Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how teacher performance is fostered by maximizing the communication management of the madrasa principal at MTs Nurul Khairiyah, this research method is qualitative. This series of management processes communicate the principle of madrasah in educational institutions such as planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get an overview of programs and activities to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure in MTs. Madinatussalam percut sei sir, synergistic relationship between the committee and the head of MTs. Madinatussalam percut sei sir, factors influencing the role of the madrasa committee create a synergistic relationship between the committee and the head of MTs. Madinatussalam, efforts are being made to ensure the synergy between the committee and madrasah heads in improving the quality of infrastructure in MTs. madinatussalam. The research used in this thesis is qualitative, and the type of descriptive research uses a naturalistic approach. The research subject is the head of the madrasa, madrasa committee, and infrastructure. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used from Miles and Hurman are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. And the data validity test was carried out with credibility including triangulation, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this study indicate that, the synergistic relationship that occurs between the committee and the head of the madrasa is well established, the head of the madrasa always involves the committee in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating every madrasa agenda as well as the madrasa committee supporting every activity and program organized by the madrasa such as short, medium and long term work programs. Factors influencing The role of the committee in creating a synergistic relationship with the existence of school activities and programs, extracurricular and committee meetings. Efforts are made so that synergy is well established, namely coordination and communication with the community. The conclusion of the research is the activities carried out by the madrasa committee with the madrasa head in improving the quality of learning infrastructure at MTS. Madinatusslam, namely collaborating and deliberation, assisting in raising funds and building madrasas with the necessary needs such as encouraging the procurement of textbooks, improving class facilities, suggestion boxes to accommodate complaints from parents / guardians of students, procurement of extracurricular activities.. Keywords:Synergistic Relationships, Madrasa Committees, Madrasa Heads, Learning Facilities

Abstract

The argument of this article is that Islamic universities are currently trying to increase competitiveness as an effort to become a world-class university. But in fact Islamic universities are still not optimally preparing for competitiveness against competing universities. This study uses a qualitative method with a multi-case approach. Data were collected by observation and documentation. The research finding is that currently the desire of Islamic universities to become world-class universities is still limited to a vision and has not been implemented properly. Becoming a world-class university requires strong differentiation, especially in the field of research. Researchers suggest that Islamic universities that have a vision of a world-class university to further strengthen the field of research.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus has not only had a critical effect on the world of health, but also had a critical effect on the world of education. To prevent the Covid-19 outbreak, the government emphasizes staying at home and limiting all activities that endanger the community. Like keeping a distance, wearing a mask and so on. With the aim for the good health of the Indonesian people. But of course this epidemic has an impact on the world of education. However, this is where the principal's big role is in overcoming the problems that occurred when this epidemic emerged. The purposes of this study were to: 1. To determine the influence of the leadership of the Madrasah head during the pandemic at MAN 3 Medan, 2. To find out the learning system carried out by the Madrasah Head at MAN 3 Medan, 3. To find out how online learning works at MAN 3 Medan . The method used in this study is a quantitative research method by means of interviews and field observations. In this study, researchers used this method to facilitate the research process. In this study of the influence of the principal's leadership, it can be concluded that the principal plays an important role in handling learning during the Covid 19 pandemic in maintaining school accreditation and the quality of learning that occurs, especially in Man 3 Medan. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of student management on student achievement at MTs 16 Perbaungan. As for the indicators for student management variables include student admissions, student council, and extracurricular, while indicators for student achievement variables include cognitive aspects, affective aspects, and psychomotor aspects. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that the distribution of scores in the student management variable (X) average class as many as 14 people (17.07%) are below the class average, 4 people (4.88%) are in the class average and as many as 64 people (78.5) above the average. The distribution of Student Achievement variable scores (Y) as many as 20 people (24.39%) are below the interval class average, 6 people (7.32%) are in the interval class average and 54 people (65.8%) are above the average . Shows that the correlation coefficient between the Student Management variable (X) and Student Achievement (Y) is 0.129 with a coefficient of determination (r2) obtained from the calculation results of 0.017 which means that Student Management (X) provides a low relationship of 0.017x 100% = 1.7% of Student Achievement (Y). Based on the analysis conducted above, it is known that the proposed hypothesis is accepted and has been tested empirically. The results of the hypothesis analysis show that there is a very weak and significant influence between Student Management (X) and Student Achievement (Y) of 0.129 with a coefficient of determination (r2) obtained from the calculation results of 0.017 which means that Student Management (X) has an influence very weak at 0.017 x 100% = 1.7% towards Student Achievement (Y). Furthermore, to determine the significance of the influence of the two (Student Management on Student Achievement) it can be seen through the t test". Through the t-test that has been carried out, it turns out that tcount = 3,004 while the value of t table = 2,028. Because tcount (3.004) > ttable (2.048), this indicates that there is a low but significant effect between Student Management variables on Student Achievement in the form of a linear relationship through the regression line = 76.296 + 0.017 X. The equation of this regression line explains that if If the Student Management factor increases by one unit, the Student Achievement will also increase by 76.296 + (0.017) = 10,747 units.Student Achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to see the effectiveness of the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at MAS YPI Batang Kuis. This research was conducted at MAS YPI Batang Kuis. The research was conducted on December 22, 2021. The subject of this research is the school owner who acts as a leader at MAS YPI Batang Kuis. The data collection technique is by interview. The results of this study are: (1). The leadership behavior at MAS YPI Batang Quiz in teacher performance management is to always provide direction to teacher activities and student activities at school, provide motivation to teachers in carrying out learning at school, always communicate well with all teachers at school, be disciplined and firm in every decision making at school, and Creating a family relationship at school both to teachers, students and other staff. (2). The influence on teacher performance in schools can be seen from four aspects, namely discipline aspects, religious aspects, cooperation aspects, leadership aspects. (3). Abstract

This researcher aims to determine: (1) the principal's work program planning on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi, (2) the principal's efforts to implement the principal's work program on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi, (3) implementation barriers Principal's work program on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi.The method used in this study is qualitative using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation with an emphasis on information data sources, namely: school principals, vice principals, administration, and English teachers to strengthen the validity of the data obtained. From the results of this study using three findings, namely: (1) the principal's work program planning on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi has been carried out well, carried out in the form of meetings and deliberation with the teachers, (2) the principal's efforts to implement The principal's work program on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi is carried out by giving assignments to teachers according to the field of ability and work according to expertise, (3) obstacles to implementing the principal's work program on teacher performance at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi are carried out by teachers while working to find out how far the improvement in teacher performance has been.Keywords: Work Program, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study was conducted to reveal final school examination policy during the covid-19 pandemic, the research method used was qualitative. the results of the research in the form of implementing the end of semester/school exams are not effective and efficient to be done online, because there are several obstacles, especially in terms of monitoring students during the exam, even though this is the only way the government must take for the learning process to take place during this covid 19 pandemic. The obstacles faced in the implementation of school/semester final exams during the Covid-19 pandemic were that the author had also discussed them in the discussion chapter, namely there were several obstacles, namely the lack of effective monitoring (limitations of remote technology), student saturation in following the process. Abstract

Keterampilan dasar mengajar bagi guru diperlukan agar guru dapat melaksanakan perannya dalam mengelolah proses pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. 1) Persiapan mengajar yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga bentuk yaitu persiapan pembelajaran berupa membuat silabus, RPP, prota, prosem, media pembelajaran dan sumber belajar, persiapan fisik dan dan persiapan mental. 3) Impelementasi keterampilan dasar mengajar guru melalui bertanya dan menjawab dapat meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik secara penuh dalam proses pembelajaran dan memudahkan guru dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang telah dilakukannya. 4) Implikasi keterampilan dasar guru menjadikan proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan efektif, karena semua siswa secara antusias merasa nyaman dan memberikan respon yang positif dalam setiap proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The existence of Islamic education in Indonesia is a fact that has been going on for a very long time and has become popular in the community. During the Dutch colonial period and the Japanese population, education was organized by the community itself by establishing Islamic boarding schools, schools and other places for training. After independence, Islamic education with the characteristics of madrasas and pesantren began to get attention and guidance from the government of the Republic in Indonesia. In the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, UUDRI No. 20 of 2002, and UUDRI No. 13 of 2014 and then implemented in the national education curriculum. It is hoped that the birth of this law will be able to raise the quality of education in bringing prosperity and progress to the Indonesian people.Keywords:Keterampilan Dasar, Pembelajaran, Guru
