Abstract

Keterampilan dasar mengajar bagi guru diperlukan agar guru dapat melaksanakan perannya dalam mengelolah proses pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. 1) Persiapan mengajar yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga bentuk yaitu persiapan pembelajaran berupa membuat silabus, RPP, prota, prosem, media pembelajaran dan sumber belajar, persiapan fisik dan dan persiapan mental. 3) Impelementasi keterampilan dasar mengajar guru melalui bertanya dan menjawab dapat meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik secara penuh dalam proses pembelajaran dan memudahkan guru dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang telah dilakukannya. 4) Implikasi keterampilan dasar guru menjadikan proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan efektif, karena semua siswa secara antusias merasa nyaman dan memberikan respon yang positif dalam setiap proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine differences Children WithLearning Outcomes Cooperative Learning Model Numbered HeadTogether (NHT) and Conventional class VIII MTs Al-MukhtariyahTwo Rivers district. Portibi Kab. North Padang Lawas. This research isquantitative, with a kind of experimental research. The population is theentire class VIII MTs Al-Mukhtariyah Sungai Dua and the sample areall children of class VIII MTs Al-Mukhtariyah Two Rivers district.Portibi Kab. North Padang Lawas totaling 48 people because theschools there are only two classes. Data analysis is the analysis ofvariance (ANOVA). These findings show: the learning outcomes ofchildren with cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together(NHT) by the end of the test scores obtained rata73,6 mean value andstandard deviation of 7.708. While the learning outcomes of childrenwith pemebelajaran Conventional models based on the final test scoresgained an average of 68.75 and a standard deviation of 6.124. Based onstatistical calculation t-test for children's learning outcomes obtainedthitung > ttabel, then the hypothesis is Ha rejected and H0 accepted, whichmeans that there are differences in learning outcomes in children givencooperative learning NHT type and conventional learning. ConclusionsThis study explains that children learn better outcome using cooperativelearning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) of the Conventionalmethod Class VIII MTs Al-Mukhtariyah Two Rivers district. Abstract

desa Gong Pito Kabupaten Karo. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif analitis. Pemerolehan data penelitian menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, hingga penarikan simpulan. Selanjutnya, uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian yang telah dipaparkan, maka dikemukakan kesimpulan bahwa Kerja Tahun atau dalam bahasa Karo Merdang merdem merupakan suatu pesta adat yang dilakukan secara turun-temurun oleh kalak Karo di seluruh wilayah taneh Karo dengan tujuan menjaga ketentraman dan keseimbangan bermasyarakat serta membangun komunikasi dengan keluarga yang sudah lama tidak bertemu. Zaman dahulu pesta Kerja Tahun dilakukan dengan tujuan mengucap syukur kepada roh nenek moyang atas hasil panen pertanian khususnya padi yang melimpah. Kerja tahun merupakan suatu hiburan untuk pemuda pemudi, terutama untuk pemuda pemudi yang mocok-mocok atau berladang di tempat orang. Beliau juga mengatakan bahwa pesta Kerja Tahun adalah hal yang paling ditunggu-tunggu masyarakat Karo terutama pemuda pemudi masyarakat Karo. Pesta ini sangat spesial bagi masyarakat Karo.

Abstract

The low quality of Indonesia's human resources (HR) is caused by irregularities (non-compliance with regulations and implementation) that occur in the process of providing education. This study aims to analyze the legal basis in the field of education and its implementation in Indonesia. The formulation of the research problem includes how the foundations and policies of education in Indonesia are and how the legal position (specifically in the field of education) is in hacking educational irregularities. This study uses an approach to the literature study method in the form of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review (PRISMA). A systematic literature review is systematic by collecting some relevant evidence according to specified criteria to answer several questions. The results of this study conclude that enacting laws, government regulations and regulations of the minister of education regarding the "legal umbrella" of education policy has become a positive step for fulfilling people's rights. However, the reality in society is that there are still deviations in management, behavior and code of ethics during the implementation of the educational process, including the practice of cheating by individual units of educational institutions in graduating students to meet student graduation standards according to Permendikbud No. 23 of 2006, the unpreparedness of schools or madrasas to facilitate the rights of students with disabilities in accordance with education management standards (Permendikbud no. 19 of 2007), determination of individual principals based on bribery practices that violate Permendikbud no. 13 of 2007 concerning school principals, and marginalization of treatment of education in schools. remote areas that violate PP number 19 of 2005 on national education standards. Likewise, the limitations of researchers have not explored this study from the psychological aspect of education, namely the discussion of self-welfare and soft skills of students due to educational deviations.

Abstract

The learning process is an important aspect of education because learning is the core of the educational process. The learning process will always take place in an activity at school, he explained, namely learning activities in class. These activities need to be created and developed into a vehicle for the success of an effective learning process. This means that separate management is needed to develop the activity, and the management in question is classroom management. As for the studies in this writing are: (1). To find out the teacher class management plans at SMP-IT AL-Fityan School Medan, (2). The ability to manage classes carried out by teachers at SMP-IT Al-Fityan School Medan, (3) What are the obstacles in managing classes. The conclusions from this study are as follows: (1) Classroom management by the teacher to achieve learning objectives must be planned in advance with clear and functional steps as teaching preparation materials; (2) The teacher must consider the characteristics and needs of students in managing the class, so that the learning method/media used is more appropriate; and (3) in classroom management, a teacher needs a variety of skills and teaching methods to meet students' needs so that learning conditions remain optimal.

Abstract

Setiap daerah dan wilayah memiliki bagian dalam kependudukan. Hal tersebut tidak dapat di pungkiri dari banyaknya permasalahan dan juga konflik yang terjadi. Baik secara sosial, budaya dan lain-lain. Hal tersebutlah yang meyebabkan adanya kerenggangan dan juga perpecahan. Setiap individu di lapisan masyarakat memilki banyak perbedaan dai segi Ras, Budaya dan juga sudut pandang. Menyatukan berbagai pendapat dan juga. Mahasiswa kkn 168 memiliki peran penting dalam menyatukan masyarakat Nagori Bandar Malela Kecamatan Gunung Maligas Kabupaten Simalungun. Dengan adanya mahasiswa KKN 168 UINSU dapat menyatukan beberapa pendapat dan juga menurunkan keegoisan setiap masyarakat nagori bandar malela. Kegiatan yang sangat bermanfaat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN 168 Bandar malela yaitu ada kegiatan keagamanaan, kegiatan dalam pendidikan dan juga kegiatan 17 agustus di masyarakat bandar malela. Kegiatan 17 agustus yang dilaksanakan oleh anak KKN dan berkolaborasi dengan pemuda setempat. Kegiatan tersebut mendapat banyak apresiasi oleh masyarakat setempat karena dengan memperingati acara 17 agustus masyarakat bisa bersatu dan menjalin kekompakan antara masyarakat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan lomba. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut banyak pro kontra untuk menyatukan beberapa kelompok masyarakat yang memiliki perbedaan pendapat, Ras dll. Dengan berbagai persiapan yang matang dan juga bantuan serta support dari beberapa kalangan maka terlaksana dan terjalankan kegiatan 17 agustus tersebut dengan meriah dan lancar.

Abstract

Abstract: The topic of this research is " The Role of Punishment for Female Students in Student Management (Case Study at Al Husna Islamic Boarding School)". This research aims to describe the application of discipline in the management of santri through educational punishment at the Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School, understand the stages of punishment given at school, and determine the factors that support or hinder the improvement of santri discipline through education. punishment. The location of this research is at the Al-Husna Marindal 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang Islamic Boarding School educational institution, which is an educational institution founded on April 17 1988 M/11 Ramadhan 1409 H and is one of the competent Islamic educational institutions. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research type and was descriptive in nature. The aim of giving punishment is to prevent children from repeating actions that are not permitted. The role of parenting is to warn female students not to repeat themselves and explain the reasons why this is not allowed. The punishment given to female students at the Al-Husna Islamic boarding school has been given evenly and in balance according to the area that the female student violated.Keywords: Student Management, Islamic Boarding School, Punishment Abstrak: Topik penelitian ini tentang “Peranan Punishment pada Santriwati dalam Manajemen Kesiswaan (Studi Kasus di Pondok Pesantren Al Husna)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan disiplin dalam pengelolaan santri melalui hukuman pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Husna, memahami tahapan hukuman yang diberikan di sekolah, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat peningkatan kedisiplinan santri melalui pendidikan hukuman. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di lembaga pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Al-Husna Marindal 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang didirikan pada 17 April 1988 M/11 Ramadhan 1409 H dan merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan islam yang kompeten. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian case study research (studi kasus) dan bersifat deskriptif. Pemberian punishment ini bertujuan agar anak tidak mengulangi perbuatan yang tidak diperbolehkan. Peran pengasuhan untuk memperingatkan santriwati agar tidak mengulangi serta menjelaskan alasan sebab akibat hal tersebut tidak di perbolehkan. Pemberian punishment pada santriwati di pondok pesantren al-husna sudah diberikan dengan merata dan seimbang sesuai bidang bagian yang di langgar santriwati. Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui rekrutmen program ppg dalam jabatan di kementerian agama provinsi sumatera utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendalami pemahaman mengenai pola rekrutmen program jabatan Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) di Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara, yang merupakan instansi vertikal Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia di wilayah Sumatera Utara. Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara berdiri pada tanggal 3 Januari 1976 dengan visi "Terwujudnya Masyarakat Sumatera Utara yang Taat Beragama, Rukun, Cerdas, dan Sejahtera" dan misi untuk meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan beragama, memantapkan kerukunan umat beragama, menyediakan pelayanan kehidupan beragama yang merata dan berkualitas, serta meningkatkan kebijakaan dibidang penyelenggaraan kehidupan beragama. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses rekrutmen Program PPG Dalam Jabatan di masa mendatang, beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan antara lain penyempurnaan kebijakan atau peraturan terkait, peningkatan anggaran dan alokasi sumber daya, perbaikan prosedur atau mekanisme rekrutmen, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, serta pemanfaatan teknologi atau sistem informasi yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The teacher is one of the main components in the world of education, to carryout the main tasks in education in charge of teaching and education. Without teachers, activities in educational institutions will not be able to run even educational and teaching activities will stop. Teachers are a central component in educational organizations, therefore the management and performance of teachers must be designed in such a way as to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. As a unit in teacher performance management. In simple terms, the main objective of this research is to describe teacher performance management at Hasanah Integrated Islamic Middle School, Kec. Kotarih, Serdang Bedagai Regency. While the specific objectives of this research are to describe: 1) Management of teacher performance planning, 2) Implementation of teacher performance management, 3) Supervision and evaluation of teacher performance management, 4) Opportunities and obstacles in the implementation of teacher performance management. This research method is descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects are school principals, teachers, and stake holders in teacher performance management.
