Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of Work-Family Conflict and Job Satisfaction toward Employee Performance mediated by Affective Commitme. The sample consist of 103 employees of the Banda Aceh City Primary Service Tax Office. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling and the type of  sampling is total sampling. Data was collected through survey using questionnaire. The Hierarchical Linear Modelling is used on analytical method to determine the effect of variables involved. The result shows that Work-Family Conflict are not significant to affective commitment and employee performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Affective Commitment and Employee Performance, the affective commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, and Affective Commitment does not play a mediating role in the influence between Work-family Conflict and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study shows that the Effect of Resilience and Perceived Organizational Support related to Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employees at Harian Serambi Indonesia. Therefore, this study provides literature on the contribution to resilience, perceived organizational support and work performance through the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census). This study uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of the HML that resilience has an effect on employee performance. Perception of Organizational Support has an effect on Employee Performance. Resilience affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Perception of Organizational Support has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has an effect on Employee Performance. Resilience affects employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

This study shows that Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement are related to Professional Identity and Turnover Intention to Employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia in Banda Aceh City. Therefore, this study provides literature on the contribution to professional identity and turnover intention through the mediating role of job satisfaction and employee. This study uses COR theory which shows that when employees have professional identity, employee engagement, job satisfaction, they will feel they have many valuable resources. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the type of sampling selected is stratified random sampling. This study uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of HLM that Professional Identity has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, while Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction have a negative effect on Turnover Intention. In addition, Professional Identity has a positive effect on Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction. In this relationship, Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction have an effect as a mediating relationship between Professional Identity and Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship of career competence to subjective career success with employment activities as a mediator and academic satisfaction as a moderator. Data was obtained through a survey of 265 people as a representative sample of the research population. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that career competencies, employability activities and academic satisfaction directly affect subjective career success. The results also found that career competencies affects the mediator variable, namely employability activities, and career competencies also affects the moderator variable, namely academic satisfaction so that employability  activities are able to become a mediator and academic satisfaction is able to become a moderator of the career competencies variable that influence subjective career success.         Keywords: Career Competencies, Subjective Career Success, Employability Activities, Academic SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi karir terhadap kesuksesan karir subjektif dengan aktivitas ketenagakerjaan sebagai mediator dan kepuasan akademik sebagai moderator. Data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap 265 orang sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi karir, aktivitas ketenagakerjaan dan kepuasan akademik secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan karir subjektif. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa karir kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap variabel mediator, yaitu aktivitas ketenagakerjaan, dan kompetensi karir juga berpengaruh terhadap variabel moderator, yaitu kepuasan akademik, sehingga aktivitas ketenagakerjaan mampu menjadi mediator dan kepuasan akademik mampu menjadi moderator pada pengaruh variabel kompetensi karir terhadap kesuksesan karir subjektif.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Karir, Kesuksesan Karir Subjektif, Aktivitas Ketenagakerjaan, Kepuasan Akademik

Abstract

This study aims to see the effects of customer satisfaction related to service quality, price and loyalty to JNE customers in the city of Banda Aceh. Therefore this study provides literature on the contribution to service quality, price and loyalty through its mediating role on customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) program which was then tested for validity and reliability tests so that the data that had been collected was not biased. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Hierarchial Linear Modeling (HLM) method to determine the effect between variables. The results of hypothesis testing were carried out partially (t test) to determine the direct effect between variables and using the Causal Step method to determine the indirect effect between variables. Based on the results of the analysis, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. In this relationship, customer satisfaction has an effect as a mediating relationship between quality and price with loyalty

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of person-organization fit, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in PT Telkom Bandung. The method used by the researcher is a quantitative method using a simple linear regression technique. The data used in this study are secondary and primary data, through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale and data collection of 24 questions which were distributed to 100 employees of the information technology section of the Bandung telecommunications company. The results of the research proved that the two hypotheses proposed in this study are accepted, po-fit has positive influence to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on the result of the study, the company is expected in the employee recruitment process, must pay attention to the compatibility between prospective employees and the company, not only compatibility with their jobs. Then when assigning employees, the company does not only consider the ability of employees, but also pay attention to the compatibility between employees and the departments they will handle, and the company should continue mainting employee commitment in order to improve the performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examinie the effect of Facilities and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty mediated by Customer Satisfaction at the Sportivo Simpang Mesra coffee shop in Banda Aceh during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents who had criteria to be used as samples and the analytical tool used was Sructural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this study indicate that the Facility variable affects Customer Satisfaction, the Service Quality variable affect Customer Satisfaction, and the Service Quality variable affects Customer Loyalty to the customer of the Sportivo Simpang Mesra coffee shop in Banda Aceh. Furthermore, the Facility variable has no effect on Customer Loyalty, and the Customer Satisfaction variable as a mediation has no effect on Customer Loyalty, so there is no mediation effect in this studyThis study aims to examine the effect of facilities and service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at the Sportivo Simpang Mesra coffee shop in Banda Aceh during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Social Media Marketing and Store Environment on Customer Retention mediated by Perceived Value on Kotty Cosmetics consumers in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study was Kotty Cosmetics consumers, totaling 200 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect between the variables involved. Based on the results of SEM analysis it is identified that Social Media Marketing and Store Environment have a positive effect on Customer Retention, Social Media Marketing and Store Environment have a positive effect on Perceived Value, Perceived Value fully mediates the influence of Social Media Marketing on Customer Retention, and the influence of the Store Environment on Customer Retention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the mediating role of resistance in the factors influencing intention use mobile learning which includes relative advantages, complexity, inertia, and innovative. The sample in this study was 171 high school students in Indonesia. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, while the technique used is purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing in this study using Structural Equation Modeling. Results of this study shows that the complexity has an effect on intention to use mobile learning and inertia affect mobile learning resistance. Relative advantages and innovative has no effect on intention to use mobile learning. In addition, the relative advantages and complexity has no effect on mobile learning resistance. Mobile learning resistance does not mediate the relative advantage effect on intention to use mobile learning, whereas mobile learning resistance partially mediates the effect of complexity on intention to use mobile learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Job Design and Organizational Culture on employee performance, work motivation as a mediating variable on Serambi Indonesia Daily Employees. The sampling method in this study used Probability Sampling with a sample of 102 respondents. Linear Hierarchical Regression (HRL) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Job Design, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the Work Motivation variable fully mediates between Job Design and Employee Performance. Then the Work Motivation variable partially mediates between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.
