Abstract

Aquaculture will produce waste in the form of manure and there are many ketapang trees whose leaves fall that can be used as a material for making green fertilizer. The purpose of this study was to determine the nutrients, i.e. nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, C-organic, C/N ratio and pH in solid organic fertilizer (POP) from fish waste water, cow dung and ketapang leaf compost. Fish solid waste is taken from the harvest pond that has been stirred and filtered, while for cow dung and ketapang leaves using the addition of a bioactivator (EM4 + molasses), with treatment (dried ketapang leaves: cow dung: bioactivator) P1 (1 kg : 0.25 kg : 250 ml), P2 (0.875 kg : 0.375 kg : 250 ml) P3 (0.75 kg : 0.5 kg : 250 ml), control (1.25 kg : 0 kg : 250 ml). Composting was carried out anaerobically with a composting time of 28 days. Based on the research results only C-organic and pH of all types of fertilizers as well as C/N ratio of cow dung and ketapang leaves, total phosphorus from fish waste that meets the requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture 70 of 2011, concerning POP, it must contain a minimum NPK of 4%, pH 4-9, C-organic at least 15% and a C/N ratio of 15-25%, while according to the compost standard SNI-19-7030-2004, the levels of nitrogen at least 0.4%, phosphorus at least 0.1%, potassium at least 0.2%, C-organic 27-58% and C/N ratio 10-20%.

Abstract

The production process is very dependent on the availability of raw materials. An optimal calculation of raw material inventory is needed so that the company avoids the problem of lack or over stock of raw materials. This research aims to find out the quantity of raw material inventory, safety stock, and reorder point for ADC-12 raw materials.. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data sources obtained directly from the company. Analysis of the data used using the Economic Order Quantity method. Based on research and calculation results that have been done, if the company uses the EOQ method the quantity of raw material inventory is 80,861 kg. The quantity of the safety stock is 2,768 kg with a reorder point (ROP) of 14,038 kg.

Abstract

The purposed of this research to study effect of adding cow dung and waterhyacinth to improve biogas production from fish waste. The method of thisresearch used experimental method at batch anaerob reactor and absortion carbonatom used NaOH solution. The result of this research analysis used describtionmethod. The observed of parameter included accumulation of biogas productionand also parameter at slurry incuded temperature and pH. Qualitative parameter istest of flame of biogas. The conclusion value of pH from this research betweencontrol reactor, A1 reactor (fishwaste: cow dung: water hyacinth= 2:9:3), A2reactor (fishwaste: cow dung: water hyacinth= 1:4:2), A3 reactor (fishwaste: cowdung: water hyacinth= 1:3:3) is 5 to 10. Temperature range in 28 oC to 31oC. Theresult indicated the different composition of subtrat slurry from fishwaste, cowdung and water hyacinth in scale 2:9:3 (A1 reactor) produced biogas accumulationand metana the most than the others reactor.

Abstract

The quality of river water is strongly related to human activities in it. Changesin the condition of water quality in the river flow are the effects of the dischargefrom existing land use. One of them is sand mining activities along the SerayuRiver, especially around Tumiyang, Kebasen, Banyumas Regency. Activitiesfrom sand mining will cause a decrease in river water quality. From this activity,it is necessary to study the status of water quality using the STORET method todetermine the quality of river water so that the river can be utilized in accordancewith the applicable designation.The STORET method is one method for determining water quality data withwater quality standards in accordance with the appointment of Minister ofEnvironment Decree No.115 2003. This research is a quantitative descriptivestudy to determine the water quality of the Serayu river in the sand of miningareas precisely in Banyumas Regency. The parameters measured in this studywere measurements of Total Disolved Solid (TDS), temperature, pH, andElectrical Conductivity. Determining the location of taking water using apurposive sampling method.Based on the results of data analysis using the Storet method and refers to thequality standards of Government Regulation No.20 of 1990 Group D. Waterquality in Serayu River has a total score of 9 after sand mining. This shows thequality status of the lightly polluted Serayu river (-1 to -10). But still in class Band the river water quality level is still in good condition. There are temperatureparameters that exceed the threshold of 25 - 32oC, but the TDS, DHL and pHparameters are still within the threshold of designation in Group D.

Abstract

Kegiatan perikanan di Kecamatan Cilacap Selatan, tepatnya di Jl. Kakap No.38 Rt/Rw 02/12 berfokus pada pengolahan hasil perikanan berupa makanan yang berbahan baku dari ikan lele higienis seperti nuged, stick, bakso, sosis, crispy dan lele bumbu siap goreng yang masuk ke dalam kriteria Makanan Dalam (MD). Dalam proses mendapatkan izin edar baik MD maupun P-IRT ada syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi oleh pengelola, salah satunya yaitu Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik (CPPOB/GMP) sesuai dengan Peraturan Kepala BPOM No.HK.03.1.23.04.12.2206 Tahun 2012. Dalam GMP untuk IRTP terdapat 14 kriteria yang harus dipenuhi untuk menjamin kualitas keamanan pangan (food safety). Adapun solusi yang diberikan untuk memenuhi 14 kriteria yang sudah di tetapkan oleh BPOM dan Dinas Kesehatan yaitu 1) Memberikan assesmen atau penilaian terhadap usaha yang dilakukan dan memperbaikinya. 2) Persiapan pengajuan izin edar baik P-IRT atau MD. Sehingga penting bagi pelaku usaha pangan untuk menjaga kualitas dengan memperhatikan CPPOB

Abstract

Kurangnya pemahaman terhadap metode dan penerapan teknologi penelitian tindakan kelas serta pemahaman guru dalam menilai kredit untuk promosi jabatan fungsional merupakan sebuah permasalahan yang harus segera diselesaikan. Permasalahan yang ada tersebut diakibatkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman terhadap metode dan penerapan teknolgi penelitian tindakan kelas serta pemahaman guru dalam menilai kredit untuk promosi jabatan fungsional guru. Pada artikel ini diusulkan sebuah kegiatan pelatihan yang difokuskan pada mitra dampingan yaitu guru-guru yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Cilacap untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara berjenjang dimulai dari tahapan asesmen awal, persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan yang dilaksanakan memberikan sebuah peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan bagi peserta yang menunjang pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah serta karir guru yang bersangkutan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan, hasil evalusi penilaian yang diberikan kepada peserta kegiatan 80% peserta diklat menilai bahwa pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan dapat memberikan ilmu yang data diterapkan.

Abstract

Tanaman terong asam (Solanum ferox L) salah satu jenis sayuran yang sering dijadikan perisa dalam masakan dan termasuk kedalam famili Solanaceae yang digunakan untuk obat sifilis, nyeri tubuh, tidak selera makan, demam, gatal, luka, memar dan antipiretik. Hal ini, adanya kandungan berbagai senyawa bioaktif yang bersifat anti bakteri, antirematik, antiasma, antivirus, anti kanker dan bersifat toksik. Plectranthus amboinicus (Lamiaceae) atau bangun-bangun adalah tanaman obat tradisional yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Sumatra Utara untuk pemulihan Ibu-ibu pasca melahirkan. Salah satu senyawa bioaktif yang dihasilkan oleh tanaman bangun-bangun dan terong asam  yakni bersifat antioksidan yang mampu menangkal radikal bebas sehingga atom dengan elektron tidak berpasangan mendapat pasangan electron. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni uji fitokimia dan antioksidan pada tanaman Solanum feroxdan Plectranthus amboinicus. Uji aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan dengan menggunakan DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) sebagai radikal bebas dan vitamin C sebagai standar. Hasil uji fitokimia pada daun Solanum ferox terdapat senyawa terpenoid/steroid dan fenolik, pada buah mentah terdapat senyawa alkaloid dan pada buah matang terdapat senyawa flavonoid, dan pada tanaman  Plectranthus amboinicus dengan perlakuan EM5 terdapat senyawa flavonoid, fenolik, terpenoid/steroid dan saponin. Hasil uji antioksidan tertinggi  tanaman Solanum ferox pada ekstrak metanol buah muda sebesar 213,47  µg/mL, dan vitamin C sebesar 7,28 µg/mL, hasil uji antioksidan pada Plectranthus amboinicus menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak metanol sebesar 90,96 mg/mL dan Vitamin C sebesar 58,79 mg/mL.

Abstract

Heavy metals produced by the industrial sector in Cilacap will contaminate the waters and impact the organisms in them, which will affect the condition of humans as consumers. The purpose of the importance of this research activity is to compare the type of fish and the value of heavy metal Pb with the quality standards of the Ministry of Environment No.51 of 2004, BPOM Regulation 2009 and SNI 7387 of 2009, as well as knowing the maximum consumption limit of consumption fish catches to control the pattern eat fish indicated heavy metals. The method used is a comparative description with survey techniques in 3 locations where fish auctions (FAM) and Pb level analysis using the AAS method. The types of fish with the highest level of consumption in Cilacap are kembung, tuna and tongkol. The Pb level of kembung, tuna and tongkol passes the threshold> 0.4 ppm from SNI 7387-2009 and BPOM 2009, namely 0.7 ppm, 2.9 ppm, and 2.3 ppm, respectively so it is essential to have a consumption limit per week through Tolerable Maximum Intake (MTI) with categories for adults and children for the consumption of each type of fish consumption. Research shows that the maximum consumption limit for adults in kembung, tuna and tongkol is 16.9 kg, 2.8 kg, and 9.2 kg, respectively. Meanwhile, the maximum limit of consumption of kembung, tuna and tongkol for children is 6.4 kg, 1 kg, and 2.9 kg, respectively.

Abstract

The number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia as of September 2021 reached 64.2 million by contributing a GDP of around 61.07 percent and being able to absorb 97% of the total existing workforce, and was able to collect 60.42% of the total investment in Indonesia. This indicates that MSMEs have great potential to be developed, besides that MSMEs also contribute gross domestic product (GDP) in Indonesia, open opportunities to empower family finances, open business opportunities and absorb labor which in turn can improve the economy in Indonesia. However, the last two, the whole world has experienced economic paralysis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, as well as what happened in Indonesia. One of them has experienced a bad impact on MSMEs/ MSEs. The product of various chips "Tunggal Makmur" is a household industry that still survives today even though with Covid-19, production has decreased by up to 50% during the Covid-19 pandemic. For the conditions mentioned above, the Cilacap State Polytechnic Lecturer intends to carry out Community Service (PKM) at the location of various chips in Widarapayung Wetan village, Cilacap Regency. Community service aims to provide information and knowledge coaching to increase understanding of the important role of business in packaging various chips to attract buyers. The method used in this activity is by surveying methods and directly involving spaciousness to conduct coaching and conducting questions and answers with participants. What is expected by guiding to increase understanding of information and knowledge and socialization is to be able to increase sales by providing attractive packaging and labels. The output will be produced in the form of videos and journals.

Abstract

Air minum dapat langsung diminum tanpa melalui proses pemasakan salah satunya air minum isi ulang, dikarenakan sudah melalui proses pemurnian. Sumber air yang berasal dari air tanah mengandung mineral organik dan anorganik. Salah satu jenis dari mineral mikro yaitu Zn (seng) dalam air dibutuhkan untuk masa tumbuh kembang, menambah nafsu makan dan menyembuhkan luka. Sedangkan, jenis mineral mikro lainnya yang terdapat pada kelenjar hipofisis, dan tulang yaitu Mn (mangan). Pengujian kualitas air minum isi ulang dilakukan oleh PT. Sucofindo Batam menggunakan metode 3111B untuk pengujian Mn dan Zn, 4500-NH2-F sesuai dari Standard Methode for Water and Waste Water American Public Health Association, 22nd edition 2012. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai kandungan mangan, seng, ammonia dan pH yang tidak melebihi baku mutu dengan menggunakan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 (Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 492/MENKES/Per/IV/2010, 2010).
