Abstract

The aim of writing this article is to explain the concept of educational management contained in the verses of Surah al-Insyirah. The method for writing this article is literature study. This scientific journal presents material related to the management concepts contained in Surah al-Isyirah. then analyze it and present it systematically in this paper. The results of this article present the importance of Islamic education management in developing capacity as an educator and understanding the concepts of Islamic education in the verses of Surah al Isyirah as well as case studies in the concept of education management

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the sharia banking development strategy at Tadika Bijak Lestari Al-Fikh Orchard Georgetown Penang, an Islamic educational institution in Malaysia. In the context of Islamic education, sharia banking is becoming increasingly important in educating the younger generation about Islamic values in financial management. Qualitative research methods were used, with data obtained through in-depth interviews with teaching staff, administrative staff and school leaders, as well as analysis of internal school documents. The research results identified a number of strategies that have been implemented by schools, including integrating sharia financial education in the curriculum, collaboration with sharia financial institutions, education for parents, providing information, and public awareness campaigns. Research also reveals supporting factors, such as commitment to Islamic education and public awareness, as well as inhibiting factors, such as a lack of initial understanding and limited resources. In conclusion, Tadika Bijak Lestari Al-Fikh Orchard has succeeded in becoming an agent of change in promoting sharia banking in its community, however challenges and opportunities still exist in further developing the sharia banking sector in Islamic education

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on the performance of high school teachers (2) to analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of high school teachers (3) to analyze the influence of work motivation on the performance of high school teachers (4) to analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style through work motivation on the performance of high school teachers (5) analyzing the influence of work discipline through work motivation on the performance of high school teachers (6) analyzing the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style, work discipline and work motivation together on the performance of high school teachers. This research uses quantitative methods, an associative approach, a population of 137 teachers, a sample of 102 teachers, a proportional random sampling technique using the Slovin formula at an error level of 5%, a Likert scale questionnaire data collection technique and a path analysis data processing technique. Research findings (1) the principal's transformational leadership style has a direct effect on the performance of high school teachers with a t-count of 3.318, sig 0.001 and beta 0.245 (2) work discipline has a direct effect on the performance of high school teachers with a t-count of 3.962, sig 0.000 and beta 0.294 ( 3) work motivation has a direct effect on the performance of high school teachers with a t value of 6.475, sig 0.000 and beta 0.477 (4) the principal's transformational leadership style has no direct effect through work motivation on the performance of high school teachers amounting to 0.060 (5) work discipline has no direct effect directly through work motivation on the performance of high school teachers amounting to 0.084 (6) the principal's transformational leadership style, work discipline and work motivation jointly influence the performance of high school teachers with an Fcount value of 32.483 and sig 0.000.

Abstract

To create good communication between parents and the institution of course requires good and maintained interaction at school. This study was carried out to find out how important organizational communication is in fostering parental involvement in student education at Sejahtera Private Elementary School, building effective communication channels, encouraging parental participation, and using technology to increase parental involvement. By using this type of field research, this study can be carried out well. The targets that have been researched are Sejahtera Private Elementary Schools. And the subject is one of the teachers who teaches at the school. The methods used to collect data in this research were observation, question and answer, and storage of documentation. After carrying out this research, the results obtained stated that good organizational communication can foster the role of parents in supporting student education at school. The author is aware of the shortcomings in this report and hopes for constructive suggestions from readers for future improvements. It is hoped that the research we conducted will be useful for those of us who read it to interpret the importance of organizational communication in the context of student education.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) reveal the readiness of teachers in implementing the Independent Mandiri Change Curriculum, (2) reveal the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in implementing the Independent Mandiri Change Curriculum. The research location is SMPN 1 Sungai Rumbai, Dharmasraya Regency. The research period is from February to August 2023. The subjects of this research are teachers and infrastructure. The instruments in this research are interview guidelines and documentation guidelines. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation studies. The data validity guarantee techniques used are source triangulation and technical triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) Data reduction; (2) Presentation of data (3) drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research show (1) Teachers' readiness to implement the independent independent curriculum has changed; (a) The teacher's readiness to increase understanding of the independent and changing curriculum structure is; taking part in online seminars, training with driving schools, workshops, studying with colleagues, driving teachers, and independent study on the Merdeka Teaching Platform (PMM); (b) Teacher readiness in creating and using teaching tools/modules starts from the teacher having Learning Outcomes (CP), analyzing CP, determining the Learning Goal Flow (ATP), and making assessments; (c) Teacher readiness in P5 activities starts from forming a team, identifying school readiness, determining dimensions, themes, time, and creating a Project module; (d) Teacher readiness in carrying out initial assessments/diagnostic assessments starts from the division of teacher duties, namely that cognitive diagnostic assessments will be carried out by subject teachers, while non-cognitive diagnostic assessments will be carried out by guidance and counseling teachers and homeroom teachers; (e) Teacher readiness in implementing differentiated learning in the form of conducting and analyzing diagnostic assessments; (2) Readiness of facilities and infrastructure; availability of textbooks for each subject, 1 book/student; availability of two computer laboratories capable of accommodating 2 study groups connected to the internet. Thus, the readiness of teachers and infrastructure really supports the implementation of the independent and independent change curriculum at SMPN 1 Sungai Rumbai.

Abstract

Penulis malakukan penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemnafaatan penyaluran sarana prasarana untuk dalam menunjang pembelajaran siswa di SMA Ma’rif 1 Pamekasan. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dalam pendekatan deskriptif dengan pengiumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan juga studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peyaluran sarana dan prasarana di SMA Ma’arif 1 Pamekasan dilakukan dengan memberikan barang dan perlengkapan sekolah kepada bagian yang membutuhkan. Ada beberapa faktor yang mendukung serta menghambat penyaluran sarana dan prasarana di SMA Ma’arif 1 Pamekasan. Sistem invenatrisasi yang lengkap dan akurat, prosedur yang jelas untuk mengajukan permintaan sarana dan prasarana, dan dukungan dari pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat merupakan faktor pendukung. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah jumlah dana yang kurang mendukung serta lokasi yang kurang strategis.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to understand the management of teaching factory learning which includes planning, implementation and evaluation in realizing an entrepreneurial spirit for students; (2) knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors and their solutions; (3) knowing the results of teaching factory learning management in realizing students' entrepreneurial spirit. This research is qualitative research whose data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are (1) teaching factory learning management can be seen in planning that has been carried out well, organization that is structured and carried out well, implementation according to industry standards, evaluation of learning achievement analysis; (2) the supporting factors in teaching factory learning are infrastructure according to industry standards and competent teachers, the inhibiting factors are the planning time not matching the implementation, and there are not many industries collaborating to carry out teaching factory learning, while the solution is to make a schedule block and increase cooperation with related industries; (3) the results of the teaching factory learning management show that the teaching factory learning management is running well and can realize the entrepreneurial spirit of students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) The significant influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at the Junior High School in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, (2) The significant influence of work climate on the performance of teachers at the Junior High School in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, ( 3) The significant influence of teacher ability on teacher performance at the Junior High School in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, (4) The significant influence of the principal's leadership, work climate and teacher ability together on the performance of teachers at the Junior High School in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency. . The population in this study were all junior high school teachers in Dolok Batu Nanggar District with a total of 106 teachers and the sample used in this research was 52 teachers. This research uses data analysis, namely multiple regression with a significance level of 0.05, then processing the data obtained with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) data program version 22.0. The results of the research show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership on teacher performance in Junior High Schools in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency as seen from the value of tcount > ttable or 8.743 > 2.010; (2) There is a positive and significant influence between work climate on teacher performance at the Junior High School in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, seen from the value of tcount > ttable or 9.135 > 2.010; (3) There is a positive and significant influence between teacher ability on teacher performance at the Junior High School in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, seen from the value of tcount > ttable or 9.617 > 2.010; (4) There is a simultaneous influence of the principal's leadership, work climate, and teacher ability on teacher performance in Junior High Schools in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency as seen from the value of tcount > ttable based on data analysis obtained Fcount 36,199 > 2,798 Ftable and coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.693 which indicates that 69.3% of teacher performance can be obtained and explained by the principal leadership variables (X1), work climate (X2), and teacher ability (X3). Meanwhile, the remaining 30.7% can be explained by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine 1) The performance of the madrasa head, 2) Efforts to improve the quality of learning, 3) The performance of the madrasa head in improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Langkat. This type of research is qualitative with case study management. Research procedures using data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are 1) The performance of the madrasa head as an Educator, Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader. 2) Efforts to improve the quality of learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Langkat include providing guidance, motivation, and conducting teacher evaluations. 3) The performance of the madrasa head in improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Langkat, as a supervisor of the madrasa head's supervision activities to observe the learning process directly, especially in the selection and methods, media used and student involvement in the learning process, Involving teachers to participate in education can add new insights and knowledge, so that teachers are better prepared to carry out learning. The implications of this research are that it is hoped that madrasah heads can contribute more, be creative, innovative and coordinate madrasah residents in an effort to improve the quality of learning, parties involved in cooperation can maintain and hold training by providing opportunities for all teachers to improve their competence

Abstract

The current digital era has greatly influenced technological developments, especially in the learning strategy of using e-learning, making this a new medium for students in learning where e-learning is able to minimize differences in teaching methods and materials thereby providing more consistent learning quality standards. Where e-learning elerning is a very effective and efficient medium because it can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Therefore, this research was created with the aim of making readers familiar with e-learning as a learning strategy using literature review. Therefore, it is hoped that with this research, the education unit will be able to find out what the advantages and disadvantages are when using e-learning as a learning strategy.
