<![CDATA[Purpose: This study aimed to obtain an overview of the level of profitability, market value, and stock of price in PT. Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk Period 2005-2014. In addition, this study aimed to obtain profitability linkage to the stock price and relation of market value to the stock price on PT. Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk Period 2005-2014. Design / methodology / approaches: This study used a descriptive and verification method with time series design. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regressions. Findings: Based on the findings, it could be proved that the regression model be used to see the effect of profitability and market value of the stock price by test F. Whereas with t tests showed that the profitability of positive effect on stock prices, while the market value did not have influence to stock of price. Originality/ Value: This study could provide insight in analyzing the financial performance of the company, especially in analyzing the company's ability to generate profits, how correctly the company's value in the eyes of investors, and how well the company to increase its stock of price. <![CDATA[AbstractThis study aims to describe the student's self-efficacy, student learning independence, as well as the effect of self-efficacy on the learning independence of class XI Accounting 2016/2017 academic year in Financial Accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This study uses descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to the entire population of students of class XI Accounting 2016/2017 academic year at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, amounting to 105 people. Questionnaire self-efficacy is composed of 28 item statements with 11 alternative answers and learning independence questionnaire composed of 19 statement items with 5 alternative answers. The normality test uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test formula and correlation analysis using the Pearson product moment formula. All data processing uses Microsoft Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 23.0. From the calculation of the t test, it is known that tcounttable, so it can be concluded that self-efficacy has a positive effect on the learning independence of class XI Accounting students in the 2016/2017 academic year in Financial Accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung.Keywords. self-efficacy; learning independence AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran self-efficacy siswa, kemandirian belajar siswa, serta pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas XI Akuntansi tahun ajaran 2016/2017 dalam mata pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangan di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi siswa kelas XI Akuntansi tahun ajaran 2016/2017 di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung yang berjumlah 105 orang. Angket self-efficacy tersusun dari 28 item pernyataan dengan 11 alternatif jawaban dan angket kemandirian belajar tersusun dari 19 item pernyataan dengan 5 alternatif jawaban. Uji normalitas menggunakan rumus uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan analisis korelasi menggunakan rumus Pearson product moment. Seluruh pengolahan data menggunakan software Microsoft Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 23.0. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on profitability in telecommunications companies in Indonesia, namely PT. Indosat Tbk, PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk, and PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk 2006-2015. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is a positive effect of working capital on profitability, which means that if there is a change in working capital it will affect the increase in profitability (ROA) of the telecommunications sub-sector. The difference in this research lies in the object of research, the time of the study, the measuring instrument, the literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : This study examines the effect of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of the company in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study were mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2016, while the sampling method used was purposive sampling and 25 research samples were obtained. The data used are secondary data collected by documentation techniques. The method of analyzing data in this study uses statistical testing of panel data with the common effect model method. Based on the calculation of panel data regression analysis with the help of software Eviews 9 it results that intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not affect the value of the company. ]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat profitabilitas, nilai pasar, dan harga saham pada PT. Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk Periode 2005-2014. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran keterkaitan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham dan keterkaitan nilai pasar terhadap harga saham pada PT. Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk Periode 2005-2014.Desain/metodologi/pendekatan- Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan desgin penelitian time series design. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Temuan- Berdasarkan hasil temuan, dapat dibuktikan bahwa model regresi dapat digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh profitabilitas dan nilai pasar terhadap harga saham dengan uji F. Sedangkan dengan Uji t dapat diketahui bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh secara positif terhadap harga saham sedangkan nilai pasar tidak memiliki perngaruh terhadap harga saham.Orisinalitas/nilai- Penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman dalam menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan khususnya dalam menganalisis kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan keuntungan, seberapa baik nilai perusahaan di mata investor, dan seberapa baik perusahaan dalam meningkatkan harga sahamnya.Kata Kunci Profitabilitas, Return On Equity, Nilai Pasar, Earning Per Share, Harga Saham]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of this research was about decrease in dividend policy BUSN Devisa listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange which is measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) over the last twoyears. These factors affecting the dividend policy were liquidity which is measured by Loan toDeposit Ratio (LDR) and profitability which is measured by Return On Equity (ROE). Thepurposes of this study were describing the liquidity, profitability, dividend policy, the effectliquidity on dividend policy, the effect profitability on dividend policy, and the effect of liquidityand profitability on dividend policy. This research utilised descriptive and verificative, thetechnique which is used was multiple correlation, and hypothesis testing used t Test (partialsignificance test) and F Test (simultaneous significance test). The data is gained from secondarydata which is from the annual report and summary of performance BUSN Devisa from 2010-2014.The population of this study was 25 BUSN Devisa listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 4samples through purposive sampling technique. The result of hypothesis testing in partial showedthat liquidity and profitability effected the dividend policy significantly. The result of hypothesistesting showed that the liquidity and profitability effected on dividend policy significantsimultaneously.]]>

<![CDATA[Objective – To analyze the predictions of bankruptcy of sub-sector of metal and allied companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2015.Design/methodology/approach – This type of research is descriptive method with a total sample of 12 metal and allied sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is bankruptcy prediction Ohlson's model (1980).
