This study aims to determine the influence of business expectations, performance expectations, self efficacy, and trust in customer satisfaction. Empirical study was conducted at Nurul Henna Aceh in Banda Aceh City using questionnaire as research instrument, which the sample in this research is equal to 163 people. Nonprobability Sampling is used as sampling technique with Purposive Sampling method. Multiple linear method is used as data analysis method using IBM SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that business expectations have a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction, performance expectations have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, and besides obtained the result that there is influence simultaneously to customer satisfaction.

This study aims to measure the effect of Person Organizational-fit and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intetion Mediated by Organizational Commitment at PT.Pertamina Banda Aceh. The sample consists of 70 employees of PT.Pertamina Banda Aceh. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling method and the type of sampling used was total sampling. Data collection equipment used in this study was questionnaire. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the variables involved. The results of the analysis show that Person Organizational-fit and job satisfaction have a significant effect on Organizational commitment and Turnover Intetio, Organizational commitment has a significant effect on Turnover Intetion, and Organizational commitment partially mediates the influence between Person Organizational-fit and Turnover Intetion, as well as the relationship between job satisfaction and Turnover Intetion.

This study aims to determine the effect of price discounts on the intention to buy sports shoes online that are mediated by trust. This research was conducted in Banda Aceh City. The study population was all teenage consumers aged 18-21 who were domiciled in the city of Banda Aceh and had purchased sports shoes online. whose numbers cannot be known with certainty. The sample size is set at 150 teenagers. Data collection is done by distributing question sheets (questionnaires). Primary data were analyzed by path analysis with the help of SPSS devices.The results of the study explain that price discounts have a significant effect on increasing adolescent consumer confidence in purchasing sports shoes online in Banda Aceh City. Adolescent trust has a significant effect on the intention to buy sports shoes online in Banda Aceh City. Discounted prices have no significant effect on the purchase intention of sports shoes in Banda Aceh City. Consumer trust can enhance the role of mediating the effect of price discounts on the intention to buy sports shoes online.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of affective commitment in relationship between supportive work environment and employee retention. This research conducted at Kyriad Muraya Hotel Aceh with 92 employees as samples. The research method uses saturated samples and data collection is done through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings suggest that supportive work environment plays a crucial role in predicting the employee retention. affective commitment partially mediates the relationship between supportive work environment and employee retention.

This study aims to determine the effect of Authentic Atmospherics on Behavioral Intention mediated by Positive Emotion and Customer Experience on visitors to the Indonesian Coffee Gallery in Central Aceh. The sample used in this study was 150 visitors who were selected through non-probability sampling technique. Data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that Authentic Atmospherics has an effect on Behavioral Intention, Authentic Atmospherics has an effect on Positive Emotion, Authentic Atmospherics has an effect on Customer Experience, Positive Emotion has an effect on Behavioral Intention, Customer Experience has an effect on Behavioral Intention, Positive emotional as a mediating variable with Authentic Atmoshpherics having an effect on Behavioral Intention, Customer Experience as mediating variables with Authentic Atmospherics affect Behavioral Intention.

This study aims to measure the effect of Mobile Phone Addiction Levels to Negative Emotions with Interpersonal Problems as a mediating variable in the Pemko of Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study were employees of Pemko Banda Aceh City is totaling 297 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling method. Causal Step was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the Causal Step analysis indicated that Mobile Phone Addiction Levels positively influence Negative Emotions, Mobile Phone Addiction Levels influence Interpersonal Problems, Interpersonal Problems positively influence Negative Emotions and Interpersonal Problems partial mediate the relationship between Mobile Phone Addiction Levels and Negative Emotions.

This study aims to measure the effect of Social Support to Academic Achievement and Emotional Exhaustion with Self-Esteem as a mediating variable in S1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unsyiah. The sample used in this study was S1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unsyiah, participating in 246 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is probability sampling.Causal step is used as an analytical method to find the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the Causal step analysis, Associated with Positive Social Support on Academic achievement, Social Support have a negative effect on Emotional Exhaustion, Social Support positifly influence to Self-Esteem, Self-Esteem positifly influence Academic Achievement , Self-Esteem negatifly influence to Emotional Exhaustion, Self-esteem mediates with a partial relationship of Social Support to Academic Achievement and Self-esteem mediates with a partial relationship of Social Support to Emotional Exhaustion.

This study aims to examine the influence of the Organizational Climate on Organizational Performance with the Innovative Work Behavior as a mediating variable at BNI Bank, Banda Aceh Main Branch Office. The sample used in this study were 71 employees of BNI Bank Banda Aceh Main Branch Office using total sampling technique. This study, (questionnaire) to collect data. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used in this study as the method of data analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved and Sobel Test is used to test the mediating effect. Based on the results of the HLM analysis and Sobel test, it shows that Organizational Climate and innovative work behavior have positive effect on Organizational Performance. Organizational Climate has a positive effect on Innovative Work Behavior, Innovative Work Behavior partially mediates the relationship between Organizational Climate and Organizational Performance.

This study aims to find the accuracy of stocks, target price and bias recommendation by analyzing PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia and PT Mandiri Sekuritas. The data were collected from primary and secondary sources. Population of this study were all LQ 45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that have been received recommendation from PT RHB securities Indonesia and PT Mandiri Sekuritas for the period of February- July 2020. The hypothesis testing used in this study by using Uji Beda t-test, the results show that: 1) The level of accuracy of PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia analyst recommendations is more accurate than PT Mandiri Sekuritas.. 2) The target price for PT Mandiri Sekuritas analysis is superior to that of PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia 3) Analysis recommendation of PT RHB Sekuritas and PT Mandiri Sekuritas shown bias negatively.

With the significant development of social media platforms, Instagram is now becoming a social media platforms that not only allows users to share photos or videos but also their opinions and experiences in consuming products or services. This then makes social media able in facilitating users to engage in electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM). By using consumer socialization approach, this research explores whether peer communication, relation and attitude towards the brand, and Instagram usage behaviour can influence e-WOM in Instagram. The statistical populations are 240 respondents who are sampled by purposive sampling technique. This research tests three hypotheses with logistic regression analysis and finds that peer communications, relation and attitude toward the brands, as well as Instagram usage behaviour influence e-WOM intention positively and significantly. This research also gives some managerial implications and some recommendations for future research.
