Madrasah Nizhamiyya is the momentum of the history of Islamic education, the pioneer of institutional Islamic education system, and the driving force behind the establishment of similar institutions in the history of Islamic education. In addition, the birth of this educational institution is also seen as an effort to awaken Sunni orthodoxy. On the other hand, this institution is the starting point for the decline of science, because the supremacy of the religious sciences in it raises the dichotomy and antagonization of various branches of science. Whereas in Islam there is no recognition of the essential separation between the religious sciences and the "profane sciences", because it all boils down to the knowledge of the Only One - the substance of all knowledge. Keywords: Madrasah, education, Sunni

History of Acehnese women who fought heroically and patriotic; They are not only willing to fight in the battlefield, but also in political leadership, recorded that Aceh led by sultanah (women leaders) for 59 years. This long history proves that Acehnese women have been self-serving in various fields, both as low-level leaders up to the highest leaders in society. The courage and crookedness of Acehnese women is extraordinary, especially in defending the ideals of nationality and religion. Therefore, Aceh deserves to be called the emancipation pioneer. Keywords: female leadership, the kingdom of Aceh Darussalam

Majalengka is an area in Tatar Sunda that has a long history. This area has even been the basis of a number of kingdoms that once existed in the history records of our nation. When Islam began to spread to Parahyangan area from Cirebon direction, some areas did not immediately accept the religion which came from the Arab land. Two of them are Talaga and Rajagaluh which are located exactly in Majalengka Regency now. The situation is certainly raises many questions considering the current regency is inhabited by the majority of Muslims. Of course one of the things that make it curious is about the gait of the spreaders of Islam in the community. One of the spreaders of Islam in Majalengka is K.H. Tubagus Latifuddin residing in Pageraji. From oral tradition it is known that this charismatic figure has a very significant role to increase the number of adherents of Islam in the area. His very special positioning of his grave shows that K.H. Tubagus Latifuddin is not an arbitrary person, because he still has a permanent place in the heart of society even though this character has long died. Keywords: tombs, the spread of Islam, community leaders, Majalengka

The establishment of Madrasah as an educational institution is not purely educational. There is a political and ideological motif behind the stand. This motivation has implications for the study of madrasah which is thick with the content of religious science of Sunni version especially fiqih. The knowledge is more likely to recycle and preserve the establishment of religious doctrines, and less encourage creative critical thinking as in the natural sciences. Considerable impact is the development of intellectual transformation and subsequent Islamic civilization that stagnated with the closing of the door of ijtihad and the dichotomism of Islamic scholars. A historical problem that leads to the decline of Islam.

Specifically, in the land of Madura and Tapal Kuda ranging from Situbondo, Banyuwangi, Probolinggo and Bondowoso with the network of Pesantren Sidogiri Pasuruan and Talangsari Jember. By this coordination he succeeded to gather those social groups through the Sabilillah-Hizbullah laskar which also connected the kinship line of his predecessors.
