Abstract

Agriculture is one of the important sectors in Indonesia, so it needs special attention from the government. However, farmers often face several problems such as low prices at harvest, so they experience losses and do not know for sure the costs that have been incurred during the production process. This study aims to analyze the production costs of agricultural commodities on the slopes of Gunung Ciremai National Park. The collection was done by interviewing the farmers about the components and the amount of costs incurred during production. Research has found that the average cost of all commodities is Rp. 6,921,104.00 (S = 8,265,418.07; n = 230). The commodity with the highest cost was potatoes (Rp. 13,703,868.00) and the lowest was celery (Rp. 1,562,000). Celery is also the type that has the highest efficiency value (10.24), then eggplant (3.62), chili (3.52), and cabbage (2.92); while the potato is 1.55. The types that provide the largest net income are chili (Rp. 16,286,592,00) and celery (Rp. 14,550,500.00). This study also shows that celery is more suitable to be developed for farmers who have limited capital, while potatoes are for farmers with large capital. Keywords: agriculture, ciremai mountain, production costs, vegetables

Abstract

Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives places the supervision of BMT under the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. Meanwhile, Law Number 1 of 2013 concerning Microfinance Institutions mandates that the supervisory function of BMTs is under the supervision of the OJK. The two supervisory regulations give rise to a dualism of supervision which results in the emergence of dualism of supervisory regulations in the operation of BMT. This research uses normative research with analytical descriptive research methods and law content analysis equipped with structured interview guidelines. The data used are in the form of laws and regulations related to supervision and data from research objects in West Java, namely BMT Amanah Syariah, BMT Talaga and BMT Ibaadurrahman. The results of this study indicate that there is a supervisory dualism that has an impact on the emergence of disharmony in the supervision regulation in the operation of BMT in West Java. The factors that cause disharmony in supervisory regulations are that there are two basic legal references related to supervision, the legal substance in the supervisory regulations is not in accordance with the characteristics of the BMT, the implementation of supervisory regulations is not optimal and there is no regulation that regulates the legality of BMT. These factors have legal consequences in the form of disharmony of supervisory law on the operationalization of BMT which has a negative impact on the mechanism of establishment, operation, accountability, and reporting by BMT to each supervisory agency. The factors that cause disharmony in supervisory regulations are that there are two basic legal references related to supervision, the legal substance in the supervisory regulations is not in accordance with the characteristics of the BMT, the implementation of supervisory regulations is not optimal and there is no regulation that regulates the legality of BMT.Keywords: Dualism, BMT, Supervision, Cooperatives and MFIs.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the influence of the internal variables of Islamic banks on market share. Market share is one of the indicators used by Islamic banking to measure how much it contributes to the banking industry in Indonesia. The internal variables of Islamic banks used are Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, and Non Performing Financing. The relationship between bank internal variables and market share is measured using long-term regression, namely fully modified ordinary least squares (FMOLS) and dynamic ordinary least squares (DOLS) regressions. Based on the results of this regression, it shows that the profitability variable proxied by Return On Assets and the Financing to deposit Ratio variable has a positive effect on the market share of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non-Performing Financing variables reject the proposed hypothesis. These results conclude that in the long-term the market share of the variable return on assets and the financing to deposit ratio can increase the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of business credit, management capital, and spiritual values on the performance of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the Teunom sub-district. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the quantitative method for this research. The research population included 115 respondents who were SMEs and KUR recipients at BSI KCP Teunom, and data were collected through a questionnaire. The findings revealed that people's business credit and spiritual values had a significant and positive impact on the performance of MSMEs. However, management capital did not affect the performance of MSMEs. The study strongly suggests that increasing the religiosity value of the community towards the funds received could lead to an increase in people's business loans.InsertRephraseImprove itShorten itSound confidentMore
