Abstract

The present religious presence is required to be active in solving the problems and challenges facing its adherents. The position and role of religion is not only a symbol of piety but can play a role in solving the existing problems. The psychological approach in Islamic studies has a significant role to explain the outward symptoms of religious people. Armed with psychological theories will be easy to know the level of religion that is understood, lived and practiced by someone. The cognitive theory of religion is able to provide answers related to the limitations beyond human capabilities. In addition, religious-based psychotherapy is one concept of psychotherapy in the perspective of Islam that can be used as a therapy to cure various diseases both physical and mental disorders.

Abstract

This paper aims provides how the actual issue of neutrality of Indonesian bureaucracy, especially on the Civil Servants of local government related to the Local election process. The important position of civil servants as public servants with its network touches many aspects of community life makes people as dependent on the bureaucracy existence. At the same time,bureaucracy seems under the politicians' interests due to their position in the system of regional government. This study also simultaneously shows how the concept of neutrality implements in Indonesian bureaucracy associated with the Indonesian political system, including in the context of the regional government.

Abstract

Marriage is one of the manifestations of human nature in the world to find happines, and make their descendant. Unfortunately, not all marriages are lasting until the end of the age, and not a litle ended in divorce. one case of divorce, is when a husband on his wife filed for divorce in religious courts. It dilator overshadow the many factors causing the disharmony that leads todivorce. However, the judiciary and the associated constantly seek and forge solutions to minimize the number of divorce cases divorce tends to increase from year to year.

Abstract

Pers function, beside as an information between the public and the government, also could be a transfer of social control and social values and culture in society too. The press can also be a media propaganda that conveys the teachings of Islam and Islamic values to people ofIndonesian that dominant of in Muslim. But, in the era of media convergence at this time, press Islam in Indonesia is not able to develop properly. It is caused by a lack of capital from the manager of the press Islam, the lack of professional personal are educated to understand thecombination of business activities, editorial, printing techniques and a variety of advanced devices and the lack of interest in reading among Muslims especially the themes of Islam. Thusresulting in less interesting views of Islam with media content that impressed "heavy" to read.Indutrialisasi of mass media today demanded the Islamic press is not the only idealism, but alsodevelop media businesses to finance the smooth operation of the press, in addition to the needfor professionalism of workers in managing the Islamic press media. Release Islam also needs tounderstand the market taste and class audience of readers who want a rational religiousofferings, which can be digested by common sense and is relevant to the level of their lives. Inaddition to media contents, press Islam also should pay attention to their physical appearancethat appeal to readers. With so releases Islam can survive amid tough competition in the era ofmedia convergence.

Abstract

Social Responsibility Islamic college in a heterogeneous society is very important where there are various permaslahan ranging from social, religious, cultural, ethnic, and so on. Implementation of social responsibility programs implemented by IAIN college Palopo in the form of community service programs through research and community empowerment as a portion of Tridharma college. Various problems and constraints faced by IAIN Palopo is the lack of cooperation with the government, the lack of coordination of the implementation of activities, disseminate the results of research which is still low, the lack of real information regarding the condition of society, the implementation of the work program based on individual initiative, work programs aimed at specific groups, and there has been no work program, appropriate and sustainable for society.

Abstract

This study aims to acquire factual knowledge, understanding and expressing a variety of symptoms that arise throughout the process of conveying messages of dakwah by members of Jamaah Tabligh Palopo, and develop concepts, theoretical models, and communication approaches with regard to the role of Jamaah Tabligh as a preacher. Researchers conducted a participant observation of the Jamaah Tabligh Palopo uses dramaturgical theory of Erving Goffman, who use the theater metaphor to analyze human behavior. Through this research, will know what, why and how they're to preach, especially about their impression management in conveying the messages of dakwah. The author found that Jamaah Tabligh is more of a cultural movement, the movement clearly well organized. In the context of dramaturgy there is a clear line between the front stage and back stage, but Jamaah Tabligh give an opportunity to the public to at any time to cross the edge. Actors in this case members of the Jamaah Tabligh tried to play a good role as a preacher, it is dominated by the more spiritual motivation

According to the law, Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) is a written law that used as specific guidelines for Muslims in resolving all legal issues including on the status of an adopted child. Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that discusses the issue of commitment among Muslim traders at the Center of Commerce Palopo on pray congregationally. The main issue discussed in this research is whether there is a commitment among Muslim traders at Palopo Trade Center in the implementation of pray congregationally?, and if any, how far is the effect of such disciplinary commitment in establishing silaturrahim and in improving their business result as a trader? The results showed that the implementation of the congregational prayers performed by traders at the Palopo Trading Center can be categorized as part of the factor of the formation of integration behavior, this is supported by the commitment and discipline. Discipline in prayer congregation for traders Palopo City Commercial Center against work ethic is done by: get used to unite and help; perfecting the prayers of the less worshipers; gain the good of the world; enliven sense of equality and brotherhood; familiarize people with their leaders; gain the good of religion; helps concentration of mind.

Abstract

The new media era is a time when every individual has a virtual community other than their community in the real world. The high interactivity of social media and its decentralized nature allows for the enormous flow of information that inflicts social media users. This of course can have a positive impact, but it can also bring a negative effect. To counteract the negative effects of social media, media literacy is needed, in this case for students. Media literacy is done to form a filter on students, in the face of negative exposure in social media that can give effect to the formation of a stereotype of a person against a particular ethnic or religious groups, as well as information charged with radicalism. It is deemed necessary to see IAIN Kendari students who have very diverse ethnic backgrounds and different organizational backgrounds of different groups, thus affecting the difference of individuals in making decisions or in dealing with various forms of information from social media. Media literacy is done through the way of da'wah is to provide understanding to the students how the media to construct a message that is combined with messages that contain knowledge about Islam. This paper will describe the media literacy model for IAIN Kendari students with the form of da'wah which aims to counteract the understanding of radicalism obtained through social media, for IAIN students Kendari.

Abstract

This research started from the desire to do Da'wah Islamiyah to the inland residents of Central Kalimantan, especially to the Dayaks who have the power of Exotic Drag to be studied and dii through the door of their social culture. Actually the belief system is a form of human conquest of humanity to something great, all-powerful and all-great. The Dohoi tribe that is part of the Ot Danak Dayak tribe has a peculiarity in the order of life of his belief, although they have adherence to the Dayak conviction of Kaharingan belief. The Dohoi tribe as adherents of the Helu religion (ancient religion) continue to hold rituals of Kaharingan faith even though they have embraced other religions such as Protestant, Catholic and Moslem. It is interesting to examine in order to express their strong sense of belief and has survived almost 2 centuries of Kaharingan faith development by its adherents in Central Kalimantan. The results showed that the Dohoi tribe is a follower of syncretism in which their beliefs (Kaharingan) are believed to be the dominant religious teachings they use ie Hindu, Buddhist, Christian / Catholic and Moslem.
