Kampung Linggawastu dan melembagakan nilai karakter khususnya adalah karakter kreatif melalui tiga kegiatan utama yaitu Capacity Building, Y-PLAN, dan Kelas Kreatif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan hak dan kewajiban bagi kaum difabel di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah pemenuhan hak memperoleh pendidikan bagi anak-anak difabel, meliputi layanan pendidikan bagi anak-anak difabel, standar pendidikan di SLB Negeri Semarang, hambatan dalam pemenuhan hak memperoleh pendidikan bagi difabel. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, keabsahan data diuji melalui teknik triangulasi. Analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemenuhan hak pendidikan pada layanan pendidikan bagi anak difabel terdiri dari kegiatan intrakulikuler dan ketrampilan. Standar Pendidikan di SLB Negeri Semarang disesuaikan dengan jenis ketunaan dan gradasi ketunaan peserta didiknya. Hambatan dalam pemenuhan hak memperoleh pendidikan diantaranya hambatan yang berasal dari internal dan eksternal sekolah. Rekomendasi penulis adalah pemenuhan hak-hak khususnya pendidikan bagi kaum difabel harus dipenuhi pemerintah melaui kebijakan yang memperhatikan kaum difabel
