Abstract

Halal certification will be mandatory for all products in Indonesia including MSEs products. That is why the acceleration of halal certification must be carried out by BPJPH, one of which is by forming a companion team for the halal product process for MSEs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the optimization of MSEs coaching in submitting halal certificates in Cirebon. The research method used is through a qualitative approach with interactive model analysis method, using primary and secondary data sourced from observation, interviews and literature review. The results of this study indicate that LP3H IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon has assisted MSEs a lot in applying for halal certification, but there are still some obstacles in it. With this effort, it is hoped that it will be able to resolve the obstacles encountered so that the assistance of MSEs in applying for halal certificates in Cirebon becomes more optimal.

Abstract

This early marriage seems to be a "fad" that repeats. In the past, young marriage was considered commonplace. Years change, more and more are against marriage at an early age. This phenomenon is back again, if in the past parents wanted their children to marry young for various reasons, now many teenagers themselves dream of marrying young. They are not village teenagers, but teenagers in big cities. In addition, some teenagers view that marrying young is an option so that they avoid committing sinful acts, such as having sex before marriage. Marriage at a young age is only a piece of the social reality that society is currently facing. Among adolescents, marriage at a young age is seen as a way out to avoid free sex. There are also those who do it out of necessity and because they become pregnant out of wedlock. This opinion may be true, but marriage is certainly not just uniting oneself in a marriage as an answer to the problems of life that are being faced. Marriage is a provision of life that must be prepared carefully.This type of research is library research (library research), in the sense that all data sources come from written materials in the form of books, documents, magazines and texts that are related to the topic of discussion through a review of various literature related to research which includes primary, secondary data. , dantertier. Abstract

"RELATIONS OF POWER IN CHILD MARRIAGE (Case Study in Greged District, Cirebon Regency)", 2022.Child marriage is still one of the phenomena that worries the world and often makes teenagers make it their main goal in life. Not least the cause of child marriage is the existence of power relations. Based on absolute numbers, the highest number of child marriages was found on the island of Java, which then made the authors study Cirebon Regency. This is reinforced by reports recorded at the Sumber Religious Court, that as many as 1,640 marriage dispensation applications were registered from 2018 to June 2022, and Greged District is one of the Districts with the highest marriage rate in Cirebon Regency. This paper discusses the contextual conditions of the prevalence of child marriage in Greged District, what factors have caused the rise of child marriage, and what are the impacts on women there. The theory that the writer uses as a knife for this analysis is Michel Foucault's Power Relations theory. The essence of Foucault's thought is power and knowledge. The method used is a qualitative research method with a legal sociology approach. The results of this study are first, the highest child marriage rate is occupied by Lebak Mekar Village and the lowest is occupied by Greged Village. This sub-district is dominated by farm laborers as well as traders, 100% Muslim and safe political conditions. Second, low educational strata, limited finances, existence of power relations, traditional assumptions, juvenile delinquency problems, and religious understanding are the factors causing the rise of child marriage. Third, the impact on women is health risk, cut off from education, increasing poverty for women, and the potential to experience domestic violence.Keywords: Child Marriage, Power Relations, Greged

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinants of the volatility of the rupiah exchange rate in Indonesia in 2010-2022. Rising and falling currencies on the money market indicate volatility that occurs in the currency of one country to another. When currency values experience extreme volatility, the economy will experience macro and micro instability. In this study, there are four macroeconomic variables that are thought to influence the Rupiah exchange rate as a dependent variable, including international trade (independent variable I), investment (independent variable II) and foreign exchange reserves (intermediate variable). The location of the research was carried out in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, this selection was due to the research analyzing the Rupiah exchange rate so that it was relevant as a research location. The research object is the Rupiah Exchange Rate. The data collection technique as a data source uses secondary data obtained through the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. The data analysis technique in this study is to use path analysis, which is a diagram that connects independent variables, intermediate variables and dependent variables. Relationship patterns are shown. by using arrows, where a single arrow shows a causal relationship between variables. The results of the study used a) the classical assumption test, consisting of, among other things, the normality test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. (b) validity test. Based on the results of the discussion of research on Determinant Analysis of Rupiah Exchange Rate Volatility in Indonesia in 2010-2022 is an international trade variable has a positive and significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate, export and import variables have a positive effect on economic growth. Investment variables have a positive and significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate, while foreign exchange reserves have an indirect effect on the rupiah exchange rate.Keywords: Rupiah Exchange Rate, International Trade, Investment, Foreign Exchange Reserves.

Abstract

Zakat is related to social and economic problems. In the social field, zakat can eliminate poverty by giving awareness to rich people or wealthy people of social responsibility, while in the economic field, zakat can prevent the accumulation of wealth in the hands of individuals. Drastic. The current condition of the country is unstable in various fields, namely the economy, education, health, religion, social and culture. This condition occurred due to the Covid-19 outbreak that hit various countries.This research method is carried out using qualitative research, a process of research and understanding based on a methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and human problems.The results of this study concluded that during the Covid19 pandemic carried out by BAZNAS Cirebon Regency, namely following the Covid-19 handling protocol while maintaining physical distancing, social distancing and always wearing a mask, the distribution approach was by coming directly to the mustahik place (push approach), coordinating with the Cirebon Regency BPBD and coordination with village officials who already have a Covid-19 task force. In empowering small trader businesses, economic empowerment programs are able to realize the welfare of the people. Abstract

Waqf is an Islamic social and religious institution that has played an important role in the history of Muslim society. Cash waqf is a solution that can make waqf more productive. The potential for cash waqf in Indonesia is enormous. Management of cash waqf in a professional manner is expected to be able to develop cash waqf and provide benefits for the welfare of the wider community. Therefore there is a need for innovation in the development of cash waqf assets and one of them is by way of investment.This type of research is library research (library research), in the sense that all data sources come from written materials in the form of books, documents, magazines and texts that are related to the topic of discussion through a review of various literature related to research which includes primary, secondary data. , dantertier. Abstract

Covid-19 has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). Apart from causing a health emergency, the presence of this virus also has implications for several sectors such as finance which stem from an unstable economy. Based on this, the role of the state is needed to guarantee its prevention and handling. Indonesia as a constitutional state must guarantee certainty and protection by temporarily suspending coaching as a form of protection for convicts. Philosophically, the issuance of a circular letter from the director general of correctional institutions has considered the situation where cases of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak are increasing day by day, so that the director general of correctional institutions acts as responsible for the situation in correctional institutions and continues to coordinate with the minister of law and human rights.
