Journal of Business Management Education (JBME) with the registered number e-issn 2715-3037 and p-issn 2715-3045 is an online journal of undergraduate student in Pendidikan Bisnis, Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Publishing every three times a year in May, September and December. Journal of Business Management Education contains scientific papers and or part of the thesis of undergraduate students. The primary editorial objective of the Journal of Business Management Education (JBME) is to provide a forum for the dissemination of theory and research in all areas of education, business, management, and entrepreneurship which would be of interest to academics and practitioners. Abstract : This study examines the effect of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of the company in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study were mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2016, while the sampling method used was purposive sampling and 25 research samples were obtained. The data used are secondary data collected by documentation techniques. The method of analyzing data in this study uses statistical testing of panel data with the common effect model method. Based on the calculation of panel data regression analysis with the help of software Eviews 9 it results that intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not affect the value of the company.Â

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand engagement terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna media sosial di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan verifikatif dengan teknik analisis jalur, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 106 responden. The purpose of the research to find out the influence of work environment toward motivation and motivation effect to organizational commitment. The object which became analysis unit in this research are employees of textile industry X. This research is using verificative with explanatory survey as a method. Data collection technique used questionnaire with 180 respondents as sample. The result of this research found that the influence of work environment toward the motivation is 69,1% which was in the strong category. However, motivation affects to employee organizational commitment is 45,3% which was in the strong category. This research found out that if work environment is conducive, it will increase employee motivation. High motivation will build high organizational commitment. The employees who have high organizational commitment will do the job optimally and more responsible, so that the company could achieve the objectives.

 Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of brand personality on brand loyalty. The object becomes the unit of analysis in this research is camera Nikon community Indonesia. The type of research is using descriptive with the explanatory method survey of 106 respondents. The results of  this research indicate that the brand personality in the good category and brand loyalty in the good category. In this research findings if the conditions of the brand personality is good, then it will increase brand loyalty.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the Effect of Perceived Service Quality and Switching Cost on Customer Loyaly in the IM3 Ooredoo Users in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive verification research, using explanatory survey method by simple random sampling technique with 150 respondents and the data were analized by multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24.0. The outcome of this study indicate that the concept of perceived service quality is fairly high category, the concept of switching cost is fairly high category, the concept of customer loyalty is fairly high category, and the customer loyalty is influenced by both perceived service quality and switching cost.Keywords: Perceived Service Quality; Switching Cost; Customer LoyaltyÂ

The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of entrepreneurship competence on business performance, the influence of entrepreneurshp motivation on business performance, and the influence of entrepreneurship competence and entrepreneurshp motivation on business performance. The object becomes the unit of analysis in this research is the Saung Angklung Udjo craftsman. The type of study is using verificative with the method is using an explanatory survey of 30 respondents. The results of this research found that the description of entrepreneurial competence in the high category, the description of entrepreneurial motivation in the strong category, description of business performance in the medium category. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that entrepreneurial competence be improved, namely the dimensions of competence in managing business that need to be improved and deepened so that the performance of angklung craftsmen increases and can create higher business opportunities. In entrepreneurial motivation, Saung Angklung Udjo craftsmen in Bandung need to be improved in the need for affiliation, where craftsmen must be able to communicate better with coworkers and consumers.

The present study seeks to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial motivation and family environment onentrepreneurial attitude of the students of UPI Bandung class of 2015. This study utilizes a verificative approach with survey explanatory method. The study involves 160 female bachelor degree students from class 2015 of UPI Bandung. The analysis technique used in this study is verificative techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings in this study indicate that entrepreneurial motivation strongly influences entrepreneurial attitudes, the family environment is strong enough to influence entrepreneurial attitudes, and the stronger the entepreneurial motivation and a good family environment, the higher the entrepreneurial attitude

Abstract: The main goals of this study is to derive the positive effect of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intentions, the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions, and the combined influence of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions. This study has been performed using a group of students from the Bandung City Vocational egvtechnique used was a questionnaire with a sample size of 107 respondents. The results of this study found that the influence of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intentions belonged to the strong category, motivational motivation influenced the intention of entrepreneurship included in the strong category, and entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation influenced the intention of entrepreneurship, including in the strong category. (In this study it is found, if the picture of entrepreneurial learning was effective, it would increase the intention of student entrepreneurship.) The high motivation of student entrepreneurship will create a high intention of entrepreneurship. In addition, if entrepreneurial learning is effective and coupled with a high motivation for entrepreneurship, the intention of student entrepreneurship will increase.

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of social work environment on productivity, the influence of job satisfaction on productivity, and the influence of social work environment and job satisfaction on productivity. The object used as analysis unit on this research is employees of electricity entreprise. The type of study is using verificative with the method is using an explanatory survey of 87 respondents. It was found that the influence of the social work environment to productivity are included in the category are very strong. Job satisfaction is very strong against the influential employee productivity. Social work environment and job satisfaction influence on productivity is very strong. The results also show that social work environment conducive conditions will increase employee productivity. The level of job satisfaction is high, then an electric company employee productivity will increase. In addition, if environmental conditions are conducive to social work and job satisfaction is high, then the employee productivity will increase.

The aim of the research is to find out the influence of learning motivations on study achievement and the influence of learning discipline on study achievement. The object used as analysis unit on this research is vocational students in Bandung regency. Verification process applied in this study by using explanatory research for 123 respondents. The results showed correlation between learning motivation and academic achievement, majority of the high school students were motivatedly enough by academic achievement. Again, there was a significant correlation between learning discipline and academic achievement. The study also found that, Learning discipline has impactful effect on academic achievement. The study showed that, academic achievement increased by arise learning motivation, and while the students are discipline, it will scale-up academic achievement.
