Journal of Business Management Education (JBME) with the registered number e-issn 2715-3037 and p-issn 2715-3045 is an online journal of undergraduate student in Pendidikan Bisnis, Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Publishing every three times a year in May, September and December. Journal of Business Management Education contains scientific papers and or part of the thesis of undergraduate students. The primary editorial objective of the Journal of Business Management Education (JBME) is to provide a forum for the dissemination of theory and research in all areas of education, business, management, and entrepreneurship which would be of interest to academics and practitioners. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) yang merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan kepada masyarakat di sekitar lingkungan perusahaan. Perusahaan mengimplementasikan kegiatan CSR ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dan meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi penerapan CSR di perusahaan. Objek Penelitian yang diteliti yaitu Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan CSR. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan cara mengkaji kembali beberapa jurnal yang telah dipublikasikan oleh para peneliti dan akademisi sebelumnya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu analisis sumber data berdasarkan teori dan konsep untuk dijabarkan menjadi tulisan tulisan yang mengarah ke pembahasan artikel ini. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan studi dokumen yang bersumber dari situs penyedia jurnal online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor CSR yang diimplementasikan di perusahaan misalnya usia perusahaan, jenis industri, ukuran perusahaan, permintaan karyawan, kebijakan pemerintah, budaya organisasi, dan permintaan pelanggan. Faktor tersebut berpengaruh sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi di lingkungannya. Keterbatasan artikel penelitian ini adalah penulis hanya menggunakan beberapa jurnal yang diteliti sehingga kurang relevan serta terdapat perbedaan dari faktor-faktor CSR yang diterapkan oleh setiap perusahaan. Impilkasi penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan karakteristik perusahaan yang memainkan peran penting dalam praktik penerapan CSR perusahaan.

The crisis of employee performance is a critical problem faced by management in the company. Employee performance problems are still widely faced by companies in various sectors in many countries, both engaged in the public and private sectors, in health institutions, education, banking, state-owned companies, to small companies. The low intensity and inaccessibility of work targets due to the low quality of the performance of human resources. Performance is a real behavior that is shown by every employee must be in accordance with his role in the company, that the impact of low employee performance is the quality and quantity of work produced is less satisfactory and the creativity of employees is low. This happened at PT XYZ company where the level of employee performance decreases every year. Surely this is far from the expectations of companies that ask their employees to have good performance. This study discusses research on work discipline and occupational safety health (k3) on employee performance This research uses quantitative methods involving 45 respondents using saturated samples with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the picture of work discipline in the high category, the picture of occupational safety and health (k3) in the category is quite high and the description of employee performance in the high category.

This research aims to determine the Effect of Luxury Brand on Purchase Intention iPhone X on member of the Indonesian iDevice Community. Type of this research is descriptive verification. Dependent variable of this research is purchase intention (Y), and luxury brand (X) as independent variable. The population are member of the Indonesian iDevice Community. This research uses a simple random sampling method and probability sampling techniques to 200 member. Data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM SPSS AMOS version 24.0 for Windows. The findings of this research indicates that luxury brand and purchase intention are in good category. Luxury brand has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. Extended self which is one of luxury brand’s dimension gives the biggest contribution of purchase intention building.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan pengaruh brand authenticity terhadap brand trust. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survei dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 268 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis (analisis jalur) dengan alat bantu program SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran brand authenticity dalam kategori cukup tinggi, gambaran brand trust dalam kategori tinggi, dimensi brand authenticity yang memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi terhadap brand trust adalah dimensi consistency, sedangkan dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh terendah adalah dimensi originality. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan dalam brand authenticity perusahaan untuk meningkatkan originality guna meningkatkan brand trust. Sehingga diharapkan brand authenticity dapat diperhatikan lebih lanjut oleh perusahaan di industri e-Commerce dalam meningkatkan brand trust pada perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Brand Authenticity, Consistency, Customer Orientation, Quality Commitment, Originality, Brand Trust.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan keberadaan perilaku herding di sejumlah pasar saham di berbagai belahan dunia dan mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab perilaku herding. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah perpustakaan penelitian dengan mengambil data dari 80 jurnal internasional dan 4 jurnal lokal. Hasil analisis kami menyimpulkan bahwa perilaku herding terjadi di hampir semua pasar saham di dunia. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perilaku herding meliputi sentimen berita negatif terhadap saham, insentif dan kekhawatiran karier yang dimiliki oleh analis, risiko pasar dan ketidakpastian tingkat perusahaan, ketidakpastian pasar, kondisi pasar ekstrem, periode arus informasi tinggi, risiko volatilitas, analisis jenis saham yang lebih kecil, terjadinya krisis ekonomi/keuangan, kondisi pasar yang menurun, kenaikan suku bunga, depresiasi mata uang, lingkungan informasi yang buruk, dan pengungkapan berkualitas rendah. Keterbatasan artikel ini adalah jumlah data yang diambil dari hasil penelitian di beberapa pasar saham tidak merata, seperti kurangnya pengambilan data dari pasar saham di benua Amerika.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini mengenairendahnya peringkat Elevania pada daftar perusahaan  e-commerce di Indonesia dikarenakan berkurangnya penjualan disetiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh sub variabel social media marketing. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif yaitu dengan pengambaran dan pemaparan varibel-variabel yang diteliti dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Objek penelitian yang menjadi variable terikat adalah brand equity (Y)  dan social media marketing (X) sebagai variabelbebas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengikut fan pageFacebook Elevania di Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dalampenelitian ini menggunakan metode non probabilty random sampling dengan menggunakan teknikpurposive sampling terhadap 2—pengikut fan page Facebook Elevania. Uji instrument dilakukan dengan uji vadilitas dan ujireabilitas dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisisjalur.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of e-service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty in member of online retail Alfacart in Jawa Barat. A total of 200 respondents were using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analisis technique used is a verification technique using of structure equation model (SEM). The research shows that e-service quality and perceived value has an influence on customer loyalty

Abstract: The problem of employee loyalty is still the main concern in the company. It is because there are still many people researching for half a decade that the main components of loyalty include strong beliefs, acceptance of organizational goals, willing to mobilize considerable effort on behalf of the organization and a desire to maintain membership in the organization. Employees who have loyalty to their work will work more effectively and efficiently so that they can optimize their performance and produce good output in the form of products and services. Employee loyalty is a problem that almost happened in every type of company both services and manufacturing in various countries. Starting from the tourism industry, restaurant industry, education industry, health industry, and others. The low employee loyalty toward the company is characterized by decreasing performance, increasing attendance and employee turnover. This occurred to PT. Rezeki Jaya Makmur Sentosa in Ciamis, where the level of employee loyalty has decreased every year, especially in 2014-2018. Surely this is far from the expectations of companies that want their employees to have high loyalty. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the social work environment on employee loyalty (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty (3) the influence of the social work environment and job satisfaction on employee loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method involving 36 respondents using saturated sampling with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) the influence of the social work environment on employee loyalty partially influences by 70.6% (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty partially influential by 63.3% (3) the influence of social work environment and job satisfaction on employee loyalty simultaneously influences by 73.5%. This shows that the better the social work environment and job satisfaction, the higher the employee loyalty. This means that if the social work environment and good job satisfaction will be obtained optimal work output, so that employee loyalty can increase properly.

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menilai pengaruh dimensi personal value terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK Kiansantang. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional melalui pendekatan explanatory survey. Pengumpulan data dari 75 orang responden siswa kelas 12 SMK Kiansantag menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis teknik yang digunakan adalah tabel frekuensi dan analisis jalur. Hasil perhiutngan dari personal value secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hasil perhitungan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa dimensi self-direction secara dominan mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha.

The development of technology has triggered developments in all industrial sectors, including circulation of money. There are three types of money currently circulating, namely currency, demand deposits and e-money. OVO is one of the server-based e-money publishers that can be accessed via a smartphone or commonly known as a mobile wallet. The low number of mobile wallet (m-wallet) users in Indonesia is interpreted from the number of people who use cash compared to m-wallets. Several factors influence the low use of m-wallet in Indonesia. Millennials are considered the generation closest to technology, the presence of new technology is a necessity that is owned by millennials. With this millennial generation, it is expected to be able to improve the performance or effectiveness of the presence of this m-wallet. The type of research used is descriptive verification, namely by describing and exposing the variables studied and then drawing conclusions. The research object is the variable found in the UTAUT3 model. The population in this study were OVO users in Indonesia. Sampling in this study uses non-probability sampling (random sampling) using a purposive sampling technique for 114 OVO users in the millennial generation in Indonesia. Instrument test is done by validity test and reliability test and the analysis technique used is analysis of Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).
