Abstract

Pengendalian internal upah yang baik sangat membantu perusahaan dalam mengukur cara kerja karyawan dan dari hasil kinerja karyawan, perusahaan mampu menghitung seberapa banyak jasa yang harus dibayarkan kepada karyawan. Suatu pengendalian yang baik dalam perusahaan harus memiliki sistem prosedur yang dapat mengendalikan semua aktivitas perusahaan serta pengendalian terhadap struktur organisasi yang dapat memisahkan tugas dan tanggung jawab fungsional yang jelas, pemberian sistem otorisasi dan prosedur pencatatan yang benar, praktek yang sehat serta kemampuan karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas.Objek penelitian adalah PT Beta Rekatama Jaya yang berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Kabil Pulau Batam. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan pengamatan secara langsung atas aktivitas perusahaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih terdapat kelemahan pada struktur organisasi yakni pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh fungsi pencatatan waktu dan fungsi pembayaran upah.

Abstract

Principal research that you want to answer through this study is: Does work stress has direct influence on the performance of the employee, whether compensated directly influence employee performance. Does work stress affect the performance and compensation of employees simultaneously and partially PT. Harapan Citra Jaya. Results of this study, ie work stress directly affects the performance of employees based on the perception of 100 people scored 3,773 or (20.4%). compensation to employee performance scored 3,173 or (14.5%). So also with the stress of work and the compensation effect on the performance of the employees got together with the 7154 value (65.1%). From the analysis also found that it can be compared directly influence the three variables: the stress of work, compensation and performance of employees have an equally strong influence.

Abstract

The study entitled "The Effect of Compensation, work motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance PT. Passion Plastics in Batam "aims to determine whether the compensation, work motivation and work environment, either partially or simultaneously affect the performance of employees. To examine these issues, the questionnaire was distributed to 40 employees. Then the data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 o'clock analysis techniques.             The results of the study showed that partially compensate positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with regression coefficient 2.143 and significant level of 0.039. Further work motivation and no significant negative impact on employee performance seen that the value of the regression coefficient of -1.277 and a significant level of 0.210. Then the work environment are positive and significant impact on the performance of employees with regression coefficient 3.283 with a significant level of 0.002. Based on simultaneously (Test F) there is a significant effect and positive effect on employee performance with regression coefficient 6.071 and significant level of 0.002.

Abstract

Decision making is a process of selecting the best alternative of several alternatives systematically to follow-up (use) as a way of solving the problem, then the decision-making supplies are needed within the company. that play a role in management decision making. In an enterprise, inventory is an important asset and must be managed well. To manage inventory, management must make decisions about the number of orders, when they are placed, and how much inventory should be kept with the cost of maintenance and storage of supplies to every decision the most minimal. In this study, the authors tried to assess whether the method used has been to support inventory management decision making by the company management, by performing calculations using the method of EOQ, ROP and SS. The results showed that the method applied by PT. International Electronics PCI Batam do not act to support decision-making supplies by the management company for not considering the costs of maintenance and storage of supplies in every decision taken, it is recommended that PT PCI Electronic international Batam applying the method of EOQ, ROP and SS in decision-making supplies.

Abstract

Based on the background described in the work environment and work experience is the mostof one important thing is inside a company, to make the company can achieve the main goals of which is owned by the company. The purpose of this research is to discover how the influence of Work Environment and Work Experience for Employee Performance PT.Amtek Precision Components Batam. besides that, the researchers tested the hypothesis that the Work Environment influence on Employee Performance and Work Experience effect on Employee Performance. The research was conducted by means of a questionnaire or questionnaires completed by employees PT. Amtek Precision Components Batam.            The results from this study that the Working Environment (X1) the significance value that is equal to 0.000, Work Experience(X2) of significance value is equal to 0.000. obtained value of R Square (R2) of 0.613 or 61,30%. This means the ability variable Work Environment, and Work Experience in explaining the Performance of employees is 61,30%. The remaining amount of 38,70% is explained by other variables that are not included in this study.The results of this study can be used by future researchers, as materials science research on Work Environment and Work Experience on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine: (1) Effect of Inflation on PT Cahaya Metal Indo Perkasa during the period from January to December. (2) Effect of Exchange Rate on Light PT Cahaya Metal Indo Perkasa for a period of months from January to December .. (3) Effect of simultaneous Between Inflation and Exchange Rate to PT Cahaya Metal Indo Perkasa during the period from January to December. This study is quantitative in that it refers to the calculation of research data in the form of numbers. The variables of the study include the dependent and the independent variables. The sample in this research is PT Cahaya Metal Indo Perkasa -month period from January to December 2015. The sample selection using the method of reporting total sales, with a total of 12 (twelve) of data during the period from January to December 2015. Data were analyzed using regression analysis berganda.Berdasarkan Statistical analysis can be summed up the effect of inflation (X1) the correlation (1.658) and significant (0.004) 0.05. which means that the relationship is significant. Exchange Rate (X2) effect on sales revenue is the correlation (1.269) with a positive value indicates the direction of the relationship. Significant value (0.236) 0.05, which means the relationship is not significant. F count is (2089) with significant value 0.004 Fhitung lower than 0.05.Nilai significance 0.004 0.05 which means that the relationship is significant.

Abstract

Manusia sebagai tenaga kerja, merupakan sumber daya potensial untuk dijadikan modal dasar dengan catatan mereka itu merupakan tenaga produktif. Pada Kantor Pemerintah Kota Batam yang khususnya pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Pasar, Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kota Batam adalah merupakan dinas yang bergerak dibidang pengembangan pasar, peningkatan kebersihan, dan pembangunan. Pada pengujian hipotesa pertama, Karena t hitung (8,933) t tabel (1,66088), maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya; Koefisien regresi signifikan atau variabel Penataan Kios   mempengaruhi variabel Kesejahteraan PKL. Pada pengujian hipotesa kedua, karena t hitung (14,177) t tabel (1,66088), maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya; Koefisien regresi  signifikan atau variabel Kebersihan  mempengaruhi variabel Kesejahteraan PKL. Pada pengujian hipotesa ketiga  t hitung (12,649) t tabel (1,66088), maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya; Koefisien regresi signifikan atau variabel Keamanan mempengaruhi variabel Kesejahteraan PKL. Pada pengujian hipotesa keempat  t hitung (8,105) t tabel (1,660), maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya; Koefisien regresi signifikan atau variabel Ketertiban mempengaruhi variabel Kesejahteraan PKL. Pada pengujian hipotesa kelima F hitung (80,244) F table (0,05 ; 4, 93) 2,47, sehingga Ho ditolak, artinya  terjadi hubungan yang linear antara variable Penataan Kios (X1), Kebersihan (X2), Keamanan (X3) dan Ketertiban  (X4) secara bersama-sama terhadap Kesejahteraan PKL (Y).

Abstract

Human resources play an important role in determining the success of an organization. Urian the author to convey in general can be summarized as follows: In testing the hypothesis whether the variables education level influence on Work Productivity, then Because t arithmetic (6.010) t table (1.697), then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, meaning; Significant regression coefficient or a variable effect on the education level Work Productivity, In testing the hypothesis variable Scholarship Award for Educational influence on Work Productivity, then Because t arithmetic (5.067) t table (1.697), then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, meaning; Significant regression coefficients or variables affect the variable Scholarship Work Productivity, In testing the hypothesis whether variables affect the School Facilities Work Productivity, then Because t arithmetic (4.294) t table (1.697), then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, meaning; Significant regression coefficient or a variable effect on the School Facilities Work Productivity variable, In testing the hypothesis whether the variable Level of Education, Scholarship and School Facilities simultaneously affect the Work Productivity. Anova gives the figure of 11,908 F count F table with a significance level of 2.93 (probability figure) of 0.05. F count F table then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. Then the regression coefficient Level of Education, provision of scholarships Education and School Facility jointly significant effect on Work Productivity variables.
