Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of entrepreneurship competence on business performance, the influence of entrepreneurshp motivation on business performance, and the influence of entrepreneurship competence and entrepreneurshp motivation on business performance. The object becomes the unit of analysis in this research is the Saung Angklung Udjo craftsman. The type of study is using verificative with the method is using an explanatory survey of 30 respondents. The results of this research found that the description of entrepreneurial competence in the high category, the description of entrepreneurial motivation in the strong category, description of business performance in the medium category. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that entrepreneurial competence be improved, namely the dimensions of competence in managing business that need to be improved and deepened so that the performance of angklung craftsmen increases and can create higher business opportunities. In entrepreneurial motivation, Saung Angklung Udjo craftsmen in Bandung need to be improved in the need for affiliation, where craftsmen must be able to communicate better with coworkers and consumers.

Abstract

Jaringan saraf telah berhasil dipakai dalam bidang klasifikasi pola. Makalah ini menyajikan suatu metode baru untuk mengidentifikasi Iritasi kuit manusia. Metodologi yang diusulkan menggunakan jaringan saraf learning vector quantization sebagai pengklasifikasi untuk pengidentifikasi kulit manusia. Normalisasi histogram dari citra kulit digunakan sebagai vektor ekstraksi ciri untuk membedakan antara pola non iritasi dan pola iritasi. Sistem identifikasi ini dilatih menggunakan sekumpulan data citra kulit non-iritasi dan iritasi masing-masing 10 citra. Selanjutnya diuji dengan data citra kulit non-iritasi dan iritasi masing-masing 12 citra. Hasil-hasil percobaan kami menunjukkan bahwa unjuk kerja sistem cukup akurat yaitu 83,3%.

Abstract

In Covid-19 patients, coagulopathy disorder is commonly characterized as hypercoagulable, although hemorrhagic complications can arise. However, thromboelastography (TEG) is an examination tool with the ability to assess the complete hemostasis process, including primary, secondary, and fibrinolysis stages, closely resembling the in vivo coagulation process. Therefore, this study provides a descriptive analysis of the hemostatic state of Covid-19 patients before and after administration of convalescent plasma therapy using TEG. In this study, the blood sample was collected from 21 Covid-19 patients at RSSA Malang from June to November 2020, followed by a TEG examination, which was performed on the first day of admission and after convalescent plasma therapy administration. The results were analyzed descriptively. Before convalescent plasma therapy, coagulation index (CI) analysis of TEG results in 21 patients showed that 62% exhibited normocoagulability, 23.8% were hypercoagulable, and 14.2% used hypercoagulability. While TEG results after convalescent plasma therapy showed that 71.4% were normocoagulable, 4.7% hypocoagulable, and 23.9% hypercoagulable. Based on TEG parameters, R, K, and MA, before administration of convalescent plasma therapy showed decreased platelet function by 38%, primary fibrinolysis by 5%, secondary fibrinolysis by 10%, platelet hypercoagulability 5%, and 43% was normal. Coagulopathy profile after convalescent plasma therapy showed decreased platelet function by 24%, secondary fibrinolysis by 10%, platelet hypercoagulability by 10%, enzymatic hypercoagulability by 5%, enzymatic and platelet hypercoagulability by 5%, and 48% was normal. Abstract

Penyakit Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik yang ditandai  peningkatan kadar gula dalam darah. Penyakit ini merupakan penyakit degeneratif yang berlangsung kronis, sehingga seringkali menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi. Komplikasi akibat Diabetes Melitus dapat menyebabkan meningkatnya angka kematian.  Insiden penyakit Diabetes Melitus meningkat dengan bertambahnya usia. Skrining penyakit Diabetes Melitus dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan kadar gula darah sewaktu. Selanjutnya dilakukan edukasi dengan ceramah kesehatan dan pemberian brosur. Tahapan terakhir yaitu monitoring, dengan melakukan pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah kembali di akhir program. Sasaran program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat usia lansia dan pralansia di Desa Ngadiwono, Kecamatan Tosari, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan persentase warga yang memiliki kadar gula darah kategori Diabetes Melitus.

Abstract

The Keris batik industry is a company engaged in the production and sale of batik fabric. The Keris batik industry produces batik fabrics with both traditional and modern motifs. They are known for their distinctive batik designs and high quality. Keris batik is also renowned for combining Indonesian batik traditions with a modern touch, resulting in products that are in demand both domestically and internationally. This company is also involved in the promotion and preservation of Indonesian batik culture. Keris Batik collaborates with various countries, especially those interested in promoting culture and handicrafts. Countries that frequently collaborate with Indonesian batik producers include Malaysia, Japan, the Netherlands, and several countries in the Middle East and Europe, which are attracted to the beauty and cultural value of Indonesian batik. The Keris batik industry plays a crucial role in developing Indonesia's cultural heritage by contributing to the development of culture where the industry can develop products inspired by Indonesia's cultural heritage such as handicrafts, traditional textiles, and performing arts. This way, the industry not only maintains cultural values but also creates new job opportunities, training, and education. The industry can also integrate modern technology into the production and promotion of cultural products. Moreover, partnerships with local communities ensure that cultural product development is conducted with respect and preservation of traditional values. Such collaborations create a balance between innovation and cultural preservation. Keris Batik adheres to high-quality standards, from the selection of high-quality raw materials, craftsmen’s skills, motif and design selection, safe color choices, quality control, to innovation and development. All these factors combined give Keris batik a unique appeal and value that is not only commercial but also holds deep cultural and social significance for both the Indonesian community and the world. The research findings indicate that a growth strategy is necessary to develop the batik industry. The expected development strategy aims to enhance competitiveness in production related to local economic growth by leveraging creativity and modern technology, which play an essential role in the development of the Keris batik industry.

Abstract

Damage assessment of buildings after natural disasters is generally performed manually by a team of experts at the disaster site, making it prone to human error and resulting in low accuracy in classifying the level of damage. This research aims to develop a more efficient and accurate method in post-disaster building damage assessment by integrating Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) techniques. The main contribution of this research is the use of DWT as well as the application of this method on more than one image to improve the accuracy of damage level classification. A total of nine unlabelled images of post-disaster buildings were used in this study, which were obtained from the Regional Disaster Management Agency or Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) of Malang City, Indonesia. The methods applied include data pre-processing, DWT decomposition for image analysis to identify features, and clustering using PCA to cluster the level of building damage into light, medium, and heavy categories, which are then evaluated based on accuracy. The results showed that the method yielded 100% accuracy with validation results from surveyors, as evidenced through 2D and 3D visualisations based on principal components (PC1-PC3). These findings confirm that the integration of DWT and PCA can be an effective alternative in improving the accuracy of post-disaster building damage assessment, as well as supporting decision-making in rehabilitation and reconstruction after natural disasters.

Abstract

Labu kuning merupakan bahan pangan yang mengandung β-karoten tinggi sehingga sangat baik untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pembuatan produk pangan yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat seperti cookies. Penggunaan mocaf yang tidak mengandung gluten dengan tepung terigu digunakan dalam pembuatan cookies agar tidak mengubah kualitas akhir produk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi puree labu kuning (Cucurbita moschata Duch) yang menghasilkan cookies berbahan dasar campuran tepung mocaf dan tepung terigu dengan sifat sensori terbaik. Penelitian disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan satu faktor dan empat kali ulangan. Faktor yang digunakan adalah konsentrasi puree labu kuning dengan 7 taraf perlakuan 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, dan 60%. Data dianalisis kesamaan ragamnya dengan uji Bartlett dan kemenambahan data diuji dengan uji Tuckey, selanjutnya data dianalisis sidik ragam untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar perlakuan. Apabila terdapat pengaruh yang nyata, data dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan Uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cookies labu kuning terbaik adalah perlakuan A4 (40 % puree labu kuning) yang menghasilkan tekstur dengan skor 3,78 (renyah), rasa dengan skor 3,64 (khas labu kuning), aroma dengan skor 3,19 (agak khas labu kuning), warna dengan skor 4,19 (kuning kecoklatan), dan penerimaan keseluruhan dengan skor 3,99 (suka) serta uji fisik kekerasan sebesar 648,81 gf. Kadar air cookies labu kuning perlakuan terbaik 4,99%, kadar abu 1,09%, kadar protein 3,05%, kadar serat kasar 4,32%, kadar lemak 33,69%, kadar karbohidrat 57,18%, dan kadar β-karoten 8.422,52 µg/100g.Kata kunci: Cucurbita moschata Duch, kukis, mocaf

Abstract

The impact of Dutch colonial law on post-independence Indonesian legal system growth and the role of global and local values in shaping national legal policy are both examined in this historical context. The difficulties in developing a separate national legal system and the inherent duality of Dutch law and customary law are the primary obstacles. Examining the development of the legal system from the colonial to the reform era, this research employs a normative legal technique with a literature-based approach. The study's findings reveal that, despite Indonesia's independence, the country's legal system is heavily influenced by colonial law, particularly in the areas of civil and criminal law. On the other hand, changes to the law that started in the late 90s sought to include both local and international norms and values while eradicating colonial effects. There is ongoing discussion in Indonesian law reform over the difficulties of balancing these two factors.
